SUBSTANCE: device for connection of covering with enclosure of powered support section includes coaxially located eye-lugs of retractable sides of the covering and enclosure, which are hinged with pins, the diameters of holes of which are larger than the pin diameter. Two coaxial cylindrical bushings with projections and cavities are installed in eye-lugs of retractable sides of covering and enclosure. At that, bushings are provided with possibility of being attached to each other by turning the external bushing, the projections of which are engaged with projections of internal bushing, thus preventing their axial displacement relative to each other, with further fixation of that position by means of fixing pin. Besides, pin is installed into mutually coaxial holes made in bushings and radially offset relative to their rotation axis.

EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption, as well as labour intensity with regard to assembly of connection of covering and enclosure in case of repair or erection, and removal of the support section.

The invention relates to mining by underground methods for use in sections of mechanized roof supports.

A device swivel overlap and fencing sections of powered roof supports (patent RU 2109954), which has a retractable outer side of the overlap and the internal side of the fence pivotally interconnected cylindrical sleeves, exposed to the side and positioned on an axis coinciding with the axis of the fingers, and is rigidly mounted in the outer side of the ceiling.

On the sleeve, with the inner side of the fence, installed a lock device preventing mutual axial divergence of the sides.

The sleeve has an inner bore, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the finger, resulting in a finger can be inserted and removed from the outside of the shields.

Its main disadvantages are the following:

- a lock device mounted on a cylindrical sleeve made structurally complex, consisting of an unreasonably large number of relatively small parts, the installation of which is considerably time-consuming and inconvenient;

- the presence of the removable sleeve of considerable length in the sliding Board overlap complicates its installation;

in addition, a sliding Board fence made with a cylindrical hole at back is receiving for his connection with a sliding Board overlap, requires cross-install it on the sleeve of overlap, which is practically impossible in the conditions of the constrained workspace and unsafe working under a section of the people.

Also known device for connecting overlapping and fencing sections of powered roof supports (patent RU 2169268), in which the sliding Board fence by connecting with overlapping, made in the form of a closed shed or forked lugs, and a locking device on the cylindrical sleeve made in the form of a rigid collar that is located on the outer surface of the sleeve from the side of the finger, connecting overlapping with the fence, with the possibility of free longitudinal install retractable side fence open maw on the cylindrical sleeve between the sliding Board overlap and collar.

The disadvantages of this design are the weakening of the strength parameters eyes open maw, while the edges of the clevis lugs can be easily deformed by external forces that are transmitted through the cylindrical sleeve collar retractable side overlap.

In mine conditions must be ensured the possibility of removing the drawer sides separately one by one.

For separation retractable flanges overlapping and fencing dismantling any of them should be the subject of prior times the orcs side with his guides, with the mandatory offset of this Board along the longitudinal axis of the metal shield, which is not always possible in a limited working space and complicates repairs.

These problems are solved with the help of the claimed invention and features listed in the characterizing part of the claims.

This objective is achieved in that the device has removable sides overlap and fencing lugs and the hinge connecting two coaxial cylindrical sleeves with protrusions and depressions, when installing troughs of one of the sleeve opposite to the other of the sleeve and the subsequent rotation of one sleeve around its axis in such a position that the tabs of one of the sleeve engages with the projections of the other sleeve, and fixing the connection with the locking finger mounted in radially offset from the axis of rotation of these bushings are mutually aligned holes in both sleeves.

Moreover, the protrusions are located at the outer ends of the cylindrical bushings relatively connected with each other retractable sides, thereby preventing mutual divergence of the drawer sides.

In addition, the holes in the lugs sliding boards are made in alignment with the fingers connecting the overlapping and fencing, and have a larger diameter, which, if taken cylindrical collet winetitles and disconnect the overlap and the fence without removing their retractable sides.

The cylindrical sleeve can be easily removed for removing or installing a finger, at the same time provide protection swivel overlap and enclosures against ingress of chips and loose rocks of the roof.

In comparison with analogues of this design greatly simplifies the process of mounting and dismantling as nodes overlap and fencing, and retractable sides, reduces the complexity and improves the security of these works, which is especially important when working on the layers of low power.
