The invention relates to the field of lifting and transport machinery, namely to design aprons balustrade of the escalator, and is intended to shield passengers from the mechanisms and structures of the escalator and prevent cases of tightening shoes and long service passengers.

Known apron balustrade of the escalator, the Z-shaped profiles for mounting through a thrust to the metalwork of the escalator. On the outer surface of the aprons are made grooves, held at a 90° angle to the base of the apron. Side surfaces of the grooves are rounded, smoothly mated with the flat part of the outer surface of the aprons, located between the grooves. (Copyright certificate №1685851 invention "Balustrade of the escalator", IPC WV 23/22, publ. 23.10.1991). The disadvantage of this solution is the high cost of production, high coefficient of friction, lack of rigidity and security.

Known apron balustrades, consisting of a set of coupled between the panels associated with the steel escalator through the bracket and the adjusting rod. Each bracket contains interconnected vertical and horizontal rods, and panel apron stiffeners, which with the help of clamps attached to vertical rods brackets (vercoe certificate No. 1518263 invention "Apron balustrade of the escalator", publ. 30.10.1989, IPC WV 23/22). The known construction is also characterized by the complexity of manufacturing, a high coefficient of friction and lack of rigidity. In addition, there is a danger of pulling in long clothes and shoes of passengers in the gap between the apron and step, which reduces the safety of passengers when driving on the escalator.

The most famous is close to the set of essential features of the claimed invention and is selected as a prototype apron balustrade of the escalator, containing a set of stacked steel panels, to the inner side of which is rigidly attached two rows of profile beams connected by a rod with steel escalator. The outer side of the steel panel contains a layer of anti-friction coatings in the form of a thin lipid film. Panels made from sheets of stainless steel (stainless) steel and profiled beams have a Z-shaped profile and is attached to the panels by spot welding. To prevent the feet of the passengers and his long service in the gap between the apron and step along the top edge of the apron are safety brushes (instructions on maintenance of escalators AT, ET), Publishing house "Prospect", 2006, str-145). The presence of anti-friction coatings, which used the fat film that significantly reduces the coefficient of friction, however, leads to contamination of clothing and footwear passengers in case of accidental contact with the apron. In addition, the requirements for the operation of escalators provided by the periodic leaching of the surface of the apron, dry cleaning, lubrication and friction, the last before the formation of a thin lipid film, which is associated with significant labor and material costs. The use of alloyed steels leads to the high cost of known apron. In addition, the apron is characterized by insufficient rigidity.

The task, which directed the claimed technical solution is the creation of an apron balustrade of the escalator, with improved technical and economic characteristics.

Technical results achieved in the task, are:

- decreased coefficient of friction;

- increase the service life of the antifriction coatings;

- reduce operating costs;

- increasing noise and vibraphone;

- reduction of production cost;

the exception of damage to clothing and footwear passengers in case of accidental contact with the surface of the apron;

- increase the rigidity of the apron;

improving the safety of passengers.

These technical results are achieved t is m, that apron balustrade of the escalator includes a set of stacked steel panels, the outer side of which contains a layer of anti-friction coatings, and to the inner side of which is rigidly attached two rows of profile beams connected by a rod with steel escalator. Between the outer surface of the steel panel and a layer of anti-friction coatings placed a layer of alkyd-urethane enamel coating, the anti-friction coating applied fluoropolymer coating.

Preferably, the steel panel was made of unalloyed steel and additionally contained a layer of corrosion-resistant coating on its inner side.

Preferably, the top edge of the steel panels contained flared.

Preferably, the width of the flange of the upper edge of the steel panel was the range of 30÷50 mm

It is preferable that each of the rigidly attached to the steel panel beam was S-shaped profile.

Preferably, the apron contained safety brush along the top edge of the steel panels.

It is preferable that the apron contained light cord, located along the top edge of the steel panels.

Preferably, the light cord was located above the safety brushes./p>

Preferably, the steel panels were installed with the possibility of adjustment in the transverse direction.

It is preferable that the gap between the steel panel and the step of the escalator with one side not exceeding 6 mm

Comparative analysis of the claimed invention with the prototype showed that in all cases run it differs from the known closest technical solution:

- the presence of a layer alkyd-urethane enamel coating is placed between the outer surface of the steel panel and a layer of anti-friction coatings;

- use as anti-friction coatings fluoropolymer coating.

