Elena mustafaeva's massage technique

Elena mustafaeva's massage technique

Technique is based on deep penetrating malaxations by the impact on basic reflex nervous centres along spines through nerve skin receptors with a deep and smooth effect both on connective tissue: fascias, ligaments and tendons, and on muscles. The malaxations are preceded by back stroking. Spiral, circular, dashed and double spiral malaxation motions are used. All the massage manipulations involve saw-like rubbing and stretching of muscular tissues by forearms along the spinal column. The procedure is completed by back vibration and percussions, as well as massage manipulations on upper and lower extremities. The malaxation being a basic massage manipulation follows the rubbing. Then thoracocervical spine is massaged from the back side with the massage procedure completed by stretching of cervical muscles preceded by adjuvant reflex therapy.
