SUBSTANCE: invention discloses at least one triethanolamine perchlorato (triflato) metal inner-complex coordination polymer with monomer links of formula A system of stabilisers can also contain substituted cyanacetyl carbamides, 6-aminouracyls, 3-aminocrotonic acid esters, hydantoins, monomer or polymer dihydropyridines, hydroxides of alkali-earth metals, hydrotalcite, dawsonites, zeolites, glycidyl compounds, cyanamides, cyanguanidines and/or melamines, repectively. Phosphites and/or sterically hindered amines and/or NOR-HALS compounds can also be present, where Mt denotes lithium, sodium, potassium/magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium and zinc, An denotes OClO3 or OS(O2)CF3 and q equals 1 or 2. The invention also relates to a composition for making films containing polyvinylchloride and the said system of stabilisers.

6. The system stabilizers according to claim 5, characterized in that the connection NOR-HALS is a compound based on triazine.

8. Composition to obtain a film containing polyvinyl chloride and system stabilizers according to one of claims 1 to 7.

9. The composition according to claim 8, characterized in that it contains the polyvinyl chloride in the form of unplasticized, plasticized, suspension or emulsion PVC.

10. The composition of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that it contains from 0.001 to 1.0 parts by weight of chelate compounds (A) 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride.

11. The composition of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that it contains from 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of sterically constrained amine and/or connection NOR-HALS and/or UV absorber and/or titanium dioxide.

12. The composition of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the polyvinyl chloride contains plasticized PVC, and the system stabilizers contains simple 1,4-cyclohexyldimethylamine ether.
