The invention relates to medicine, relates to a method Wellness neurohormonal correction and rejuvenation with the use of musical and acoustic effects and can be used in various medical institutions.

The closest is the way to healing the human body, which consists in the correction of psycho-emotional state of the patient by means of musical influence on him (EN 2143839, AB 5/04, publ. 10.01.2000).

The known method the impact on the body is to record the action potentials, the formation of a sound effect depending on biosignal, the external sound influence form the polyphonic series, each audio component of which is determined by the corresponding biosignals, and the number of recorded action potentials determines the number of musical instruments for the execution of the respective parties. According to this method determines a preferred harmonics corresponding to the tone and the overtones of each biosignal, and based on the selected harmonics form the corresponding audio component.

Sound effects form at least a two-channel acoustic system for regulating the phase of the sound effects of the subsequent channels relative to the previous one.

Thisway, selecting for each biosignal musical instrument and synthesizing the appropriate party, carry out the creation and orchestration of the music of the body. Pre-adjustment of the original bio-measurement enables the creation of music, not only describing the state of the organism, but also allows you to adjust the physiological state of the organism. Carrying out a relative offset in time tunes of various bio-measurement, it is possible to obtain the effect of the spatial distribution and movement of sounds and accordingly adjust the direction of the effect on various processes in the biological object.

The known method allows for the effects on the body with simultaneous consideration of multiple bio-measurement and their relationship.

The disadvantage of this method is that the human body carry out external influence musical party within the receptive approach obedient listening to special music programs, based on bioelectric potentials translated into acoustic impacts on a particular principle.

This music program is a set of sound vibrations, which is not music, it is music listener. In connection with this musical party becomes relevant physically the th patient's condition without regard to its overall mental state and mental state at the moment. At the same time found that the psycho-emotional state of the patient at a particular point in time may not correspond to the General state of the organism.

In this case, the load of the patient's musical party does not have the desired effect, as it can not respond to his mood or state. Such exposure has on the patient's psycho-emotional overload with a negative reaction, not forming positive emotions in the patient. In addition, were not studied the consequences of such impacts from a psychophysiological point of view, in particular, for the hormonal system, which is significant not only from a scientific but also from a practical point of view.

Achievable technical result is the restoration of neurohumoral regulation.

The method is as follows.

Prior exposure to determine the musicality of the patient, genre musical preferences, hemodynamic profile and levels of certain hormones in the blood. Further, in accordance with the received data, from music therapy music library make a compilation of musical works and form a program for neurohormonal correction and rejuvenation lasting 10 minutes or more. The library consists of various genres of musical works that use broadband oscillating justicesee signals in the frequency range 16-20000 Hz, each of which is based on hardware-acoustic analysis is divided into:

1) in the S-algorithm uses acoustic signals with dominant sound pressure level ≤45 dB, rate ≤60 beats/min, and applied to the identified increased blood levels of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, and reduced levels of serotonin and beta-endorphin.

2) in the T-algorithm uses acoustic signals with dominant sound pressure level of 65 dB, but less than 90 dB and the rate of >80 beats/min, is applied to the identified reduced blood levels of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, and increased levels of serotonin and β-endorphin;

3) in the HR-algorithm used acoustic algorithms, characterized by the dominant sound pressure level of more than 45 dB, but less than 60 dB, with a rate of 60-80 beats./min, or sequential alternating S - and T-algorithms for the correction of the level of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, serotonin and β-endorphin in the blood in the direction of the averages of normal (ideal standard).

Treatments using favorites musical-acoustic effects are from 10 to 60 minutes is not less than 1 times a week for 2-3 weeks or more, the persons suffering from arterial hypertension, musical-acoustic stimulation of the T-algorithm is not assigned.

To maintain the optimum level is ormanov in the blood for a long time and used in two technological contexts: in the form of audio listening, or a combination of audio listening, with additional simultaneous contact by impact of acoustic transmitters on the reflex zones of the skin.

