Method of liquids purification

FIELD: food and pharmaceutical industries; water filtration.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of purification of liquids and is dealt with filtration, in particular with the methods of purification of liquids from impurities. It may be used in the systems of industrial and household water supply in food and pharmaceutical industries. The method of liquids purification includes a partial shutting off a trunk of the unpurified liquid, delivery of the unpurified liquid in a trunk of the unpurified liquid and to the filtration element - in a trunk of purified liquid. Before the unpurified liquid delivery into the trunks of the unpurified and purified liquids it is passing through an ejector. The technical result is an increased convenience in operation and productivity of purification due to simultaneous outflow of both purified and unpurified liquids without decrease of a flow area of the purified liquid trunk running cross-section.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of convenience in operation and productivity of purification of liquids without decrease of a flow area of the purified liquid trunk running cross-section.

The invention relates to filtering, and in particular to methods for cleaning liquids from solids, and can be used in the systems of production and domestic water supply, food and pharmaceutical industries.

The known method of water purification from iron (A.S. USSR 1161480, IPC 7 C 02 F 1/64, ed. Bmmwestern, Ighmark, Pembatalan, Niechanowo-Macha, the priority of 22.09.1983, similar), including the evacuation flow treated water, the mixing of stream water with air by dispersion, the supply of water-air mixture in the filter housing and the subsequent separate discharge of treated water and air. A known method can improve the degree of purification of water, to intensify the cleaning process. The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of providing simultaneous expiration of treated water and untreated water for household needs (when washing dishes, hands and so on), which creates a significant inconvenience when using it.

Famous tap water purifier to be installed directly on the water pipe with a crane, which describes a method of cleaning liquid (U.S. patent 5192436, IPC 7 B 01 D 27/08, priority 18.11.1991, prototype), where there is partial overlap highway untreated fluid, the flow of untreated fluid in the line of the crude liquid and the filter element in Magistral purified liquid. The known method provides simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated fluid from the respective lines to the consumer. Drawback: significant decrease in the flow of purified liquid in the mode of simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated liquid, which reduces the performance of the method.

Effect: increase ease of use and cleaning performance due to the simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated fluid without reducing the bore line of the purified liquid.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the known method of purification of liquids, including partial overlap highway untreated fluid, the flow of untreated fluid in the line of the crude liquid and the filter element is in the highway of the purified fluid before the fluid flow in the main line of the crude and the purified liquid is passed through the ejector.

In the proposed method, before applying the liquid in the main line of the crude and the purified liquid is passed through the ejector.

Thus, the increased ease of use and cleaning performance due to the possibility of simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated fluid without reducing the flow area (without the company name to be cut flow) highway purified liquid.

The device for implementing the method comprises a filter housing 1 with a filter element 2 and the intake channel 3, the backbone of the crude liquid 4, the ejector 5, the highway purified liquid 6. Highway untreated fluid block 4 by means of the crane 7 seal 8 (figure 1-3 - not shown).

The method is as follows. For full use of the purified liquid, for example water, for technical purposes open through valve 7 highway untreated liquid 4 (figure 1). The water passing through the ejector 5 (figure 1), will be directly discharged untreated to the consumer with network pressure of 0.3 MPa from highway untreated liquid 4, and hit the highway purified liquid 6 is excluded due to make is about the negative vacuum in the ejector 5. To implement the method in the cleaning mode all incoming water (figure 2) highway untreated liquid 4 block valve 7, and water is directed into the backbone of the purified fluid 6 through the ejector 5 to the filter element 2 made of pressed titanium powder type VT1-00, and then to the consumer. To implement the method using the simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated fluid (figure 3) highway untreated liquid 4 block valve 7 partially, and the stream is passed through the ejector.

Application of the proposed method cleaning liquid increases the usability of the filter and purification performance in 1,5-2 times using the simultaneous expiration of treated and untreated fluid without reducing the bore line of the purified liquid.

The method of purification of liquids, including partial overlap highway untreated fluid, the flow of untreated fluid in the line of untreated fluid and filter in the fuel line of the purified liquid, characterized in that before applying the liquid in the main line of the crude and purified liquids it is passed through the ejector.
