The level of technology

The closest technical solution is a vending machine for packaged items (patent EP 0807909 A2, priority 17.05.1997)containing the store to accommodate the Packed items stacked in a pile. The store is formed by a connection in the form of a horizontal row of identical vertically composed elements. The element is made in the form of an oblong plate with a Central part and two opposite curved in one direction edges. Every two neighboring element located opposite each other so that between them there is a channel that can be folded in a stack of objects with a possibility of vertical (direction of gravity) movement on the specified channel. In the upper part of one edge of the element is equipped with a shutter that is used to open the channel when loading objects. To the same edge in the lower part attached to the adjustment device for changing the size of the channel depending on the dimensions of the loaded items. The channel is bounded on opposite sides of the side walls, with the other two opposite sides of the rear wall and limiter. The function of the side wall serves the Central part of the element, the function of the rear wall is one curved edge of the item, record the limiter - the opposite curved edge of the item. The items are loaded in a stack through the top of the store (the sash when it is open) in the channel and under the action of gravity to go down to the bottom of the element. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the vending machine and increase reliability.

Disclosure of inventions

The main elements of the vending machine are the side walls 6, the pusher 20, the stopper 15, the axial transmission 2, the first 4 and second 5 drives, the braking elements 12, the guide 14. All the basic elements of the machine are enclosed in the housing 1.

The housing 1 consists of a back wall 3 and two side walls 7. The rear wall 3 is made in the shape of a rectangle, the opposite sides of which are attached two identical sides 7, protruding in one direction and arranged at right angles to the rear wall 3 (in figure 1 as an example, shows one sidewall 7). In this case, the rear wall 3 is vertically made integral with the side walls 7 of the sheet metal so that the cross section of the rear wall 3, side walls 7 forms the shape of the bracket. All of the elements of the device are located on one side of the rear wall 3. On the rear wall 3 above with the bracket fixed to the first 4 and second 5 drives (on is shown suspended by a single element).

Hereinafter, the direction "down" is made coincident with the direction of the gravity vector, under the vertical refers to the direction parallel to the gravity vector, under the horizontal refers to the direction perpendicular to the gravity vector. In this working position of the machine is vertical.

In both side walls 7 of the fixed terminals 13 arranged horizontally between the side walls 7 in parallel to each other and perpendicular to the sidewalls 7. The plunger 20 is installed in the channel 18, is connected to the first actuator 4 through a shaft of the transmission 2. Axial transmission 2 is placed parallel to the side walls 6, in the middle between them in the horizontal direction. Axial transmission 2 is located near the rear wall 3. Axial transmission 2 is connected in the upper part with the first what rivada 4, it has a plunger 20 with a possibility of linear movement up and down. In this case, the axial transfer of 2 made in the form of a straight tube with external thread along the entire length.

Axial transmission 2 over the entire length, half in diameter, closed by a casing 21 in order to avoid contact with her subjects 23 and the ingress of foreign particles. In this case, the casing 21 is made of thin sheet metal, in the form of a half cylindrical shell.

The guide 14 has the form of a G-shaped profile, the first part 9 of which facing the inside of the channel 18 and is secured at the top and bottom on the respective rods 13, and the second part 10 which in this case is placed in the same plane with the front edges 22 of the side walls 6. The plunger 20 and guide 14 are mutually arranged so that the second part 10 of the guide 14 is always in the slots 19, preventing rotational movement of the pusher 20.

The braking elements 12 are designed to hold items 23 in the channel 18 and the friction in this case is made oblong, in the form of rubber bands round cross-section (figure 3), and, in addition, protruding above the surface of the side walls. The braking elements 12 are mounted on the side walls 6 at their lower end with a canal side 18 opposite each other and in this case fixed in the grooves 11 of the side walls (e.g., at Klee, pakatan the m figure 3 conditionally) parallel to each other in a vertical direction, i.e. oriented in the direction of movement of the follower 20 along the axis 16 up and down.

The axle 16 is connected at the top with the second actuator 5 with the possibility of rotation on ±90°. The axis 16 is placed coaxially inside the axial transmission 2, and its length is greater than the axial length of the transmission 2, and she's out of axial transmission 2 from the end opposite to the end fixed in the second actuator 5. The axle 16 has the form of a rod of circular cross section of such a diameter that can rotate independently of the axial transmission 2.

Below the side walls, at some distance from them, to the rear wall 3 and side walls 7 at right angles attached to the tray 17. The distance between the lowest point of the side walls and the tray 17 is selected in order to provide the possibility of loss of item 23 of the channel 18 and dalnas is its movement. Guide 14 is returned to its original position, is fixed on top of the corresponding rod 13, while the plunger 20 is set so that the first part 9 of the guide 14 is placed in the slot 19 of the pusher 20. On a signal from the control elements is driven by the first actuator 4 through which rotational movement is transmitted to the axial transmission 2, the plunger 20 in its thread moves down until it touches the top of the object 23 in the stack, after which the device is stopped at the next signal from the control elements. Vending machine is ready for operation.