The most frequent indications for the use of the proposed methodology are: 1) functional after-stress disorder, 2) hormonal dysfunction, 3) neurotic disorders, 4) reduction in reserve capacity of the body, 5) premature aging and aging skin.

For a comprehensive evaluation of the peculiarities of the influence on the human organism of the proposed method was implemented 2-stage research program.

Materials and methods research 1-th stage.

Main objective: to develop interventions using a variety of music-acoustic algorithms and to conduct a comparative study on the impact of one-time effects of various algorithms for up to 30 minutes on the levels of certain hormones, as well as on the ratio of the cellular elements of the white blood cells to assess the level of adaptive reactions.

For research were selected 80 people of different age and sex with neurotic disorders after the stress and randomly divided into 3 experimental groups (AG-1, AG-2 and AG-3) - 20 people each and a control group (CG) the number is 20 people.

As can be seen from the data presented in table 1, sedative music-acoustic stimulation (S-algorithm) caused a significant increase in the group EG-1 average values of indicators of serotonin 1.9 times (p≤0,05), thus lowering the level of blood adrenaline, noradrenaline (p≤0.05) and cortisol (p≤0,01). β-endorphin showed implausible fluctuations with the General trend towards a slight decrease in the level of content in the blood. Visually and according to the survey activity while patients EG-1 was decreased, there were muscular and emotional relaxation, a feeling of drowsiness.

In the group EG-2, after the musical-acoustic stimulation using the HR-algorithm, has been a significant increase in the level of blood adrenaline 1.8 times (p≤0,05). β-endorphin, norepinephrine, and cortisol showed a General trend to some higher level content in the blood (p≥0.05), and serotonin - to decrease. In the quantitative analysis of the resulting figures, revealed the dynamics optimization of hormonal background, i.e. the tendency in the movement level of the studied hormones to the average values of the corridor is army. In this way, the individual was noted after the procedure even slightly good mood and good enough performance.

In the group EG-3, after applying the T-algorithm musical-acoustic impacts occurred reliable change indices of all the studied hormones: increased level of blood adrenaline 2.3 times (p≤0.01), and norepinephrine 1.2 times (p≤0,05), cortisol 1.4 (p≤0.05) and β-endorphin 1.2 times (p≤0,05). Serotonin levels were decreased by 1.6 times (p≤0,05). Subjectively, the subject was noted after the procedure, feeling the tide of physical strength, a significant rise of mood and activity.

The most sensitive hormone musical-acoustic effects in our studies was the adrenaline, which level in the blood was significantly changed after using all algorithms impact.

In the control group significant change in hormone levels in the blood not detected.

In Aigues-3 index value of LY/SEG rose to the level of 0.61 (reaction peaceful activation)and in KG index fluctuations LY/SEG were insignificant.

Thus, all the algorithms MAV caused a reaction of adaptation, which, as is well known (Garkavi LH, 2006), increase the reserve capacity of the organism and health. It is shown that the most positive leukocyte changes in the peripheral blood occurred after conducting MAB-HR, when the sedative music-acoustic stimulation alternated with neutral or mildly tonic, was observed optimize hormonal levels, i.e. the tendency in the movement level of the studied hormones to the averages of the normal range.

Growth index values LY/SEG to 0.75 demonstrated the development of the reaction increased activation.

Materials and methods the 2nd stage of the research.

The main objective of the 2nd phase of the study was the development of music therapy programs using HR-algorithms and comprehensive assessment of the peculiarities of the influence of music therapy influences the emotional sphere and the condition of the skin in persons with impaired microcirculation of the skin.

Surveyed 3 women aged 20 to 40 years with various signs of disturbances of microcirculation and trophism of the skin.

All subjects were patients randomly were divided into 2 groups.

