Ready-made road carpet / 2428539
Ready-made road carpet comprises boards 1,2 with channels 3, 4, a monostrand 5 arranged in channels and anchor clamps, interacting with support elements mounted into boards 1, 2, and the elements interact with end sides of the boards 1, 2 in a seat 9, every of which is arranged with an arched guide 10 of the monostrand 1. The board channels are arranged as inclined relative to a longitudinal axis of the ready-made road carpet, and the anchor clamps are arranged at the opposite end sides of the boards 1 and 2. The channels 3 and 4 of the boards 1 are arranged symmetrical relative to appropriate transverse axes passing via the axis of seats symmetry. Longitudinal axes of appropriate channels in the neighbouring boards are collinear to each other. The road carpet assembly is carried out in the following manner. Boards 1, 2 are laid onto the prepared foundation. The monostrand is pulled into appropriate channels 3, 4, and is laid into arched guide seats 9. Then monostrand tensioning is carried out, and it is anchored at the opposite end sides of the boards 1 and 2 by means of anchor elements. At the same time boards 1 and 2 are braced to each other, and simultaneously stressed. This technical solution leads to efficient stressing of the board material, which results in reduction of material consumption. During road repair, when it is required to tighten loose branches of monostrands, it is not required to stop traffic.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of repairing motor road with rough surface composed of rectangular boards comprising varying the position of said boards at road bed. It is realised by removing all or part of said boards and laying them on road bed at the angle of 90 or 180 degrees to initial position.
EFFECT: longer life of roads.
1 dwg
The invention relates to the field of road construction, in particular, to the design of rigid pavements for roads, and can be applied in the construction and repair of roads with hard coating plates.
There is a method of repair of automobile roads with hard coating, lined rectangular plates, and the repair is carried out by removing part or all rectangular plates, their coup on the other side with the laying of the Foundation of the road (MOGILEVICH V.M. and other Teams covering roads. - Moscow.: High school, 1972, s).
However, the disadvantage of this method is its high complexity.
According to their technical solution to the repair of the road is closest to the proposed invention.
The technical result of the invention is to reduce the complexity of the repair of the road.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the method of repair of automobile roads with hard coating, lined rectangular plates, including changing the position of the rectangular plates on the basis of the road, changing the position of the rectangular plates is carried out by removing part or all rectangular plates and stacking them on the basis of the road at an angle of 90 or 180 degrees to the similar position.
In the drawing shown symbolically road, side view. The arrow shows the direction of movement of vehicles.
Of the two adjacent to each other of the plates is one giving, the other receiving. The wheel of the vehicle when driving goes with radiating plates on the receiving plate.
The road contains the base of the road 1 with the plates 2, 3, 4. The plate 2 has a side face 5, the plate 3 is side faces 6 and 7, plate 4 - side face 8 adjacent to the side face 6 of the radiating plate 3.
Road operate as follows.
Wheels (not shown) of the vehicle when moving in contact with the plates 2, 3, 4 rigid pavement and interact with them. During operation of the road greatest hits of the wheels of the vehicle are exposed and destroyed most adjacent to the gap (the gap between the plates) side faces of the receiving plates. The greatest impact of the wheels of the vehicle when moving from plate 2 to plate 3 has on the upper part of the side face 7 of the plate 3 when the plate 3 plate 4 on the upper part of the side face 8 of the plate 4.
During the repair of the road plates 2, 3 and 4 is removed and placed on the base 1 of the road at an angle of 90 or 180 degrees to the original position of the plates. Under the most is ichim the influence of wheels of the vehicle are the least exposed to earlier shocks wheels and to a lesser extent destroyed the side faces 5 and 6 of the plates 2 and 3, that increases driving safety, reduce traffic accidents, increases the lifetime of roads and vehicles.
The method of repair of automobile roads with hard coating, lined rectangular plates, including changing the position of the rectangular plates on the basis of the road, wherein changing the position of the rectangular plates is carried out by removing part or all rectangular plates and stacking them on the basis of the road at an angle of 90° or 180° to the original position.
