The invention relates to the escalator and moving sidewalk with lighting, which includes the lighting based on led technology.

From the EP 1657209 known escalator and moving sidewalk with a number of LEDs in the balustrade. While a great number of LEDs is located behind a transparent or translucent fencing for LEDs, and the fence stretches zapodlitso with a balustrade. The distance between the LEDs and the fence is at least 20 mm, and, in particular, at least 30 mm Between the fence and the led is a light diffuser, which is formed by a disk of frosted glass. It is located very near the back fence. In addition, the fence has a flat front surface and a slightly curved rear surface to get a small effect collectively lenses to focus light. Secondly, we need well-known constructive efforts to position a number of LEDs on the certain distance to the fence. In particular, takes place accompanied by large cost installation.

From the EP 891940 A1 or EP 913354 A1 known escalator and moving sidewalk with lighting on restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims. These documents are described mainly fluorescent tubes, but referred to the LEDs. Highlights not only - as, in General, accepted - the entrance and the area of gathering, but all of the ground area along the length of the escalator and moving sidewalk. The problem with this is, in particular, curved transition region between the smooth entrance and inclined average area or inclined middle pane and smooth area vanishing.

The objective of the invention is to create an escalator and moving sidewalk in which or from which it can be improved lighting, in particular, in the basement area. A separate objective of the invention is to provide a uniform lighting based on led technology, with a reduced cost of constructive elements and installation. In particular, there should be no need no light sources in curved transition area between smooth entrance and inclined average area or inclined middle pane and smooth area vanishing.

The problem is solved with the help of the proposed according to the invention of the escalator or proposed, according to the invention of a moving sidewalk, characterized by the signs of paragraph 1 of the claims.

Thanks to the activities described in dependent claims, preferred possible improvements referred to in item 1 of the escalator and moving sidewalk.

The preferred way means of lighting based on led technology, namely, lighting tool is formed in the form of a tape with LEDs. When lighting tools that are based on led technology, as a rule, occurs front concentration of the emitted light. This is the difference compared to the lighting tool, based on the filament, which is largely uniform spatial radiation. When the means of lighting based on led technology, the problem is usually that one or more of lighting visible as dots or at least visible as manifested by the difference in brightness, which is undesirable. Using reflective surface part of the radiated by means of lighting the light can be reflected in the direction of the fence, while the other part can get from the media coverage is right on the fence. This in itself is known from JP 2006/232518 for entry and descent. This can achieve more balanced coverage. Light radiated by means of lighting in the front direction, can be rejected using the reflective surface. This also at a relatively compact device more uniform illumination. The fence can be fully or partially transparent. When partially transparent implementation of the fence can be implemented, for example, the arrow direction. The transparent part of partially transparent barriers in this case largely evenly lit, and there is a harmonious overall impression.

It is preferable that provided the band with a means of lighting, which has a large number of lighting, and the tape with the means of lighting inserted in the lighting profile. Specially profile tape with the means of lighting should be oriented horizontally. Further, it is preferable that the tape with the means of illumination executed with the opportunity of a bend in the longitudinal direction and twisting around the longitudinal direction. Thanks to the laying strips with the means of lighting the lighting profile possible simple in installation. Then it becomes possible to bend a tape with the means of lighting, as it is needed, for example, when the escalator, in the transitional areas between horizontal and sloping upwards areas. In contrast with vertical installation tape with the means of lighting the opportunity of a bend in this case is limited.

It is preferable that the lighting profile has the support elements between which positioned the tape with the means of lighting. With this tape with the means of lighting can be inserted between the supporting elements, and provided commit, or, at least, a certain positioning. However the support elements can be issued in the form shaped pins supporting elements. The supporting elements can be also drawn up in the form of hooks, in the form of bolts and take the form of points, boss, lens, or can be made in the form of bumps to provide positioning, or protection against slipping. Specially shaped pins bearing elements can be made hard. Depending on application, may also flexible performance.

Preferred is that transparent fence on the inside, facing the reflecting surface has a dissipative structure. For example, transparent fencing can be made on the inner side of wavy. Thanks to this, may further improve the perceived outside lighting effect.

The preferred way of reflecting surface is located on the inside lighting of the profile. This is also preferable that the reflecting surface of the formed coating which is applied on the inner surface of a lighting profile. This can be run with a reduced number of parts, resulting in possible simple in installation.

Next is preferred that the reflective surface in the plane of the section is made concave. Thanks to this, a large proportion of light radiated by means of lighting, can deviate in the direction of the fence.

The preferred way means of lighting, stuck in the lighting profile, targeted to be approximately perpendicular to the fence, and the reflecting surface is focused on one side, at least approximately a 45-degree angle to the fence and on the other hand oriented, at least approximately a 45-degree angle to the direction of the main radiation media coverage. In the direction of the main radiation funds lighting radiates most of the light, in General radiated by means of lighting. The preferred way light is radiated in the direction of the main radiation, first deviates from a reflective surface before it is passed through the fence. Thanks to this, firstly, possible expansion because of a longer path, let the light. Secondly, thanks to the curved performance reflective surface can «smearing» typical round shape media coverage.