The main group of 20 people was conducted Meso-Forte therapy: 5 procedures for 15 minutes every other day. The procedure was carried out as follows - in the face dressed cloth mask, impregnated with a bioactive mixture, consisting of: distilled water, shark oil, extracts of olive leaf, seaweed, placentae, vitamins a, C, E. the Free ends of a fabric mask with two sides were brought to the projection of the ears and covered them. Then top dressed Studio stereo headphones and within 15 min on each procedure was broadcast one of the music therapy programs: "anti-Stress & Insomnia, Depression & Fatigue", "Therapy of fear and anxiety, Hypertension & Nervous stress", "the Breath of life & Neurasthenia" series "Music health". Thus, acoustic signals was affected in two ways: on the auditory analyzer and right on the cells of the skin through the fabric, part of which was under headphones, and performed along with the function of bioactive mask at the same time the role of the acoustic membrane, spreading coming from headphones audio signals on covered skin surface.

The control group of 10 people was carried out by Issa the procedures similar chemical composition, frequency and duration, but without musical influence.

In a comprehensive research program has included medical and psychological tests.

1) a Survey of complaints and clinical observation was permanent in the course of the program.

2) To measure the level of anxiety, which is used twice, before treatment and after the scheduled course, used a questionnaire Taylor consisting of 50 statements, adapted T.A. Neminem in 1966.

3) a Comprehensive study of blood flow in subcutane vessels using laser Doppler flowmetry was performed using a skin contact sensor on the device BLF-21 firms Transonic Systems (USA).

Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) is a sensitive and informative diagnostic method allowing to assess the state of the microcirculation, which has a direct influence on the trophism of tissues and organs, as well as on the activity of regeneration processes in various pathological processes, including inflammatory and degenerative.

Measurement of the Doppler components in the spectrum of the reflected laser signal scattered by moving in the tissues of the particles, allows using LDF non-invasive way to assess the volume of blood flow (per unit time through a unit mass of tissue), for example, set the te simultaneous or dynamically capillary blood flow in the superficial layers of the skin.

Was carried out three-time measurement of blood flow with subsequent averaging: for 5 minutes before the start of the 1st procedure, after the 1st procedure and after finishing all the procedures.

4) Objective assessment of the condition of the skin was carried out using a computer program SkinXPro that determines the degree of humidity, the excretion of fat, smooth, pigmentation.

The results of all studies were processed by methods of variation statistics. When comparing the distributions of different indicators for different groups were used U - test Mann-Whitney.

Mathematical processing of the investigated material was carried out using software tools "Statist".

The results obtained.

In the clinical examination, the patients and control group defined the symptoms of skin microcirculation. Revealed - pallor, dryness, smoothness of skin image.

Found that 83.3% of the surveyed individuals connect their existing skin problems with emotional stress and chronic nervous stress.

With 75% of the main group and 80% of controls showed a variety of complaints neurotic character, among which the most frequent were: fear, sleep disturbance and depressed mood.

Dynamics of claims after procedures are presented in table 3.

Table 3
Comparative characteristic patterns of complaints after the treatment in the experimental and control groups
Neurotic complaints The main group, the number examined (%), presenting complaints The control group, the number examined (%), presenting complaints
to procedures after procedures to procedures after procedures
Fears 20% 5% 20% 20%
Sleep disorders 25% 10% 30% 30%
Low mood 30% 10% 30% 20%
Only 75% 25% 80% 70%

In accordance with the presented data revealed, in the study group occurred a significant decrease in the number of neurotic complaints by 50% (U=<0.01). In the control group the reduction of complaints by 10% was not significant (U>=0.05).

When assessing personal property on the anxiety scale Taylor found that the average values of indices of anxiety in all examined groups initially hesitated in the middle level with a tendency to high, namely in the main group - 25.5±7.2 points, control 27±7.7.

It is established that at the end of the observations statistically significant decrease in the average value of an indicator of anxiety occurred in the primary group at 21.6% (U=<0.05). In the control group repeated testing revealed a nonsignificant decrease in anxiety by 3.7%.

When assessing the physiological state of the skin found that before treatment in all examined groups there was a decrease subcutaneo blood flow. In the main group the value of this indicator was 8.5±2.31, control and 7.9±1.8 (at a rate equal to 15.6±4,1 ml/100g/min).

