The invention relates to the coal industry, in particular to the field of mechanical fasteners treatment workings mining the coal from the powerful and the average power of steep seams, in the conditions of the movable block of the roof, with dynamic manifestations of rock pressure.

Recent scientific studies show that deposits of coal has a significant amount of gold and other valuable metals industry. That's why we are techies hard invent means of mechanization in terms of the destroyed industry, mine closure and lack of Ministry of coal industry. We believe that the destroyers will replace the rulers are the creators.

Powerful steep layers traditionally practiced sublevel drifts - 7.68 per cent, bisectioning elastic panels and breakout hard shields 50-60% of production.

For excavation powerful and average power of steep seams in conditions where it is impossible when is the change of systems development with collapse, - standing pillars - 53%, under built-up surface and in areas under fire applied system development with the mined-out space of the inclined layers [1, 2]. Load for slaughter on a powerful steep layers does not exceed 9-11 tons per month, the worker productivity of about 10 tons per shift (mining area), lost in the depths constitute 40-45% [3].

The reason for the low efficiency of the systems is the lack of mechanization of the basic technological processes.

One of the areas of mechanization of technological processes of extraction steep thick layers is the creation of a mechanized roof supports on the basis of the experience of creating mechanized roof supports for steep seams of medium thickness.

The proposed shield support has the following distinctive features.

First, the dam fence base sections are in the form of a pneumatic sliding knife with a number of pneumatosis as part of the expansion.

Secondly, the linear section has as part of spreading pneumostome, representing a sleeve of a polymeric film, reinforced polymer chain, which is based n the capsule hardware compartment, when the roof bar of the linear section is covered with an elastic polymer layer.

Third, the shifting mechanism is a pointing device with grippers, mounted on the base section, which transfers the linear section followed by podvigina slaughter and then tightens the underlying.

Progress