In some cases, the claimed invention may differ from the known closest technical solution:

- implementation of panel of non-alloy steel;

- the presence of an additional layer of anti-corrosion coating on the inner side of the steel plates from non-alloy steel;

- the presence of the flange on the upper edge of the steel panels;

- running the width of the flange on the upper edge of the panel constituting the range of 30÷50 mm;

- C-shaped profile beams, rigidly attached to the steel panels;

the presence of a light cord that is located along the top edge of the steel panels on the safety brushes;

- what all of the gap between the steel panel and the step of the escalator on the one hand, not exceeding 6 mm

Use Teflon1cover with compared to fat grease more high antifriction properties, reduces the likelihood of a tightening shoes and clothing in the gap between the stage and the apron. The lack of fat grease on the outer side of the panel eliminates damage to, clothing and footwear passenger in case of accidental contact with the surface of the apron and improves the appearance of the apron. The presence of an additional layer of alkyd-urethane enamel coating is placed between the outer surface of the steel panel and a layer of fluoroplastic coating ensures a long service life of the antifriction coating, excluding operations needed when using oils grease - periodic washing, dry cleaning, lubrication and rubbing her before the formation of a thin lipid film on the surface of the apron, which significantly reduces operating costs in Addition, double-layer coating on the outer side of the steel panel provides additional absorption of noise and vibration from machines and mechanisms escalator, reducing noise at his work. The implementation panel of alloy steel reduces the cost of the apron through the use of cheaper grades of steel, and the presence of an additional layer of corrosion-resistant coating on the inner side of the panel provides protection from corrosion. The presence of the flange on the upper edge of the steel panels and the use of beams with S-shaped profile significantly increase the stiffness of the apron.

The presence of a light cord and perform gap between the steel panel and the step of the escalator, with one side not exceeding 6 mm, and with the two parties in the amount of not exceeding 10 mm, increases the safety of passengers when driving on the escalator.

The present invention is illustrated in the schematic drawing of the apron balustrade of the escalator (longitudinal section and cross-section)shown in Fig. 1.

In a preferred embodiment, the apron balustrade of the escalator includes a set of stacked steel panels 1, to the inner side of which is rigidly, for example, by welding, attached two rows of profile beams 2 connected via pull with 3 steel 4 escalator. The outer side of the steel panel, 1 soda is separated by a layer of anti-friction PTFE coating 5 and an extra layer of alkyd-urethane enamel coating 6, placed between the outer surface of the steel plate 1 and a layer of anti-friction PTFE coating 5. Panel 1 made of non-alloy steel, and further comprises a corrosion-resistant coating layer 7 on the inner side. The top edge of the steel plate 1 includes a frame 8, preferably a width of 30÷50 mm When the width of the flange is less than 30 mm, there is no possibility of placing the fastener profile shield balustrades, and if the width of the flanging over 50 mm apron fits the dimensions of the metal of the escalator. Each is rigidly attached to the steel panels 1 beam 2 has a C-shaped profile. Along the top edge of the steel panels 1 are protective brush 9, over which is placed a light cord 10. Steel panels 1 are installed with the possibility of adjustment in the transverse direction. The gap λ between the steel panel 1 and stage 11 with one side not exceeding 6 mm, and with the two parties in the amount of not exceeding 10 mm

The invention operates as follows.

Apron balustrade of the escalator is a bottom vertical portion of the balustrade 12 escalator, located along the stair cloth (not shown) at the level of stages 11, and is designed to adjust the gap λ between the stage 11 and the rail 12 to shield passengers from mechanismby metal escalator and prevent cases of tightening shoes and long service passengers. The gap λ is adjusted by the adjusting rod 3 is fixed to the profiled beams 2. The data allow the adjusting rod to adjust the distance from the apron to the highway stair cloth, with the possible displacement of the parts of the escalator relative to each other. Frame 8 and C-shaped profiled beams 2 ensure compliance with the given geometry and the necessary clearances in accordance with the requirements of the rules for safe operation. The present invention is manufactured by using a known technology on the well-known equipment. Layer alkyd-urethane enamel coating is applied by spray from the aerosol container.
