Near the first working area there is an opening for access to the conveyor, allowing the personnel access to the conveyor for the purpose of manual loading of the foodstuff on the conveyor, arranged and packed in the first working area, for its transportation below the first working area to a position near the point of arranging the orders for dishes. |

Invention relates to special equipment used by trading enterprises. The trading post contains a base to accommodate equipment, a protective tent and a device for the protective tent tensioning and retention in the operating position. The base is made of two "П"-shaped parts, one of them having a cross-piece, their free ends being hollow, having a series of cross-wise through-holes and linked to each other by way of one part insertion into the other. There are four wheels mounted on the base bottom, two or them capable of turning and one - equipped with a braking device. On top of the base, there are "П"-shaped handles with cross-pieces attached, having vertically oriented mounting sockets with fixtures. The tent tensioning and retention device has two posts (attached to each other with a detachable spacer) and two "П"-shaped brackets, each having a mounting socket fitted onto the lower end of each of the two posts and fastened with a fixture. The second end of each bracket is mounted (attached with a fixture) in one of the two sockets. Fitted on and attached to the upper part of each vertical post is a coupling. The coupling is pivotally connected to two rod elements. Each rod element has a body and a spring-loaded movably part attached to the latter. Each body is pivotally connected to the top of one of the posts. The spacer has two parts, connected to each other and to the two pins. |

The invention discloses a method and a device of automated accelerated catering, including cooking and preparation of dishes on a top tier, equipped with horizontally conveying elements and feeding devices for vertical feed of finished meals to visitors' tables, arranged at the middle level directly under the feeding devices, and a technical room arranged at a lower tier, with the system of vertical feed of used dishware to the lower tier.
