That is ensured by radiation therapy together with radio modifiers and combined with chemotherapy followed by radical resection of a primary tumour and remote metastases. The radio modifiers are presented by the intrarectal introduction of metronidazole as a part of a composite mixture containing sodium alginate and 2% dimethylsulphoxide, and also local microwave hyperthermia. SUBSTANCE: at the background of hyposensitizing therapy in combination with applying means of external ointment therapy one should affect with electromagnetic waves of non-heat intensity. One should perform combined impact with the bundle of electromagnetic waves of non-heat intensity at frequency and amplitude modulation from "Yav'-1" apparatus supplied with "Yasnost'" adapter at wave length being 5.6 nm directly onto lesion foci. Course of therapy consists of 12 daily procedures, for 20 min/each. The method enables to interrupt clinical symptomatology at earlier terms.
