Invention relates to the field of substances dosaging, in particular, to dosaging detergents during water flushing from the toilet bowl cistern. According to the substances dosaging method, a vessel with holes represented by a jar with a cover containing a solid substance is placed inside the vessel containing solvent. The solid substance is placed inside the cover so that the solvent is supplied to it from below. The doser for a toilet bowl cistern contains a vessel in the form of a jar with a cover with a hole therein and a solid detergent designed in the form of a rod placed so that to enable its movement and fixation inside the tube installed in the cover. The doser for a toilet bowl cistern contains a vessel in the form of a jar with a cover with a hole therein and a solid detergent that is placed inside the cover and is supporter from below by a prop placed in the jar bottom so that to enable movement with fixation. The supply valve for supply of pure tap water is adjusted to supply water to the height h1, and the supply valve for supply of spent water is adjusted to supply water to the height h2, besides, h2>h≥h1. The water supply system comprises tanks connected by pipelines with wash basin taps, and also with toilet sink washing facilities joined with the automatic control unit. The system of toilet sink drains includes pneumatically controlled drain valves, installed on the outlet nozzles of the toilet sinks, which are connected by means of sewage pipes with the accumulating tank of drains. The system of wash basin drains removal comprises a sewage pipe that connects an outlet nozzle of the wash basin sink with the accumulating tank of drains. On the sewage pipe of the wash basing there is an intermediate reservoir with upper and lower sensors of drain level and with a pneumatically controlled drain valve. The vacuum system includes a facility for cleaning of air released into atmosphere and a facility for pulling vacuum connected with the accumulating tank by the pipeline, on which there is a complex cleaning filter.

Device comprises a holder suspended onto a toilet edge and at least one spare reservoir for an active substance fluid in the holder, besides, the spare reservoir has at least one outlet hole, through which the fluid may be released into the flushing liquid. The spare reservoir is protected against ingress of the flushing liquid into its inner part, and its outlet hole is arranged so that only the fluid is released. At the same time the outlet hole in the position of application is arranged at the side of the bottom, and during every process of flushing, the fluid is partially released from the spare reservoir into the flushing liquid. On the holder there is a distribution element provided in the form of a plate, and this element has an area for supply of the poured flushing liquid during flushing. The inner part of the spare reservoir via an outlet hole with the intermediate arrangement of the device preventing free flow of the fluid is permanently connected to the distribution element. The device also comprises at least one functional chamber for placement of a substrate material that emits an aromatic substance, besides, the chamber and the substrate material are made so that the flushing water may arrive into the chamber, contact with at least a part of the substrate material and again be released from it. The chamber mainly fully surrounds the substrate material, and the flushing water may arrive to the chamber and leave it, i.e. the chamber may be flooded, and the substrate material is retained in the chamber, and the gaseous emission of the substrate material may be released into environment. The device also comprises at least one facility to forward the flushing water into the chamber so that during each startup of the flushing water flow the chamber is flooded with the flushing water. Besides, the chamber has a hole directed towards the facility, holes at the side of the bottom and/or holes in the side surface for discharge of the flushing water and holes on the upper side and/or holes in the side surface for discharge of the aromatic substance, a holder and a fastening element have such configuration that the chamber in the application position of the device for discharge is positioned outside the flow of the flushing water, and the substrate material is selected from the group of polymers and is formed by large number of bulk bodies that are arranged in the form of a filling.

All three parts are connected with each other as capable of mutual replacement in axial direction. One of the main parts forms an inner tube with a stem designed for fixation near the bottom of the flush tank. The inner tube enters the middle tube. The middle tube forms the second main part. The second part is installed inside the third main part as capable of limited displacement between both parts. The third main part may be considered as an outer one and has a facility for pulling and (or) pushing. The device has a functional chamber for holding substrate material which emits an odorant, having such a configuration that it basically completely surrounds the substrate material, and flushing water cannot enter the functional chamber. The functional chamber has at least one opening closed by a membrane which is permeable for the odorant such that substrate material is held in the functional chamber and the odorant from the substrate material can be released from the functional chamber into the environment. The device has at least one channel-like means which guides flushing water onto the membrane such that the membrane is filled and washed with flushing water every time water is flushed.

Facilities for washing of the inner surface of the cup 1 are made in the form of water nozzles 2. Water nozzles are connected with a common header 3. A pipeline 4 of water supply is connected to the header. The pipeline has a water valve 5 with an electric drive 6. Facilities for wastes removal from the cup are made in the form of a drainage valve 7. The drainage valve is installed on the outlet hole of the cup 1. The drainage valve has a hollow body 9, an elastic collar 10 and a mechanism 11 of collar clamping. The collar is arranged in the cavity of the body and is attached to the side walls of the body. The cavity of the drainage valve 7 body communicates with a three-way valve 12 equipped with an electric drive 13. The three-way valve may connect the drainage valve body cavity either with atmosphere or with a pipeline 14. The pipeline 14 diverts from the drainage vacuum manifold. The toilet sink equipment comprises a liquid level sensor 15, a button 16 to start washing of the cup 1, a lamp 17 to indicate toilet sink operation mode, a pressure sensor 18 and a control unit 19. The liquid level sensor 15 is installed in the upper part of the cup 1. The pressure sensor is arranged in the drainage vacuum manifold. The control unit is connected with electric drives of the three-way valve 12 and the water valve 5, with the pressure sensor 18 in the drainage vacuum manifold, with the liquid level sensor 15 in the cup 1, with the button 16 to start washing of the cup 1 and with the lamp 17 of operation mode indication. The control unit 19 includes an inbuilt controller. The controller provides for correction of time setpoints of duration of the cup 1 washing operation, duration of the operation of wastes removal from the cup and duration of the pause between the start of the operation of cup washing and start of the operation of wastes removal from the cup.

