The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely, to obtain adhesive compositions based on synthetic high-molecular compounds, and can be used in the rubber industry for bonding vulcanized rubber between them.

Known adhesive composition comprising polychloroprene rubber Nairit NT, butylbenzaldehyde resin C, thiuram, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, organic solvent is a mixture of ethyl acetate and nefras, and additionally as a modifier of epoxy Dianova resin and distillation waste from the production of aniline (U.S. Pat. 2250916 Russia, C09J 111/00; Publ. 27.04.05).

However, this adhesive composition has a more complex structure and contains as the basis naritaweg glue NT.

Known adhesive for fastening heat and sound insulating and decorative facing materials, including polyester 24K-based sabatinovka acid, glycerol and glycol, PVC resin chlorinated brand PSC-HP, in a mixture of organic solvents of ethyl acetate and acetone and the polyisocyanate (U.S. Pat. 2225426 Russia, C09J 175/06; Publ. 10.03.04).

However, this adhesive requires a long exposure after application and is designed for heat and sound insulation and decorative finishing materials.

Known adhesive composition comprising on BNR rubber SKN-26, as the increase is their adhesive-cohesive strength additives - the phenol-formaldehyde resin, PVC resin chlorinated or chlorinated isoprene rubber, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, silicon dioxide as solvent - ethyl acetate (U.S. Pat. 2266940 Russia, C09J 115/02; Publ. 27.12.05).

However, this adhesive composition has a complex composition and is intended for fastening parts of footwear in terms of flow-mechanized production.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence is an adhesive composition comprising the drug DESMOCOL based polyurethane curing agent and a polar solvent, and it additionally contains perchlorovinyl and epoxy resin, and the curing agent is a polyamine aliphatic series (U.S. Pat. 2271377 Russia, C09J 175/04; Publ. 10.03.06).

However, this adhesive composition is intended for bonding materials with a siloxane coating, nylon fabrics and fabrics.

Objective: the possibility of using the adhesive composition on the basis of perchlorovinyl resin for bonding rubber and linoleum, the formulation of the adhesive composition having increased strength in bonding vulcanized rubber between them and linoleum.

The technical result is the formulation of the adhesive composition having increased strength in bonding vulcanized rubber between them and linoleum.

P is provided the technical result is achieved by what adhesive composition comprising perchlorovinyl resin, an organic solvent, and it contains as the organic solvent dichloroethane, optionally dibutylphthalate and modifier - epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine the following ratio of components, parts by weight: perchlorovinyl resin - 20,0 specified organic solvent - 80,0, dibutylphtalate - 1,0, epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 - 10,0-15,0, N-nitrosodiphenylamine - 0,33-1,11.

Perchlorovinyl resin brand CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) used in the manufacture of adhesives.

Dichloroethane (GOST 1942-86) is used as a solvent.

Dibutyl phthalate (GOST 8728-88) used in the rubber and paint industries, as well as in the manufacture of artificial leather and films as a plasticizer.

The modifier is an epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 (GOST 10587-93), which is used in the electrical, electronic industry, aviation, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, in the construction as a component of the filling and treating compounds, adhesives, sealants, adhesives for reinforced plastics, and N-nitrosodiphenylamine (TU 6-09-3154-76) used in the rubber industry as vulcanization retarder and structuring of rubber compounds.

The introduction of epoxy on anovas resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine in the adhesive composition is an increase in the concentration of polar groups and the formation of additional chemical bonds, which increase the mobility and flexibility of the macromolecule perchlorovinyl resin. This explains the increase in strength when bonding vulcanized rubber between them.

When using dibutyl phthalate in the adhesive composition increases the elasticity of the adhesive joint.

The adhesive composition is prepared as follows.

Perchlorovinyl resin with a solvent - dichloroethane is clearesult and stirred until complete dissolution. Then is the introduction of dibutyl phthalate and modifier of epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine. Total time clemmesen is 3-3,5 hours.

An example of the preparation of the adhesive composition.

In clearesult containing solution perchlorovinyl resin in ethylene dichloride administered dibutyl phthalate and the calculated amount of epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine and stirred the contents for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass.

Receive adhesive compositions 1-6, the compositions of which are given in table 1.

Glue is a liquid light beige color. Adhesive tech, well put on the rubber surface.

Have been investigated by various content epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine (table 2).

The stated limits of the components included in the composition of the modifier EPO is sydnaya Dianova resin ED-20 10,0-15,0; N-nitrosodiphenylamine 0,33-1,11 due to the fact that when you increase or decrease the indicated dosages bond strength when bonding is reduced.

Comparative tests of strength properties of adhesives in all variants of the claimed composition and the prototype for bonding vulcanized rubber-based composition of polyisoprene rubber (SKI-3), ethylene-propylene rubber (Sept-40), on BNR rubber (SKN-18), chloroprene rubber (Neoprene AC), linoleum (vinyl foam p/commercial TARKET, production Sweden) are given in table 2. For comparative tests were prepared with 6 versions of songs (according to the method described in the example presented in table 1.

The proposed composition was studied on the adhesion strength shear achieved through keeping under load of 2 kg at room temperature (20°C) within 24 hours. The data presented in table 2, which shows that best results are obtained when using the composition 4-6.

So the strength of the glue line shear bonding vulcanized rubber based on SKN-18 is 1.03 MPa (composition 4).

Adhesion shear was determined on a tensile testing machine MPC-250 (RTM 1.2.126-88). Technology pasting the following samples. Double application of the prepared adhesive prepared on the second surface, drying the adhesive film at room temperature (20°C), the first layer within 10 minutes, the second layer is within 1 minute, after which he made a tight pressing of the bonding surfaces.

Thus, as can be seen from table 2, the joint use of the proposed adhesive compositions as a modifier of epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 and N-nitrosodiphenylamine within the specified limits can improve the strength of bonding of the articles of vulcanised rubber other on the basis of various rubbers, due to the participation of this modifier in improving the adhesion properties of the adhesive.

We found that the reason for increasing the adhesion performance of the adhesive is an increase in the concentration of functional groups with the introduction of the modifier, which increases the polarity of the molecule and, apparently, to the hardening of the adhesive film.
