Pendulum-type brush cutter Pendulum-type brush cutter / 2251836
Brush cutter has base tractor, suspension frame adapted to be hung onto suspension system, telescopic boom with telescope extendable by means of hydraulic cylinder, and working tool formed as circular saw fixed at telescope end. Pivotal attachment of telescopic boom to frame allows pendulum motions to be provided by means of hydraulic cylinder and two levers. Circular sawing working tool is driven by power shaft through telescopic cardan gear, reducer and belt transmission including belt with pulleys. Upon retraction of hydraulic cylinder of telescopic device, constant stretching of belt is provided through stretching device made in the form of levers with stretching rollers at their ends, pushers connected to hydraulic cylinder, and slides movable on levers. Brush cutter is further equipped with two independent systems for supplying of arboricide mixture to cutting zone. First system includes pushing bar formed hollow for feeding said mixture therein through feeding line. Pushing bar is pivotally secured on frame and is equipped with spring. Valves including pushers, plates, return springs and nozzles are mounted inside pushing bar, which is adapted for supplying said mixture onto stumps of cut plants. Discharge channels and through openings arranged in the vicinity of saw teeth are made in circular saw for transportation of said mixture to cutting zone (to plant stumps). Second independent system for supplying of arboricide mixture provides transportation thereof via line through rotating connection, bore in shaft and transportation channels in saw to nozzles. Said system has valve including body and internal stem connected with pushing bar, piston and return springy members. Second system serves to feed said mixture onto stumps under the action of cut trunk upon pushing bar, and to continuously and uniformly supply said mixture onto area cleared from brushes owing to permanent switching on of said apparatus by filling space A above piston via line with working fluid of tractor hydraulic system.

FIELD: forestry, in particular, utilization of five to seven year-old scrub forest and brush wood.

SUBSTANCE: method involves employing system of machines including brush cutter, branch wood pickup, breakage loader for loading of brush cut by brush cutter and gathered by branch wood pickup, and root-extractor for extracting roots and forming row of gathered wood to be left for molding. Brush cutter performs shuttling motions along longitudinal strips of felling area while turning at felling area boundaries to cut sprouts and form low rows of sprouts at both sides of brush cutter over the entire felling area. Branch wood pickup operates from distal or proximal end of felling area by performing the same shuttling motions along strips perpendicular to sprouts axes while turning at felling area boundaries to form high rows of sprouts. Boom-type loader loads rows of sprouts by means of open-side grapple into machine body for transportation to reprocessing site.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for commercial application of sprouts.

The present invention relates to forestry and can be used for clearing large areas of old felling to recycle Melanesia and shrubs (hereinafter overgrown) 5-7 years of age.

There is a method of mechanized continuous cleaning of the cutting area from forest residue pick-up sticks rake type, forming shafts of wood residuals straightforward moves the Shuttle movement of the cutting area with the spreads on the border area and truck forest residues manipulator type, engaged in the capture of the jaw gripper of the manipulator bundle of twigs from a shaft of wood residuals, loading into a truck and transported to the place of processing wood chips with the purpose of industrial use (Stoker V.G. and other Technology and machine harvesting and forest regeneration activities. - M.: Genre Differences. prom the terrain, 1990, s, risb).

The disadvantage of this method mechanized continuous cleaning of the cutting area from forest residue is no possibility of using it on old clearings in the presence of high overgrown.

There is a method of mechanized continuous clearing old deforestation for plantations, including the cutter, forming small waves shoots (Metalnikov, MS Forestry machines. - M.: Ecology, 1991, p.12) and the lifting unit-collector, Faure, yuushi shafts forest residues (stumps, roots, wood residuals), subject to pregnane (Garaev D.M. and other Guidance on carrying out reforestation work in the zone of coniferous-broad-leaved species in the European part of the RSFSR. - M., 1987, S.11).

The disadvantage of this method mechanized continuous clearing old deforestation for plantations is the lack of possibilities for industrial use overgrown.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.

This goal is achieved by the application of the clearing old deforestation for plantations machine system, comprising a cutter, forming small waves seedlings, pick-up sticks, scrambling these small shafts in large shafts seedlings, the loader manipulator type, is responsible for loading packs of large trees overgrown into a truck and transport them to the place of processing into wood chips and harvesting-collector, scrambling uprooted them stumps and roots in the shafts, left on pregnane.

The possibility of using pick-up sticks and forklift manipulator type due to the fact that after cutting overgrown with brush cutter square old deforestation for plantations turns into a square of fresh felling, where you can use the machine to clean the cutting area from forest residue.

The novelty lies in the fact that the collection of the shafts overgrown used pickup branches rake type, scrambling a small shafts in the great shaft overgrown.

The drawing shows a flow chart of operation of the system of machines.

The machine work on this method is as follows.

First, the cutter 1 Shuttle movement along the longitudinal strips 2 felling with spreads within the boundaries of cutting (in the drawing movement of the cutter 1 shown with vertical arrows) cut shoots and forms a small shafts shoots 3 on the entire area of the cutting. After cutting the overgrown pick-up sticks 4 rake type from the far or the near end of the cutting is also a Shuttle movement perpendicular to the axial lines of scrubs 3 by transverse strips 5 turns on the borders of the cutting forms a large shafts overgrown 6 (in the drawing, the movement of the pickup 4 shows the horizontal arrows). Then the loader manipulator type 7 with the jaw of the capture of the ship shafts overgrown 6 in the body of the car and carried them to the place of processing. After cleaning shafts overgrown 6 harvesting-collector 8 circuit stumps and pushes them into shafts or heaps on pregnane (in the drawing under the figure 9 shows stumps).

This method of clearing old deforestation for plantations will give the opportunity to use overgrown logging for industrial processing.

How mechanized continuous clearing felling for plantations, kiuchumi formation of small shafts overgrown with brush cutter, the formation of the shafts forest residue pick-up sticks straight-line moves the Shuttle movement felling with reversals at the boundaries of cutting, loading and transportation of the shafts are overgrown to the place of processing by the loader manipulator type, the formation of the shafts of stumps and roots of the lifting unit-collector, subject to pregnane, characterized in that the pick-up sticks small shifts shafts are germinated in large shafts Shuttle movement perpendicular to the axial lines of small shafts overgrown.
