The invention relates to the chemical technology, in particular to methods for solutions with pre-conditional properties, and can be used in chemical and food industry, medicine, agriculture and other industries.

There are various ways of activating of water solutions: mechanical dispersion, laser, permanent magnetic or-frequency electromagnetic fields, as well as electrochemical method.

Electrochemical (OH) method [1, 2] is that the conductive solution influence of permanent electric current in cell [3]. The result is anolyte and catholyte - liquid possessing special properties, including, acid and alkaline, respectively. In turn electrochemical quality of anolyte and characterized by hydrogen index (pH) and redox potential (ORP).

Received by the ways mentioned above [1, 2] activated aqueous solutions have the disadvantage caused by a relaxation process, which they quickly lose their specific properties. For example, 0,5 l loses acquired properties already through 13-27, and the same amount of anolyte generally after 17-19 hours after receiving them [4, p.45]. Therefore, activation of solutions perform before their immediate use that causes excessive expenditure of time and requires the use of special equipment in each case.

Known as, the method of obtaining the activated liquids [5], which is resulting in the cell activated solutions thicken and concentrates dissolved in the liquid to be started. The disadvantage of this method is the high energy intensity of the process of obtaining finite target products. This is because the concentration obtained in the cell activated aqueous solutions does not exceed 0,3-0,5%. Therefore, to cook from 3,0 to 5,0 g active concentrate must be removed from the activated solution, respectively, from 997 to 995 water freezing, evaporation, membrane or other methods that require additional energy consumption.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a method for activated solutions by the patent RF №8309899 [6], it is taken as a prototype.

The technical nature of the prototype is that the source of 0.1-0.5%aqueous solution of water-soluble salts NaCl influence of permanent electric current in electrolyzer. As a result of electrochemical processing of the initial solution in the electrolyzer receive two activated solution, one of which - anolyte with a pH of less than 7.0 has acidic properties and positive ORP, other catholyte with pH 7.0 (alkaline) and negative redox potential.

In each of the obtained activated solutions (anolyte and catholyte) is injected water-soluble salts (for example, connection, as silicate of sodium or potassium), in excess amounts (from 0.05 to 3.0% by weight solution). The resulting two-phase system from a saturated solution and equilibrium sediment salt after settling share and each component is subsequently used for the preparation of new activated solutions with electrochemical characteristics «tubal» (activated) solutions.

One of the drawbacks of the prototype is a short duration (not more than 8 months [6]) the preservation of the end products for their specific () properties, the «purchased in-process activation of an initial solution.

Another drawback is the low in the application of the final products (the agents) because of the insufficient margin of specific properties accumulated in the process of activation. This greatly limits and constrains the development of biotic and, in General, positive ecological-Toxicological effect of vital activity of soil microorganisms when using agents activated solutions in a complex of effective microorganisms (EM) [7] to improve soil fertility vineyards, quality and high level of food safety products [8, 9].

These flaws are additional costs on the implementation of the new ECHO or recovery of lost in time properties agents for positive ecologo-Toxicological effect, provided a more active vital activity of microorganisms of the soil biota and including the increase of soil fertility vineyards, improvement of high quality and food safety products.

The purpose of the claimed invention to increase retention time properties of end products obtained by activating of water solutions, improve their and eco-Toxicological effectiveness when used in combination with biotechnology of effective microorganisms (EM) for soil fertility vineyards, quality and food safety products.

The goal set in the claimed invention is attained by influence on the source of 0.6%aqueous solution of water-soluble salts NaCl constant electric current in electrolyzer, in addition received anolyte and catholyte (with a ratio of dry mass 1/1/1) mixture of the three substances (agents): sodium silicate, potassium silicate and nitrate of potassium in the General (mixed) the number of 4.0% to weight of a solution, a division formed in each case of a two phase system into two components - a saturated solution and equilibrium sediment, further use of these components for production of new activated solutions with electrochemical indicators baseline («tubal ligation») activated solutions (anolyte and ).

Example of performing the process of activation of the method, the claimed as an invention.

The inventive method for producing activated solutions carried out as follows. First, on the basis of distilled water prepared 0,6%solution of sodium chloride NaCl, which handled in the chambers of a diaphragm electrolyzer.

After processing of a source of 0.6%solution of NaCl in the chambers of a diaphragm electrolyzer constant electric shock received two activated solution - anolyte and catholyte. In each of them (anolyte and catholyte) added a pre-prepared mixture of the three substances (agents) with the ratio of the dry mass 1/1/1: silicate of sodium (Na 2 O 3 n SiO 2 ), silicate of potassium (K 2 O 3 m SiO 2 ), potassium nitrate (KNO 3 ) in excess of the all-mixed-numbers - 4,0% of the weight of each solution and thoroughly mixed.

Formed after settling in each case (anolyte and catholyte) two-phase system consisting of a saturated activated solutions and equilibrium precipitation, divided in each case, the filtering into two separate components - rich solution and balanced aftertaste. Equilibrium precipitation air drying this at room temperature.

Received final products: saturated solutions and equilibrium precipitation placed in vials of dark glass with tight lids for storage and later use in the preparation on their basis of new activated solutions with electrochemical indicators, similar to the «Royal» solutions.

Achievement of the claimed invention goals determined the assessment of the duration of conservation properties of finite products of activation, their and the environmental and Toxicological the effectiveness in practice of the use of agricultural biotechnology to increase soil fertility vineyards effective microorganisms (EM), improvement of quality and food safety products [7, 8, 9].

Time saving properties of saturated solutions and the equilibrium of precipitation received a prototype and the claimed method, was studied in the following way.

In the cell two solutions of water-soluble salts NaCl different concentrations: first - 0,3% (prototype) and the second - 0,6% (proposed method). On the basis of the received anolyte and catholyte of light prepared saturated solutions with balanced precipitation, respectively: the prototype with the dissolution of silicate of sodium in the amount of 3.0% of the weight of the solution and the claimed method - with the dissolution of the equal share of the mixture of the three substances: sodium silicate, potassium silicate and nitrate of potassium in the amount of 4.0% of the weight of the solution.

Saturated («the fallopian») solutions and their equilibrium precipitation divided, the last air drying and each of the 8 components, obtained by activating the initial solutions on a prototype and claimed ways, put in a separate vessel of dark glass with an airtight lid.

Search and experimental development and experimental research of the ways of activation of the solutions, proposed as an invention shall be carried out in 2006-2011 in the laboratory () and production (field) of industrial vineyards of the agro-firm «Mirniy» of the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region.

In developing and studying new ways of activation of solutions in the environmental and Toxicological laboratory used the following attorneys units and equipment for measuring pH and temperature - pH-meter Testo 206 » and type pH meter PH-221; for measuring the redox potential (ORP) - ORP meter «Nappa»; to enable solutions - cell-«Installation of electrochemical activation -4H-60-02».

During the 12-month storage of end-products of the experimental activation in both ways (the prototype and the proposed invention) each current month we measured their electrochemical indicators (table 1).
