EFFECT: reduction of average density, thermal conductivity, air shrinkage and reduction of rejects at drying.

Raw mix relates to compositions for the manufacture of ceramic wall.

Closest to the proposed raw mix of technical nature and effect is achieved is raw mixture comprising zakarbonizovanny loam and aqueous solution of fatty acids of tall saponified in mass.%: zakarbonizovanny loam 98,8 - 99,2; aqueous solution of fatty acids of tall saponified 0,8 - 1,2 [RF Patent №2410351, SW 33/13].

The disadvantages of the raw mix is increased average density, thermal conductivity, and air shrinkage of the products, as well as the propensity to formation of cracks at drying.

The technical result - reduction of density, thermal conductivity, and air shrinkage products.

Hydrated lime (pushonku) receive at clearing to exhaust-kipelki. Slaked lime is a white powder, consisting of tiny particles of calcium hydroxide.

Acid tall oil fatty saponified (CITO) are formed by processing of coniferous wood for the pulp and paper industry and are a jelly-like product yellow color with different shades, consisting of sodium salts of natural vegetable fats faction C16-C22 (TU 13-7308058-15-90).

Zakarbonizovanny loam Anesbingo field contains, mass%: SiO 2 - 75,14; Al 2 O 3 - to 12.44; TiO 2 - 0,71; Fe 2 O 3 - 3,84; FeO - 1,43; CaO Of 5.84; MgO - 5,44; Na 2 O - 2,0; K 2 O - 2,66; loss on ignition - 10,36.

Salt brine is a natural substance and is a water solution NaCl, ions of CA 2+ , Mg 2+ , K+, SO 2 - 4 . Salt brine extracted during drilling at the Bratsk field of salt and used for technological needs of forest industry. Salt brine has the following chemical composition (in terms of dry substance),% Mas.: NaCl - 95,2; CA 2+ - 0,58, Mg 2+ - 0,044, K + - 0,084 and SO 2 - 4 - 1,45.

Use as a fluid mixing water suspension consisting of hydrated lime, acid tall oil fatty saponified and salt brine, allows to form a rigid frame in the crock due to mineral components and microporous structure due to burnout organic component and dehydration particles of calcium hydroxide. Together, this leads to the reduction of air shrinkage, the average density and heat conductivity of the product. During firing in electric furnaces lightens the surface of products due to formation in the outer layer of mixed calcium and sodium silicate, which improves decorative properties of products.

Example. Clay raw materials shut water suspension consisting of hydrated lime, acid tall oil fatty saponified and salt brine, while the amount of fluid mixing corresponds to 20% by weight of dry clay loam. From the mixture obtained by the method of plastic molding is made samples, raw is being dried at a temperature of 100-110 C and firing at temperatures 950°N
