The invention relates to compositions of raw material mixtures for the manufacture of expanded clay, which can be used as lightweight and durable aggregate for concrete. Famous raw mix for the production of expanded clay, containing, wt.%: clay raw materials 97,5-98,5; bard wine and brandy production of 1.5-2.5 [1]. The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of the clay obtained from a raw mixture. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the raw mix for the production of expanded clay, clay-containing raw materials and grains wine and brandy production, as raw clay contains montmorillonite clay and additionally talc in the following ratio, wt.%: clay montmorillonite 57,5-88,5; bard wine and brandy production of 1.5 to 2.5; talc 10,0-40,0. The table below shows the composition of the raw mix.
In the composition of the raw mix for the production of expanded clay can be used montmorillonite clay, including Al - montmorillonite and Fe - montmorillonite (nonchronic); can be used bard wine and brandy production in the form of sludge generated in the filtering of the beverage after fermentation. The montmorillonite clay is mixed with powdered talc, add bard wine and brandy production and prepare a raw material mixture. From the mixture obtained with humidity 22-26% is formed into pellets of size 20-40 mm, which is dried and calcined at a temperature of 1130-1150°C. The source of information 1.
