The present invention relates generally to cooking devices designed for thermal processing of food and having in its composition a vessel intended to contain the cooking bath. More specifically, the invention relates to devices of the above mentioned type, having in its composition a device for emptying the cooking bath contained in said vessel.

The invention relates in particular, but not exclusively, to devices called fryers. Indeed, in this case the cooking bath is not limited to an oil bath or a bath of melted fat, but may also represent a tub of any food material is fluid enough to be able to flow from the cooking vessel through the pouring device, and, in particular, can be a water-based liquid.

From patent US 2597695, CH 325786 and FR 2665068 known fryers having a pouring channel. However, none of these patents provides for the use of special containers for collecting oil. In the patent FR 2773976 described a deep fryer having a pouring channel and the receiving container held by the latch, accommodated in the housing of this device. The operation of such devices requires constant and stuck the aqueous attention on the part of the user due to overflow of oil from the casing of this device.

The control device of the driving motor may comprise a temperature sensor that eliminates the possibility of draining the cooking vessel in the case when the temperature of the contents of this vessel is too high. This solution can be considered for devices industrial or professional purposes, but is too expensive for household fryers.

The technical problem of the invention is to improve safety device for cooking food, having in its composition a cooking vessel having a pouring device.

Another technical task of the present invention is to appreciate the live device of the above-mentioned type, characterized by compactness and efficiency.

These technical problems are solved with a device for cooking food products containing in its body vessel, designed to accommodate the cooking bath and provided with a pouring device intended for removal of the contents of this cooking vessel to the receiving vessel for pouring, is made detachable with respect to said housing, due to the fact that the pouring device comprises a thermostatic valve containing temperature-sensitive mechanical body with a certain mobility depending on the temperature. This temperature-sensitive mechanical organ may represent, for example, a bimetallic plate, item, made of an alloy having the property of storing geometric shapes, or wax piston. Due to this mechanical body, rolling, depending on the temperature, thermostatic valve can represent an open configuration or a closed configuration, depending on the actual temperature level. Thus, pouring the contents of a cooking vessel may be blocked in the case when the temperature of the cooking bath exceeds some threshold value. This solution allows you to increase the traffic signals is in the use of this device, limiting the risk of burns in the manipulation of the receiving tank for pouring.
