FIELD: engines and pumps. SUBSTANCE: hydro-jet comprises combustion chamber, expansion (hydraulic) chamber, hydraulic valve and nozzle assembly. Expansion chamber is arranged below water level. Combustion and expansion chambers are communicated via one or several valves. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, longer life. 5 cl, 5 dwg
The invention relates to marine propulsion plants, more precisely to jet engines - propulsion, and can be used as a stationary ship propulsion or as a temporary engine self-propelled vessels, and can also be used as a pump or generator drive El. energy. Recommended use as ship propulsion. Known water jet containing the combustion chamber and the surge (hydraulic) camera located below the water level, the valve and allow the unit (patent for invention "Engine" No. 2175620, application No. 2000110721/28, 28.04.2000 year) as a result of this structural embodiment of the disadvantages of this engine are: - additional resistance to movement of the vessel created by the motor housing; - the need to expedite taken (expansion chamber) volume of water to vessel speed, which reduces efficiency; low speed filling of the expansion chamber in communication with the low pass section of the valve; - narutomania combustion chamber and expansion, which leads to pollution of sea water by the incomplete combustion of fuel. The invention solves the following tasks: creation of marine engine, relatively simple in design execution, installed without creating extra is intellego resistance to movement of the vessel, providing the flow in the expansion chamber volume of water with a speed close to the speed of the vessel, increase the flow area of the valve and reducing the risk of pollution of the sea water. This object is achieved in that the motor housing is installed inside the vessel or at the stern and is not acting for the size of the ship in the plan. The fence of the working fluid (water) is made along the line of motion of the lower part of the vessel (bottom), i.e. provided the flow in the expansion chamber edge (bottom ship) liquid layer, accelerated to the speed of the vessel due to the friction of the water and the hull. The shutter is made in the form of blinds with shutters that are installed at an angle to the direction of movement of water usage. The combustion chamber and the chamber extension is communicated through one or more valves, i.e. the combustion process takes place in an isolated chamber at maximum pressure and temperature, providing a more complete combustion of fuel. The above set of essential features is new and represents significant differences, which correspond to the criteria of the invention of novelty. Significant new features not known from the patent and technical literature. Use the new essential features with the known characteristics of the prototype C is born of the invention, implements the task, and multiple times, which allows to conclude accordance with the present technical solution the criteria of the invention "industrial applicability". Hereinafter the invention is explained in the description of specific examples of its implementation with reference to the accompanying drawings, on which: figure 1 depicts the proposed marine propulsion; figure 2 depicts the engine section; figure 3 depicts the installation of the engine inside the vessel; figure 4 depicts the installation of the engine at the stern of the ship; figure 5 depicts the shutter. The engine consists of the expansion chamber 1 (figure 2), the combustion chamber 2 and the conduit 3. In the upper part of the expansion chamber 1 is separated from the combustion chamber of the exhaust manifold 4, in the lower part there is a shutter 5, consisting of a housing 11 (figure 5) and blinds 10. In the combustion chamber 2 (2) set the inlet 6 and 7 exhaust manifolds, as well as in the lower part of the installed partition installed cups 8 under the bypass valves 9. The engine is installed: - inside the vessel (figure 3); outside of the vessel astern (figure 4), without housing or in a separate housing (module). The principle of the proposed motor is as follows. In the starting position of the expansion chamber is filled with water. In the combustion chamber group is a rotary combustion raise the temperature of the gas or vapor upon reaching the maximum pressure, is the valve opening into the expansion chamber. The gas under pressure flows into the expansion chamber and exerts pressure on the water, which, having set in motion, the pressure on the leaf shutter, shutters block the flow area of the shutter, and then the water is forced through the conduit. After completion of the working cycle closed valves between the chambers and open the exhaust valves of the combustion chamber and expansion, the pressure on the leaf shutter is reduced and they are disclosed in the backwater is filling with water the expansion chamber, with the discharge of exhaust gases through the exhaust manifold. Simultaneously with the filling of the expansion chamber, the purging of the combustion chamber through the intake and exhaust valves. After filling of the expansion chamber, the valve closes and re-cycle. The advantages of this invention are: - increase efficiency; - improving the reliability and technical resource. 1. Engine containing a combustion chamber and the surge (hydraulic) chamber located below the water level, the valve and allow the unit, characterized in that the combustion chamber and Luggage extensions separated and reported through one or more valves. 2. The engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the water is drawn through the gate, the imp is United in the form of blinds with shutters, set at an angle to the direction of movement of the water. 3. The engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the camera extension is separate from the combustion chamber exhaust manifold. 4. The engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the intake working fluid (water) is made along the line of motion of the lower part of the vessel (bottom). 5. The engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the motor is installed inside or outside the vessel astern in a separate housing (module) or without housing, and does not extend past the dimensions of the vessel in the plan.
