The device is equipped with an additional locking facility identical to the main one, duplicating its operation and installed in one plane with it. The distance between axes of eccentrics of locking facilities is selected as multiple to the pitch of rope winding. Eccentrics are installed on axes with ledges. Locking springs are arranged as cylindrical and are installed along the circumference of the body cavity walls. At the same time the body is arranged in the form of a hollow shell with an insert rigidly connected to each other. Locking agents of the facility are mounted in the insert and equipped with an accessory for their retention in the initial position of the device prepared for locking, every of which is arranged in the form of a mount spring. The flattened body comprises a base and a cover joined to each other by fastening elements and having through channels for fixation and movement of a rope. Location beds are installed in a mirror-like manner at both sides from the through channel for rope displacement. There are rollers installed in location beds, and they are in contact with stop elements in the form of springs, one of which represents a double-arm non-closed figure with bends arranged along the mutually perpendicular plane towards it. FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: flexible locking-sealing device comprises a body and a section of a rope, one end of which is passive, and the second one is free and is stretched via a through hole and fixed in it by means of closure with the help of a stop. The through hole is made as conical with an inlet hole of smaller section at the side of the rope section entry. The body is equipped with a stop at the side of the rope section exit. The stop is installed on a part of the through hole length at the side of the stop and is made in the form of a collet, having swages, tops of which are arranged in two parallel planes perpendicular to the axis of the rope section. Number of swages in each plane is at least three, and the inner diameter of the collet is less than the diameter of the rope section, the cone of the through hole is arranged with a small angle of self-braking, and the stop is formed by rolling. The collet is made as solid in the form of a steel thin-walled bushing, upper swages of which are made in the form of tabs with a rounded top, formed by separating longitudinal slots, which are dead in the lower part, which form lower swages in the form of links, and pilot longitudinal slots, arranged symmetrically relative to the tab top, which are dead in the upper part.

This invention relates in General to hardware products and, in particular, to a disposable locking and sealing devices and is designed for locking and simultaneous sealing of doors of railway cars, wheels hopper grain, warehouses, warehouses, shops, market stalls and other objects from penetrating from intrusion and unauthorized access to the contained goods, through shut-off and sealing the nodes, with a hole diameter not less than 6 mm.
More specifically the invention relates to a locking and sealing devices equipped with a means, which as a trailer, using a flexible element, such as cut the rope (rope).
The level of technology
Known locking device for securing doors, warehouses, containers, vans, covered freight wagons, hatches of tanks, wheels hopper grain etc. from penetrating to the carried goods outsiders or intruders.