It is preferable that the lighting profile has the section for mounting that the cap has plinth, and lighting profile on their site for fastening connected with a ground sheet. This is also preferable that the glass fencing has at least one edge for the attachment, which is sandwiched between the site for mounting of lighting profile and ground sheet. This enables simple installation of lighting profile on the plinth and mounting of translucent fencing.

The present invention is illustrated by drawings, which presents the following:

In Fig. 1 schematic representation of the escalator 1 in accordance with the preferred option of carrying out the invention. The escalator 1 may be made in the form of a moving sidewalk. The escalator 1 has some bearing elements 2, which is made in the form of steps or pallets. Then there moving handrail 3, for which the user escalator 1 can be kept when moving. Moving on to the rail 3 moves on the balustrade 4, which is a side of the fence during use. Balustrade 4 fixed on the socle 5 balustrades, which has a ground sheet 6. Bearing elements 2, at least partially located next to a ground sheet 6 and when the work is moving along the outside 7 (2) ground sheet 6 in accordance with the direction of the escalator 1.

In the presented variant of execution of the escalator 1 produces the transportation from the first plane E1 on the second plane E2, which lie at different levels. Alternatively escalator 1 can be developed as a moving walkway, and the plane El, E2 lie on the same or, at least, mainly at similar levels, so that instead of steps can be applied bearing elements 2, which is executed in the form of pallets.

Plinth 6 has dredging 8 (2), in which there is a transparent enclosure 10.

As shown in figure 2, ground sheet 6 forms with other ground leaves 11, 12, L-beam 13 and other elements 14 plinth 5 balustrades 4.

Inside of the cap 5 balustrade is illuminating device 15, which includes a transparent enclosure 10. With the help of lighting devices 15 may, for example, the lighting load-bearing elements 2. Next, with the help of lighting devices 15 increases optical vision escalator 1.

Another option is performing another operation of the lighting units described below in detail, as well as with figure 3.

Figure 3 shows a fragment of the escalator 1, denoted by the position III. Lighting installation 15 includes lighting profile 16, located inside of the cap 5 balustrades. Lighting profile includes 16-shaped ledge main profile 17, which is roughly triangular cross-section. Lighting profile 16 includes the upper area of 18 for fastening and the lower section 19 for the attachment, which is connected with the main profile 17. Transparent enclosure 10 has the upper edge of 20 for fastening and the lower edge of 21 for fastening. The top edge of 20 for fixing fences 10 sandwiched between a ground sheet 6 and the top section 18 for mounting of lighting profile 16. The bottom edge of 21 for fastening sandwiched between a ground sheet 6 and the lower section 19 for mounting of lighting profile. Lighting profile 16 on its upper section 18 for fastening by means of a connecting element 22 and on its lower section 19 for fastening by means of a connecting element 23 connected with a ground sheet 6. While in the longitudinal direction, 24 (1) may be provided by a large number of other connective elements, 22, 23 for mounting of lighting profile 16 K. ground sheet 6.

In the lighting profile 16 inserted the tape is 30 with the means of lighting, which has a large number of lighting, designed in accordance with the tool 31 lighting. The tool 31 lighting is based on led technology.

On the lighting profile 16 provides shaped pins reference items 32, 33. While in the longitudinal direction 24 on the lighting profile 16 provides a large number of other shaped pins supports 32, 33. A part of the light emitted by the vehicle 31 lighting, goes directly to the enclosure 10, as shown by the arrow 34C.

The escalator 1 in this embodiment, has the advantage consists in the fact that the tape is 30 with the means 31 lighting can be inserted in the lighting profile 16 without special holder, and horizontally. With the help of lighting profile 16 with a reflective surface 35 light radiated by means 31 lighting, is approximately 90, in particular, from 70 to 110 degrees, and covers over a larger area or completely transparent enclosure 10, which serves as the light output in the basement sheet 6 of the cap 5 balustrades. Lighting profile 16 when this can be done curved and/or in the form of the curve, and/or in the form of an arc, and/or consisting of segments. Further advantage is that bright light is possible even at low amperage. Further fittings 15 can be done relatively easily and cheaply. Further advantage is that the lighting device 15 may run with a reduced number of components and with relatively small light box. Lighting device 15 allows you to have a nice relaxing lighting due to the deviation and the diffusion or dissemination, distribution and diffusion. The perception in the form of individual led dots thus perhaps be avoided. Here we have the advantage expressed in a uniform light, which is not interrupted dark places. Thus, the output of light through a transparent enclosure 10 in the basement sheet 6th place with no points and light spots, consequently, clean and big square. This makes possible a wonderful lighting load-bearing elements 2 and achieved solid, not blinding light bar.

The invention is not limited to described variants of execution.

1. 2. An escalator and moving sidewalk according to claim 1, wherein the supporting elements (32, 33) are made in the form shaped pins supporting elements (32, 33).

3. An escalator and moving sidewalk according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the transparent barrier (10) on the inner side facing the reflecting surface (35)has a dissipative structure (38).

4. An escalator and moving sidewalk according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the reflecting surface (35) is formed on the inner surface (36) lighting profile (16).

5. An escalator and moving sidewalk according to claim 4, wherein the reflecting surface (35) formed coverage that is at least partly plotted on the inner surface (36) lighting profile (16).

6. An escalator and moving sidewalk according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the reflecting surface (35) in the plane of the section is made concave.

7.
