Mode of moving and joining to the support of an underwater object and an arrangement for its realization in the form of an underwater mover-sucker Mode of moving and joining to the support of an underwater object and an arrangement for its realization in the form of an underwater mover-sucker / 2252173
The invention serves for providing of realization of various underwater works near ships and other installations which have an underwater part. Water and air is given under pressure along a hose or a tube to a guiding apparatus through a funnel with a cone-shaped bushing fixed in with a clearance, providing even outflow of water and air in front of working surface through guiding apparatus. This outflow of water reduces pressure on the working surface and that helps to create a pulling force due to large magnitudes of pressure forces of surrounding motionless water on the opposite side of the working surface. According to this reason joining of the mover-sucker to the underwater support happens.

The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, machinery and concerns create propulsion and steering lifting, viitorului and thruster systems fit full (highest) position of the mechanism in its extreme position.

At the time of writing applications known analogues.

1. The rotation mechanism with the console, EN 2000102679 A.

2. Propellers with detachable blades and dvoryanin lock braking, EN 94009316 A1.

Also known is a similar type of mechanism described in the book "the Elements of the hydraulic drive", pp.182-183, ed. Abramov H. ed. Technique. 1969, containing cylinder cover piston rod, the piston and combined with it the ball locking mechanism.

The disadvantages of this design include:

- low bearing capacity mechanism (limit load), as the contact occurs at the contact points between the balls and the housing.

The task, which is aimed at solving this invention is to increase the carrying capacity of the mechanism (the ability to keep a charge) in the extreme positions of the piston while maintaining the project properties.

Technical results obtained when using this invention are:

- simplification of existing structures;

- improving the reliability of fixing of the piston in the extreme positions by increasing the bearing surface the displacement of the lock.

To achieve the objectives in the proposed locking mechanism (see figure 1) applied several technical solutions:

- two rows of crackers 7, each of which operates only on one position of the piston 8;

- inside the piston has two piston 6 and two glasses 5;

- in the piston 8 is made of four grooves (two on each side), which is for additional pressurization of the plunger at the time of closing of the lock;

inside plungers installed spring 4, is constantly clamped crumbs to the inner cylinder body 1;

- in the cover installed non-return valve 2, is designed to increase the bore, the discharge of working fluid from newportnews cavity.

The fixation rod in the end position is as follows: when the supply pressure in podporchennuyu the cylinder chamber And the fluid acts on the plunger 6 and compresses the spring 4. Crackers 7 free piston 8 and he begins to move to its extreme position. When the crumbs of the second plunger approaches the recess, the spring is released (straightens up) and they separat cylinder in its extended position. In this position the rod 3 can absorb large axial (directed toward the axis of the cylinder) load, since the force transmitted to the body of the cylinder through the locked crackers with a large surface of contact.

Cylinder with mechanical whom they lock in the extreme positions of the piston, includes a locking mechanism installed inside the piston, characterized in that, in order to achieve increased perceived axial load on each piston has its own number of crackers that are installed in the piston, and the contact occurs along a circular sector, which takes more effort.
