Method of monitoring the condition of the patient encephalopathy with EHF-therapy relates to the field of medicine functional studies of the brain, in particular to the diagnosis of the patient with encephalopathy.

In the modern Arsenal of pathogenetic treatment of patients with encephalopathy of different Genesis electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency (EHF) range is one of the components of treatment, number of patients, we observed no significant clinical effect. This is due to the individual sensitivity of the patient, which is determined by the initial functional state of the brain, the presence of compensatory possibilities and demands of objective control and accordingly determine the functional state of the brain, in particular bioelectric activity during EHF-influence.

Known methods of control of adaptive-compensatory reactions of the organism using the techniques of analysis: sequential analysis of Wald, the mathematical calculation of indicators of severity, the pattern recognition method, and others (see Methodological recommendations Kubert and other "Cardiointervalography to assess the reactivity and the severity of the condition of sick children", M, MH RF, Moscow scientific research Institute of Pediatrics and pediatric surgery, 1985, p.5).

The disadvantages of the use of such met the Dickey are the complexity of the implementation of this method, the results are based on subjective data and retrospective assessment, great time with his conduct, analysis and calculation.

The known method of control of EHF-therapy with figure of Christ-Kuakini-Ukolova based on the dynamics of the ratio of cell leukocyte in the peripheral blood before and 6 hours after irradiation by electromagnetic radiation of millimeter range, i.e. short-wave exposure (see Kamenev Û.F. and other proceedings of the international Symposium on Millimeter waves of non-thermal intensity in medicine", M, IRE an SSSR, 1991, p.15-20).

The disadvantages of this method are: low accuracy, as indices of children volatile and unstable, dependent on various factors: it may be the presence of some chronic diseases, some stages of the digestive process, the inadequacy of perception and a lack of clear criteria, which ultimately leads to vague results.

The closest solution can be considered "a Way of controlling adaptive-compensatory reactions during EHF-puncture" (p. the Russian Federation No. 2393765 from 02.10.2008,, date of publication 10.04.2010,, AV 5/055, AV 5/0452), consisting in the analysis of the dynamics of the indicator electric conductivity of acupuncture channel "triple heater" before holding EHF-puncture with additional ocenaside index voltage according to kardiointervalografii, their dynamics through 6 hours after the trial session of EHF-puncture, and if you register a positive trend indicators, then make a conclusion about adequate adaptation potential of the patient and the inclusion of EHF-puncture in complex restorative treatment.

The disadvantages of this solution: the proposed assessment of autonomic adaptive reactions, there are no objective indicators of the functional state of the brain during EHF-influence; the influence of EHF-puncture requires determination of the impact points on certain areas of the brain, which is quite difficult and requires specific equipment and specialists, which reduces the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The technical result of the proposed method of the invention is to improve the accuracy and objectivity identify the adequacy of the response of the brain to the default EHF impact through analysis of the electroencephalogram with the calculation of non-standard objective measure of compensatory reactions of the brain of a patient with encephalopathy of various origins, which ultimately increases the efficiency of application of the method of monitoring the condition of the patient with encephalopathy with EHF-therapy, reduces the time of treatment, allows the use of more effective therapies.

The essence of the invention as a technical solution is expressed in a set of key characteristics, sufficient to achieve provided by the invention a technical result.

The essential features of the solution method, coinciding with the characteristics of the prototype are: - determination of compensatory reactions before and after EHF-effects; B - implementation analysis and comparison of the obtained data.

Salient features of the proposed method are: - register the EEG with the definition of the average value (M) of the power spectrum in the background is recording EEG in the alpha frequency band (8-13 Hz); G - determine the performance of the averaged power spectra of M1 to EHF impacts and M2after EHF-effects lasting up to 16 minutes of 6-10 procedures; Dr. on the dynamics of the relationships between these indicators of capacity M2/M1 establish the presence of compensatory reactions of the brain and is judged on its functional state; F - ratio M2/M1, is equal to more than 1.2, then make a conclusion about the positive dynamics of the overall functional state of the brain and the possibility of holding a standard of EHF-therapy.

Method of monitoring the condition of the patient encephalopathy with EHF-therapy consists of the following steps. Prior to the course of EHF-therapy in a patient with encephalopathy with brain evaluate it initial the overall functional state of the brain. On the scalp of the patient establish the electrodes according to the 10-20 system along the Y-axis along the line of the forehead to the nape of the neck and hold the record 19-channel EEG. Next, analyze and calculate spectra capacities in the background recording EEG in the alpha frequency range of 8-13 Hz and average power value of the electroencephalogram in 19 leads - M1 is up to EHF-influence. After the course of EHF-effects lasting up to 16 minutes 6-10 treatments re-record 19-channel EEG. Proposed method of control the functional state of a patient with encephalopathy of various origins using the definition of compensatory reactions of patients with lesions of the brain by identifying bioelectric activity using short-wave effects according to standard methods were examined 12 patients from 15 to 57 years with encephalopathy of various origins in the Human Brain Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Bechtereva and Russian research neurosurgical Institute. Professor Polenov. Of these, 3 patients no effect was observed - the ratio M2/M1 was less than 1.0. Moderate the effect of condition was observed at a ratio in the range of 1.2-2.0 and was observed in 5 patients. In the absence of the effect of EHF impacts, this method will help to avoid future unsustainable time and economic costs of EHF-therapy. The proposed method is practically feasible, because the process of removing the processed electroencephalogram functional therapy. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly oncology and surgery, and may be used in treating rectal cancer. That is ensured by teleirradiation, oral administration of capecitabine, intrarectal administration of metronidazole, local SHF hyperthermia followed by a surgical intervention. Capecitabine is administered 2000 mg/m2 from the 1st to 14th days. Metronidazole 10 g/m2 is intrarectally administered on the 3rd and 5th therapeutic days as a part of a composite mixture having the following proportions, wt %: metronidazole 12-22, sodium alginate 4-6, dimethylsulphoxide 2, distilled water up to 100. The 5-hour exposure of metronidazole is followed by a session of teletherapy. The local SHF hyperthermia at temperature 41-45° for one hour follows a session of teletherapy on 3rd, 4th and 5th therapeutic days. The surgical intervention is conducted 4 weeks after the completion of the preoperative therapy.

