The first mobile element (4) additionally contains a retaining facility (10), controlled with a control surface (51), arranged in the longitudinal guide (3), made as capable of blocking the second mobile element (5) in the extended position, when the door (2) is open to prevent putting the second mobile element (5) back into the removed position by means of the returning facility. EFFECT: improved operating reliability. 8 cl, 12 dwg
The present invention relates to the field of furniture, containing the so-called coplanar door with a combined movement in which the opening of the doors is carried out by providing the sliding doors one after another - and in particular to the furniture (generally to spaces, or openings, lockable doors), in which, for aesthetic reasons, closed the doors are located near side by side, to the observer could see the possibility of a continuous surface. Thus, in order to open one of the doors, before forcing her to slide in parallel to itself, you need to remove it from connecting door (or interconnecting doors), forcing her to make a move, essentially perpendicular to its plane to accommodate her for a connecting door (or one of interconnecting doors). Opening mechanisms able to force the door to this double movement, known in the art and widely used; one such opening mechanisms disclosed only as a non-limiting example, in the European patent № 823527. Opening mechanisms of prior art contain longitudinal guide (usually extruded profile)fixed in the housing furniture of the unit and for each door, at least one node that contains the first movable element, sliding along the guide, second movable element, sliding across the ground rolling element from the source (harvested) operating position (extended) position that rejects tool (typically containing a guide, bent at the angle 90 attached to the bottom of the longitudinal guide) to bring the second of the moving element of starting position in the working position (and Vice versa) and returns a means for reduction of the second rolling element back to its original position. The second mobile element bears the door is given in the operating position by means of the bracket tabs, which is engaged with the selector tool is held in the operating position by means of the said projection, which is engaged with the longitudinal groove, formed as a guide and, when it is in the extended position, moves along the longitudinal guide in conjunction with the first movable element. To apply a means of deflecting to the longitudinal guide, you must delete the above grooves by means of a mechanical process, which increases the time of production and the cost of the opener. In addition, revealing the mechanisms of prior art have (or can have) additional drawback, which is that their length should be in accordance with the length of the door. Therefore, you must create (and have) opening mechanisms of different length, to implement the opening/closing of the doors of varying length, with marked increases in the cost of manufacturing, inventory management, and other The objective of the present invention is to create the opener for coplanar doors with a combined movement, which has no restrictions and disadvantages of opening mechanisms of prior art. This is achieved through the opener, which has the characteristics specified in a separate item 1 of the claims. Additional desirable characteristics of the present invention are the contents of dependent claims. The opening mechanism, implemented in accordance with the invention differs from the opener prior art is essentially the fact that the second mobile element is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the first moving element around the axis of constituting a single whole with the first movable element, and forms a curved surface (hereinafter called the «Cam groove»), which is a guiding tool, forming a single whole with the first movable element. The opening mechanism, preferably, further comprising means of restraint, managed the surface of the control placed on the lower part of the guide, along which slides opening mechanism that locks the second movable element in its extended position, preventing bringing it in retracted position by returning the funds contained in the opening mechanism. Below invention will be described with reference to approximate, but not limited to an implementation option illustrated on the attached drawings, where: figure 1-4 schematically represent the four top view the opener when the door is moved from the closed position (figure 1) in the open position (figure 4); fig.1-4A depict the larger species of the second slider control on the opener in each of Fig.1-4 and location guide first of moving element in the jaw groove second slider control; figure 5 schematically depicts a perspective view bottom opening mechanism; 6 schematically depicts the front view of the mechanism in accordance with the invention, with the second movable element included in engagement with the means of restraint, supported by first moving element; Fig.7 schematically depicts mechanism, shown in figure 6, with the second movable element unleashed by means of restraint; Fig.8 schematically represents the view from the top of the door, supported by two forward devices implemented in accordance with the invention. The drafts of the relevant items are the same reference positions. Figure 1-4 schematically shows the four top opener 1, when the door 2 moves out of the locked position (figure 1) in the open position (figure 4), in which the door 2 detached from a connecting door and opener 1 can move along the longitudinal guide 3. On fig.1-4A shows the larger species of the second rolling element 5 opener, 1 in each of the 1-4 and the location of the jaw notch 8 of the second rolling element 5 of the sending funds 7, forming a single whole with the first guiding element 4, which is not visible as he closed the second movable element 5. 