Dynamics subcutaneo blood flow after a series of treatments is presented in table 4.

Table 4
Dynamics subcutaneo blood flow in the main and controlgroup after a series of treatments
group and type of impact Subcutane blood before treatment (ml/100g/min) Subcutane the bloodstream after the 1st procedure (ml/100g/min) Subcutane the bloodstream after 5 treatments (ml/100g/min)
Main (MTFF) 8,5±2,3 19,3±4,7 16,5±3,0
Control (facial mask) 7,9±1,8 9,5±2,9 P,2±2,7

In accordance with the presented data shows that in the main group after the first procedure indicator subcutaneo blood flow significantly increased 2.3 times from baseline at the level of values U=<0,001, and after 5 treatments consistently normalized, reaching a value of 16.5±3.0 ml/100g/min (U=<0,01).

In the control group after 5 beauty masks indicator subcutaneo inaccurate blood flow increased 1.4, remaining at the level of values below normal.

Improvement of the physical condition of the skin revealed in the main and control groups.

However, the degree of hydration, the maximum increased in the study group with 29,7±4.9 to 36.4±6.2 cu (U-value=0.01).

The smoothness of the skin increased in both groups, the maximum dynamics in the main, where she was 43.3±2,1 $ U=<0,01).

Patients in both groups improved elasticity and skin color but more pronounced positive dynamics was in the main group.

What are the mechanisms of the results?

It is known that stress can negatively affect the skin condition. So in the 1st stage of the stress out adrenaline. In the body, the reaction begins mobilization: increased blood pressure and heart rate, redistributed blood. The skin begins to feel the lack of oxygen, what becomes unhealthy yellowish hue.

In the 2nd stage of stress increases production of the hormone cortisol, which suppresses the immune system. In the skin glucocorticoids in high concentrations inhibit the growth and division of fibroblasts, which leads to the thinning of the skin, its light damage, poor healing of wounds. The skin becomes susceptible to infections.

Stress may have a negative impact on digestion which leads to accumulation of toxins, including in the skin, which can lead to rashes and inflammatory processes. Therefore, combating stress and its effects is a prerequisite for successful recovery of the skin or treatment of dermatological patients.

The perception of pleasant melodies by ear has anti-stress effect, soothes, relieves spasms of peripheral blood vessels, including capillaries. In nikeysha optimization level of hormones in the blood when using HR-algorithms musical-acoustic effects contributes to the balance of the processes of inhibition and excitation in the Central nervous system, balances the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions outside.

In General, the proposed method Wellness neurohormonal correction and rejuvenation with the help of music-acoustic effects allows you to optimize the content of the level of hormones in the blood, increasing the reserve capacity of the organism and the level of health with the help of reactions adaptation, which ultimately has a positive impact on psychological and physical state of the patient, including the appearance of the patient.

1. The way neurohormonal correction using musical-acoustic effects, including the determination of hormone levels in the blood and genre of the musical preferences of the patient, on the basis of revealed preferences select music, forming the musical program, then taking into account the identified level of hormones carry out impact, using acoustic signals: from the dominant sound pressure level ≤45 dB and rate <60 beats./min (S-algorithm) - elevated levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, and reduced levels of serotonin and β-endorphin; with the dominant sound pressure level of 65 dB, but less than 90 dB and the rate of >80 beats./min (T-algorithm) - at low levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, and increased levels of serotonin and β Endorf is on; dominating the sound pressure level of more than 45 dB, but less than 60 dB, with a rate of 60-80 beats./min, or sequential alternating S - and T-algorithms - if necessary, adjust the levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, serotonin and β-endorphin in the direction of the average values of the norms of these hormones.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the duration of the music program is from 10 minutes or more.

3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the influence exercised by not less than 1 times a week, for two weeks or more.

4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the impact is realized by means of audio listening.

5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the impact carried out through a combination of audio listening, with a simultaneous contact of the impact of acoustic transmitters on the reflex zones of the skin.
