SUBSTANCE: control fastening device consists of fixture element containing bracket-shaped case with orifices for screws or other elements designed for fastening to wall and having seat passing along axis, and connecting bar with external thread sliding along axis in said seat. The seat has threaded sections connected to the fixture element engaging with these threaded sections and facilitating their engagement with thread on the bar or facilitating their release from engagement. The fixture element is set on the threaded sections outside in radial direction; it turns relative to said axis and has internal lugs passing in a radial direction. The lugs engage the said threaded sections and push them to the bar; also, the lugs engage the threaded sections by means of turn of the fixture element around said axis. The seat has axial gaps wherein the said lugs can be inserted to facilitate free bar sliding in the seat.

EFFECT: simple and durable device, easy and fast control of distance between assembled structure and wall.

The present invention relates to an adjustable fastening device, in particular for fastening the mounting construction of the sanitary appliance to the wall.

Device for fastening a mounting construction of a sanitary appliance to the wall, is known from European patent document EP-A-1260639, contains a threaded connecting rod, which is inserted through a portion of the mounting structure and is in cooperation with the slot in the mounting element attached to the wall. This rod slides freely within the mounting member and attached thereto by means of threaded U-bolt connected with the rod in the transverse direction, so that the first can be roughly adjust the distance between the mounting structure and the wall (due to the sliding rod inside of the fastening element, and then finely adjusted by moving the connecting rod on the threads inside the U-bolt.

Despite the effectiveness of the specified device, it leaves scope for improvement in many respects, and particularly in regard to comfortable and affordable manufacturing, and quick and easy installation.

Other known systems are more or less similar to the above, are also very complex and expensive to manufacture, or they represent the relative activities the grade of difficulty and time-consuming installation and adjustment.

Thus, the aim of the present invention is to provide an adjustable mounting device, which in particular is designed for fastening the mounting construction of the sanitary appliance to the wall and through which it is possible to install the specified installation design, and adjusting the distance between the mounting structure and the wall is fast and convenient, and it is simple, durable and inexpensive to manufacture.

In accordance with this invention features an adjustable mounting device, in particular for fastening the mounting construction of the sanitary appliance to the wall containing the fastening element having a slot extending along an axis, a connecting rod having an external thread and moving along the axis within the specified socket, and the device is characterized by the fact that the socket has a threaded sections associated with the locking element, which interacts with these threaded sections, ensuring their entry in the interaction with the thread on the rod or exit from the specified interaction.

Thus, the proposed device are extremely cheap and easy to manufacture and installation allows for quick easy adjustment of the distance between the mounting structure and the wall and, in particular, provides provedenie quick rough adjustment, as well as fine-tuning.

The following example describes non-limiting variant of implementation of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, on which:

figure 1 shows a schematic exploded view of the proposed adjustable fastening device for fastening the mounting construction of the sanitary appliance to the wall;

figure 2 shows the exploded view of the device shown in figure 1;

3 and 4 show schematic cross-sectional view illustrating the operation of the device shown in figure 1.

The wall 16 has openings 20 for screws (or other items)intended for fastening element 10 to the wall.

The wall 17 has a through hole 21 restricting the first part of the slot 11, and the annular protrusion 22, which passes from the wall 17 into the cavity 19 in the direction of the wall 16 parallel to the axis a and the front edge portion 23 which forms an axial shoulder 24.

From the edge portion 23 parallel to the axis And there are two (or more) of the elastic branch 25, spaced circumferentially around the axis And, with the branch 25 is curved around an axis And limiting the second part of the slot 11. In the attached drawings example made two facing each other diametrically opposite branches 25.

Junction 25 is preferably made in one piece with the fastening element 10 and the annular protrusion 22. Due to the fact that the branch 25 pass from the annular ledge 22, are extended in the longitudinal direction and made of plastic, they can bend in the radial direction, i.e. they can be bend towards each other and away from each other in the radial direction relative activities is but a-axis, and they will return to its original undistorted configuration, if it is dropped.

Branch 25 over the respective free ends 26, with appropriate passing radially outward of the teeth 27, which have the corresponding axial shouldered 28 facing the outer part 23 of the projection 22.

As shown in figure 3, each branch 25 curved around the axis a and is limited radially inner surface 31 and a radially outer surface 32, coaxially with each other. Near all 26 branches 25 have respective radially inner threaded sections 33, performed on the surfaces 31 and facing each other, while the branch 25 separated by gaps 34, parallel to the axis A.

At junction 25 radially externally mounted locking element 14 located slidable around an axis And the surfaces 32. More specifically, the locking element 14 has a cylindrical sleeve 35 mounted on the branches 25 and fixed in the axial direction on the branches 25 between the opposite shoulder 24 and 28. The rod 13 has a cylindrical rod 41 with an external thread 42 and a head 43, easily controlled manually or by an appropriate tool and having a flange 44. The rod 13 is inserted through the part 3 into the cavity 39 of the support element 12 and the socket 11.

As shown in figure 3 and 4, the locking element 14 is rotated about the axis And with the support of the election of the installation:

- open position (figure 3), in which the protrusions 37 are located in the gap 34, the locking element 14 is not pushed junction 25 to the rod 13, and branch 25 are in the undeformed condition, so that the threaded sections 33 do not interact with the threads 42 on the rod 13 and the rod 13 slides freely within the slot 11 along the axis A;

- closed position (figure 4), in which the locking element 14 by means of the projections 37 pushes the branch 25 to the rod 13, the threads 33 at that interact with the threads 42 on the rod 13, which thereby can be rotated in the socket 11 by means of threads 42.

Thus, the locking element 14 communicates with the branches 25, pressing them in the radial direction of the rod 13 or the developing of branch 25 of the rod 13, so the threads 33, respectively, are in engagement with the threads 42 on the rod 13 or are not in this interaction.

The device 1 is as follows.

After placing the support element 12 in part 3 rack 4 (figure 1) rod 13 is inserted through the cavity 39 and the holes 5, so that the flange 44 abuts against the thrust surface of the support element 12 (in a known way, not shown).

The locking element 14 mounted on the branch 25 is in the open position, so that the protrusions 37 are located in the gaps 34, that is, between lines 25 (Fig 1 and 3), the rod 13 may be inserted into the slot 11 and, by way of free sliding relative to the fixing element 10 inside the socket 11 may be quickly installed in the desired position relative to the fastening element 10 for coarse adjustment of the distance between the structure 2 and the wall, to which must be attached to the fastening element 10.

After setting the desired distance between the structure 2 and the wall of the locking element 14 through parts 36 control turn (90° in this example) around the axis And in the closed position (figure 4), while it pushes the branch 25 to the rod 13, so that the parts 33 branches 25 are in engagement with the threads 42 on the rod 13.

At this moment acting on the cylinder 43, can realize the ü (by moving the rod 13 in the socket 11 on the thread with a more careful adjustment of the distance between the structure 2 and the fastening element 10 (and therefore, the distance between the structure 2 and the wall to which is attached a mounting element).

It is obvious that the possible changes to the specified device, which is described and illustrated herein, but without deviating from the scope of the protection defined in the attached claims.

At that, lower elbow near its lower end connected to outlet elbow interconnected with outlet opening has in fact horizontal baffle plate protruding forward from rear wall of lower elbow. Besides lower elbow is inclined backwards in its section from top to baffle plate and has in fact the same cross section.
