The invention relates generally to hardware products, in particular to a device for locking with sealing doors that are used on rail, road and other modes of transport to protect the doors of cars, containers, covers tanks, wheels hopper cars, as well as various buildings, including warehouses, shops, etc. from unauthorized entry.

More specifically, the invention relates to a locking and sealing devices, which as a trailer, using a flexible element, such as cut the rope, and his fixation inside the housing of the device is performed by at least two conical segmental Cams, interacting with the corresponding inner surface of the housing of the device.