1 shows a 2 door in the closed position, that is located in one line with a connecting door 2′; the second mobile element 5 is the first movable element 4, as illustrated in the fig.1, a guiding tool 7 is situated at one end of the Cam groove 8, formed at the second movable element 5. Figure 1 also shows the surface 51, located in the lower part of the longitudinal guide 3 in the position occupied opening mechanism 1, when the door 2 is closed, which controls the means of restraint 10, as will be described with reference to figure 5-7. As in opening the mechanisms of prior art, at the bottom of the longitudinal guide 3 is a means of deflecting 40 (4 and 8), which caught the ledge 53 (5) of the second rolling element 5, to lead it out of the harvested provisions in the extended position, and Vice versa. Because, as you can see in figure 1, 4 and 8, grooves, located in the longitudinal guides opening devices prior art, are inside longitudinal guide, you can attach a means of deflecting 40 (4 and 8) and surface 51 management of means of restraint 10 to the bottom of the longitudinal guide 3 without the need to make mechanical processes. Figure 2 shows the first stage of opening the door 2, which ledge 53, which is in engagement with a means of deflecting 40, forcing a second mobile element 5 move relative to the first moving element 4 and simultaneously rotate around its axis 11 by moving the jaw notch 8 directing funds 7, which, as illustrated in the fig.2, already is not in one end of the said Cam groove. Figure 3 shows the next stage of opening the door 2, the second mobile element 5 is forced to move further in relation to the first of the moving element 4 by hanging 53, which is in engagement with a means of deflecting 40, and forced to rotate around the axis of 11 as a result of further movement of the sending funds 7 in the jaw notch 8, from a connecting door 2'. On fig.3 clearly shows the new position of the sending funds 7 in the jaw notch 8. Figure 2 and 3 tab 53 and repealing tool 40 not seen because they closed the opening mechanism 1. The 4 is the door 2 in the fully open position, detached from a connecting door 2': when the second mobile element 5 reaches nominated for the position, 2 door is parallel to the longitudinal guide 3 and a connecting door 2', and the opening mechanism 1 can move along the guide, is 3. For greater clarity of the description, the 4 reference position 100 marks the trajectory of the inner edge of the door 2, adjacent to the door 2′, when the door 2 moves from the closed position open position and Vice versa. From fig.4 demonstrated that a guiding tool 7 is situated at the end of the Cam groove 8, the opposite end of where it was when the door 2 was in the closed position (Fig 1). In addition, the drafts opener 1 attached to the door 2 in the offset position relative to the average line referred to the door, and not in the center of the door, as usual in the opening mechanism of the prior art. The off-centre position of the opener 1 provides better «laying» door to each other and allows opening mechanism 1, perform the function of a hinge for 2-door during the stages of its opening (or closing), when the door 2 detaches from the connecting door 2′ by moving the rotation around the opener 1 until it becomes again parallel to the longitudinal guide 3 (figure 4). Figure 5 schematically shows a perspective view from below the opener 1, where you can see a guiding tool 7, forming a single whole with the first movable element 4, Cam groove 8, educated at the second movable item 5, and the 10, which, when 2 door opened, holds the second mobile element 5 in the extended position. The restraining means of 10, which is clearly shown in figure 6 and 7, contains lever 101 pivotally connected with the lower part of the first rolling element 4 and preloaded spring (not shown in figure 5-7), and Intrusive instrument 61, forming a single whole with the second movable element 5: end 102 lever 101 gliding on the surface 51 management and on the bottom of the longitudinal guide 3, the other end of the 103 lever 101 can be engaged with restrictive means of 61 when the second mobile element 5 reaches nominated provisions (Fig.6). End of 103 lever 101 holds the second mobile element 5 in the extended position until he is not detached from the restrictive means of 61 under the action of surface 51 management at the end of 102 lever 101 (Fig.7). 6 schematically shows the front view of the opener 1, where Intrusive instrument 61 of the second rolling element 5 is engaged with the means of restraint 10, supported the first movable element 4 and managed through the surface 51 control, which contains a flat plot 54, elevated relative to the bottom guide 3, with which it is connected inclined plot 52. Figure 7 schematically illustrates the mechanism shown in figure 6, with the second movable element 5 unleashed by means of restraint 10. When the door 2 is open, end 102 lever 101 is located on the bottom guide 3 and the end of the 103 lever 101, preloaded spring engages the restrictive means of 61 (6); when the door is closed, the end of 102 lever 101 is located on a flat elevated section 54, causing a lowering of the end of 103 lever 101, which disconnect from the restrictive means 61 (Fig.7). Figure 6 shows the mechanism 1 at the end of the opening of the door 2 or early closing, when the end of 102 lever 101 is located on a slope 52 and the end of 103 lever 101 engaged/disengaged from restrictive means of 61. Without departing from the volume of the present invention, you can not use means of restraint 10 and surface 51 management, which, however, must be replaced by a groove, located in the longitudinal guides opening devices prior art, to hold the second movable element in the extended position. On Fig.8 schematically shows a top view 2 door, supported by two forward devices (1, 1′); on Fig.8 you can see two surfaces (51, 51′) management, each of which controls the means of restraint of one of the opening devices (1, 1′). Use a second opener 1′, when the door 2 is too long to be supported by one device 1 is located on one of his end, is preferable because it eliminates the need to produce and to have open mechanisms of different length; this reduces the voltage generated in the opening mechanism 1 weight 2 door, and provides a more reliable movement of the door 2. Without departing from the volume of the invention, the second opener 1′ contains restraint means of 10, which, however, does not contain Cam groove 8 and the relevant guide 7. 1.