EFFECT: method provides ensuring complete therapeutic pathomorphism of the tumour in 25% of patients, reducing toxic and post-therapeutic complications, as well as enables conducting sphincter-preserving surgical interventions.

The joints are exposed through electrodes applied on a technological fill piece impregnated with 1% placenta hydrolysate. EEG is additionally registered in the first three days from the moment of admission, leukocyte index of intoxication, presence of mixed hypervirus infection are determined. The apparatus comprises a number of sensors obtaining the initial measurement of a scalp electric potential through a hair-covering and an air contact area; a number of preamplifiers connected to one of the appropriate mentioned sensors. The contact area produces a high and variable coupling impedance of the source and the scalp. Each preamplifier contains a broadband high-impedance input and an active bias circuit generating input impedance more than 10 petaOhm over the range from 0.01 Hz to 400 Hz; a high-gain low-noise operating amplifier with the input impedance of 10 teraOhm; and a shielded feedback and bias circuit. The preamplifier is configured to have the input impedance substantially higher than the impedance produced by the source-sensor contact area. One version of the implementation of the method for scalp electric potential measurement, the preamplifier obtains the initial measurement of the scalp electric potential and forms a pre-intensified measurement of the scalp electric potential. The measurement is taken through the hair-covering and air. In the other version of the implementation of the method, an input signal of the initial scalp electric potential is obtained from the number of sensors to generate an appropriate number of channels. The processed channel signal is digitised to present a digital signal of the measurement of the scalp electric potential, characterising the mentioned input signal measured according to the mentioned chosen measurement mode.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows more effective measurements of the scalp electric potential due to the preamplifiers, and allows reducing the need of exfoliating of the necrotic epithelial cells or application of abrasive or conducting gels.

The method comprises steps for recording an EEG; spectral analysis by continuous wavelet transform is carried out in two steps, at the first of which there is primary analysis of the recorded digital signal by the "common" wavelet, the basis function of which is a wavelet similar on its characteristics with the elementary area of the EEG; a matrix of recommendations on selection of the class of physiologically significant features of the recorded EEG is formed; physiologically significant parts of the analysed signal are selected; at the second step there is analysis of the physiologically significant parts of the analysed signal by the synthesised wavelets, the synthesis criterion of which is minimisation of the sum of squared deviations of the wavelet from the reference signal; a matrix of analysis results is formed; a video image of the moment of the patient is obtained, which is compared with the matrix of analysis results and, if the results match the corresponding information on moment, the patient has a physiologically significant feature and its type is determined, after which at least one trained artificial neural network is used to form a clinical conclusion matrix, based on which a clinical conclusion is formed in text form, which can be output for display and/or transmission to a remote reception unit; whether the patient has a disease is determined from the clinical conclusion.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: individual is exposed to rhythmic coherent light, audio and vibrotactile signals. The session is preceded by rest and functional test electroencephalogram recording. The individual alpha activity values are determined: alpha peak frequency, alpha-band width, desynchronisation depth. The session is three-staged. At the first stage, a base frequency is specified as alpha peak frequency, while at the second stage the base frequency is maintained within the range of an individual flexibility resource described by the relations: Rmin=4.5-0.2*(F-10)-0.2*(ΔF-6) and Rmax=22+0.8*(F-10)+0.9*(ΔF-6) wherein F is an individual alpha peak frequency, ΔF is an individual alpha-band width. At the third stage, the base frequency is reduced to a value related to the required target functional state. Total time of the stimulation session is described by formula T=30+0.3*(D/10-10)2 wherein D is an individual desynchronisation frequency, %.

EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of correction that is ensured by regarding the individual characteristics of the patient.

SUBSTANCE: one should simultaneously register electroencephalogram (EEG) to detect the level of constant potential (LCP). At LCP negativization and increased EEG power one should detect depolarizational activation of neurons and enhanced metabolism. At LCP negativization and decreased EEG power - depolarized inhibition of neurons and metabolism suppression. At LCP positivation and increased EEG power - either repolarized or hyperpolarized activation of neurons and enhanced metabolism. At LCP positivation and decreased EEG power - hyperpolarized suppression of neurons and decreased metabolism of nervous tissue. The method enables to correctly detect therapeutic tactics due to simultaneous LCP and EEG registration that enables to differentiate transition from one functional and metabolic state into another.
