FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, gastroenterology. To resolve the task in the way of treatment of patients with a dyskinesia of the gall bladder, which includes the background sparing-training regime dietary meals according to the diet №5, General pine baths, therapy, internal reception of mineral water with the subsequent carrying out of transverse galvanization region the epigastrium, transverse galvanisation is conducted immediately after the reception of mineral water in the period from 10.00 till 11.00 hours with the further conduct of EHF-effects on the 3-th and 4-th projection zones in the right hypochondrium and on the sternum area broadband noise emitter with a frequency of 40-63 GHz 10 minutes each zone, daily, on a course of 10-12 procedures. The proposed method is based on clinical observations of a group of patients in clinics of Tomsk research Institute of balneology and physiotherapy. The data of the effectiveness of treatment are reflected in tables 1 and 2. From table 1 shows that in the group of patients treated by the way, a higher efficiency in comparison with the control. When analyzing the dynamics of quantitative values in the main group of patients with type dyskinesia of the gall bladder immediately after treatment revealed that he rose from 23.7±6,1% to 46.2±9,7% (p=0,0017), in the group of comparison - from 24.3 ħ 6.3% to 41.9±11,2% (p=of 0.0038). in patients of the main group, with type dyskinesia of the gall bladder, decreased 71,3±9,6% to 56.7±8,4% (p=of 0.0011), and in the group of comparison - with 70,7±8.9% to 65,3±10,2% (p=0.013). As seen from these data, the functional state of the gall bladder improved in both groups, regardless of the type diskineticakih violations (p<0,031 and p<0,043). Analysis of dynamics of the levels of reactivity - UR (..) revealed the following: the total number of patients with high UR in the main group increased by 63.0% to 88.9% (increase +25,9%), and in the group of comparison - with 66.7% up to 80,0% (increase by +13.3 percent). The data obtained suggest a positive impact of treatment on the indicators of adaptive opportunities of an organism. When analyzing the dynamics of the health index (table 1) show that this index has been rising in the main group from 52.6±9,6% to 73.3 ħ 4.9% (p=0.0001), and in the group of comparison - from 52.9±9,1% to 67.5±7,1% (p=0.0001). Moreover, the average OF the after treatment in the main group was higher than in the comparison group (p=0,016).