Colour change is visible outside through the cover. The indicator element is arranged directly under the water-impermeable and at least partially transparent cover open to the bottom. The cover with the indicator element arranged underneath is installed in the urinal on legs above a receiving funnel of a drain hole at the distance from it in the vertical direction. Colour change is that indicator, which draws attention of maintenance personnel at the moment of valve replacement. Simultaneously cleaning and biologically decomposing substances may also be added to the indicator element.

The fixation facility for fixation of the flushing device onto the toilet is arranged in the form of a bracket. The source of energy, the control device, the sensor unit and the pump are integrated into the dispenser. The sensor unit records the start of flushing water flow, not disturbing hydrodynamics of flushing water, and generates a signal of a sensor arriving to the control device. The device converts a sensor signal into a control signal for release of at least one formula, provided that if the sensor signal exceeds the threshold value recorded in the control device, and the source of energy, the control device and also at least the first reservoir interacts so that if there is a control signal available, from the first reservoir into the toilet by means of the pump and the discharge element at least the first formula arrives into the toilet. The sensor unit and two nozzles are arranged in the discharge element arranged in the discharge element, placed on the distal end of the bracket, which is connected with the dispenser placed on the outer side of the toilet. The sensor unit is arranged as infrared or ultrasonic sensors, which are directed inside the toilet.

The module includes a device of gas and water recirculation, a device for decontamination, a chamber of disintegration and synthesis with a row of lines of diode lasers. The receiver of faecal drains is a separator, where temperature of at least 37°C is maintained. In the faecal manifold downstream the unloading valve there is a check valve installed with an opening direction towards the separator. The separator is equipped with a pipeline arranged in its upper part to exhaust water vapour, a hole to enter the chamber of disintegration and synthesis, a network of holes at the bottom. In the inner volume of the separator between its pipeline for water vapour exhaust and the hole to enter the chamber of disintegration and synthesis there is a fire grate installed as inclined from the pipeline for water vapour exhaust to the hole to enter the chamber of disintegration and synthesis. The device for gas and water recirculation comprises a fan of high pressure, a hydrocyclone with a condensate collector, an air duct with nozzles at one end. To the inlet of the hydrocyclone a pipeline outlet is connected to exhaust water vapour in the separator, the hydrocyclone is connected by the pipeline to the inlet of the high-pressure fan, to the outlet of which an air duct with nozzles is connected, outlets of nozzles are connected with holes in the separator bottom. The water pump is connected with a pipeline with a condensate collector. The device for decontamination is arranged in the form of a line of diode lasers entering the pipeline to exhaust water vapour between the separator outlet and the inlet to the hydrocyclone, in the chamber of disintegration and synthesis lines of diode lasers are arranged in series along the chamber length.

The tight accumulator vessel 1 for water and air has a flooding nozzle 3. The flooding nozzle 3 is connected with the utility water source under pressure. On the side surface of the tight accumulator vessel 1 of water there is an outlet nozzle 9 arranged. The indirect acting solenoid valve 10 is arranged with a smoothened relief of the inner surface of its throughput channel and is couple with one connection part 11 with an outlet nozzle 9 of the accumulator vessel. The connection part 12 of the valve is arranged for coupling with an inlet hole of the toilet sink 8. The accumulator vessel 1 is arranged with an inner volume equal to (0.5-0.8)·103 of the cubic diameter of the maximum effective throughput section of a through channel of the solenoid valve 10. The stop element of the solenoid valve 10 is mutually connected with the actuating mechanism 13 of the drive with the possibility to change efficient throughput section of a through channel of the solenoid valve 10 from the "closed" position into the "opened" position along an exponential curve.

Toilet bowl comprises a cup with a drain hole, a siphon, a valve. The siphon is communicated along the flow with the drain hole. The valve is installed as capable to control the flow from the drain hole into the siphon. The valve comprises an insert block, the first body, the second body and the rotary lock. The second body is connected with the first body to form a cavity between them. The rotary lock is installed in the cavity as capable of displacement between the first position, which substantially shuts off the flow through the drain hole, and the second position providing the flow from the drain hole into the siphon. In the cavity there is a groove arranged along one of its walls. When the rotary lock is in the second position, a part of the rotary lock is installed in the groove. The first body is connected to the second body along the plane, which is approximately parallel to direction of the flow via the insert block. According to the second version, the valve provides for flow trajectory, which deviates from the substantially vertical trajectory near the drain hole of the cup to the trajectory, being at least partially horizontal. According to the third version, the rotary lock has a curvilinear contour. In the siphon channel there is a groove arranged along one of its walls. The groove has a curvilinear contour, which follows the rotary lock contour.

The device containing the specified substances is made as a tank (1) with a hole at the end of which there is a nozzle in the form of needle- distribution valve (2), and on top of the distribution valve a cap-mixer is attached to the container (3) with at least one hole or slit so that it covers the needle-distribution valve. The needle-distribution valve (2) is a tapering hollow shape which end contains at least one hole. The specified device is placed in the toilet tank (7) with the needle-distribution valve (2) down.
