Method of making conglomerate engobe / 2325373
Any type of clay can be used when making conglomerate angobes, provided it can dissolve in natrium liquid glass. The clay is unfurled in water with natrium liquid glass up to 50-70% moisture. The quantity of liquid natrium glass added to the unfurled clay is equal to the quantity necessary for maximum dissolution of the watery ceramic slip with 40-45% moisture of the same clay. The unfurled clay is settled until it fully separates into sediments and a sedimental-stable suspension of clay minerals. The obtained water suspension of clay minerals, Particles of which are mot more than 1 mcm in size, are taken to the surface of the formed dry clay products, dried and are burnt in an acidic medium at temperature of 900-1050°C. An engobe-gloss coating with low water absorption capacity is obtained on the surface of the product.

The invention relates to compositions of ceramic masses, which can be used in the production of facing tiles.

Famous ceramic mass, comprising, mass%: clay 30,0-40,0, kaolin 30,0-40,0, quartz sand 1,0-10,0, ceramic fight 1,0-5,0; waste lithium fluoride 10,0-20,0 [1].

The objective of the invention consists in increasing the durability of products obtained from the ceramic body.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that ceramic material for the manufacture of tiles, including clay, kaolin, quartz sand, ceramic fight, additionally contains liquid potassium glass and carboxymethyl cellulose in the following ratio of components, mass%: clay 70,5-76,5; kaolin 3,0-4,0; quartz sand 20,0-25,0; ceramic fight 0,1-0,15; liquid potassium glass 0,2-0,3; carboxymethylcellulose 0,1-0,15.

For preparation of the ceramic material can be used qualitative white burning clay and kaolin any fields. As of ceramic crushing, consider fight defective ceramic tiles after firing.

Components are batched in the required amount. Ball mill download ceramic fight, quartz sand, liquid potassium glass, carboxymethylcellulose, pour water and spend grinding components for 5-6 hours. Then in the mill add clay, kaolin and crushed even within 3-4 hours. A degree of crushing of a ready slip must correspond to the balance of 2% on the sieve 008. Dehydration of suspensions to obtain cakes with humidity 20-25% produce filter-presses of periodic action. From the received ceramic masses plastic method is formed into tiles, which are dried up to the humidity of 1-6%, sprayed on the surface layer color matte glaze and the temperature 1100-1200°C conduct firing.
