FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes case 1 and cable section 2 with passive end 3 and loose end 4, with end cap 5 and neck 6 passing through duct 9 in the case and forming a loop. The cable is fixated by locking device 10 when device closes. Unauthorised opening monitoring device is made in the form of fastener 11 interacting with neck 6 of end cap 5 when it is pushed through orifice 12 in cap 13, forming idle reverse loop. Pursuant to invention, fastener 11 is formed in thin metal plate 14 attached in the case together with cap 13 featuring maintenance window 18 with radial slots forming internal spring-elastic tabs 19 bent outwards at the angle of end cap entry and interacting with neck 6 on the end cap 5. Procedure of monitoring device application: after the device is locked the end cap is pushed through orifice 15 in cap until spring-elastic tabs 19 engage with end cap neck 6. Strength of end cap fastening in that position is checked by attempt to retract it from cap with a little effort. In case of unauthorized retraction, end cap is either destroyed or torn off the cable section. Both results are evident.
EFFECT: monitoring of unauthorised opening enabled.

This invention relates generally to products and, in particular, to devices for locking with doors railway cars, containers and caravans, tank hatches, handwheels hopper-grain carriers, warehouses, warehouses, shops, stalls and other objects.
More specifically, the invention relates to flexible locking and sealing devices (UPP), in which as clogged uses a flexible element, such as a segment of the rope (steel cable), provided with a means of controlling unauthorized opening.
The level of technology
Know flexible locking-a versatile device, having a tool to control the unauthorized opening, described in the patent RU №103558 (E05B 39/03). It is manufactured as a lobe washer, mounted in the side of the hull in two hole and interacting with the surface of the annular groove, made on the tip, when it is pushing through the hole at the formation of inactive feedback loop.
The closest to the invention is ZPU with the intrusion monitor is described in the patent RU №2396405 (E05B 39/02), which also used the tip mounted on the free end of the cut rope, and on which you ran the neck, interactive when pushing the tip in the closed state of the device with the spring retainer mounted inside the lower lid. This invention is an upgrade of the famous basic ZPU TP-2800-02 LLC «TRANS-Plombir». As a prototype of the invention №2396405 chosen for the reason that it is subjected to modernization while simplifying the design of the cover and other parts of the device and the approach of the design of the proposed device to the base ZPU, described in the patent of Russian Federation №2278422 and produced at the present time, in which the thickness of the cover has a size 2-3 mm
The disadvantages of analogue include the necessity of producing of a new box for radar goals in his side, and the disadvantages of the prototype - the presence of the use of metal -, three-dimensional (Tolstoy) and complex processing of a cover, leading to a subsequent change in the basic structure of the device.
