Acoustic system Acoustic system / 2353072
Invention relates to electrical acoustics and may be used where high quality of sound reproduction is required, e.g. halls and studio insonification. Acoustic system consists of a housing, dynamic head of loudspeaker, fixing elements and phase-inverting hole. In section, the wooden housing is oval-shaped and stretched along vertical symmetry axis of the item. One round opening is made at the opposite sides with their centres being on horizontal symmetry axis. One of the openings is closed tightly by resonating wooden end wall. The dynamic head diaphragm in loudspeaker is in the second hole of the housing. The perimeter of the above housing forms phase-inverting hole together with the above hole edges. The width of phase-inverting hole allows for creating maximum value of coherent wave, whereas the resonating end wall is in the form of segment, which is bent so that to ensure precise angle for maximum sound wave reflection. The end wall thickness is less than the housing thickness ensuring end wall vibration.
Technology of built-in acoustic transmission line with closed loop Technology of built-in acoustic transmission line with closed loop / 2377740
Housing is proposed, which evens out acoustic impedance, which contains a loud speaker fitted in the buffer cavity of the mouth of the transmission line with a closed loop. The transmission line consists of a terminal element, inner and outer walls of the housing, high density lining and a mouth area. The transmission line eliminates internal chaotic standing waves, at the same time providing for standing waves at variable frequency, which, due to superposition of waves, compensate for output loss at high frequencies due to mass acceleration, at the same time damping resonance of the loud speaker. Also the housing, which evens out acoustic impedance, is used for creating pressure which loads the loud speaker directly into the transmission line with a closed loop and an acoustic low-pass zonal filter is used to convert output only into the low-frequency component through a port.

The invention relates to the field of electro-acoustics and can be used in consumer and professional audio equipment.

During operation of the acoustic system, the internal surface of the housing reflects the chaotic sound waves generated by the back speakers and falling mainly perpendicular to the rear wall of the housing. The result is a vibration, giving overtones, is the degradation of dynamic performance speaker systems, poor sound quality. Developers acoustic systems introduced in the design of the damping elements, which allows to reduce the vibration to the chassis to improve sound quality. An additional factor affecting the quality of the speaker sound is the presence of the resonances of the body corresponding to the distances between the parallel walls of the housing. So, if the speaker is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, it has three main resonance between the top and the bottom, between the side walls between the front panel and the rear wall. Developers strive to reduce or remove these resonances to improve the quality of the sound.

Known acoustic system, comprising a housing with located on its front panel speaker and placed between the back of the side and rear of the Cabinet, perforated panel to the acoustic resistance, perform the function campfireusa element (see RF patent №25132 for utility model "Device for acoustic design dynamic heads", MPK-7: H04R 1/28, Appl. 24.04.2002,). Perforated panel operates as a resonant absorber and is intended only for a certain frequency of sound waves, which depends on the thickness of the panel itself, and the diameter is made in her holes, and the distance between the centers of the holes. However, the rest of the spectrum of the radiated sound waves not campfires and effective suppression of vibration does not occur. For resonance between the front panel and the back wall, you must configure the perforated panel at this resonance, but even this requirement does not reduce the vibrations at frequencies above and below resonance. In addition, vibration, side, and top and bottom walls is not reduced, including at frequencies corresponding to the resonances, due to their parallelism. The lack of similar is that to achieve a significant improvement in the sound quality fails.

Known acoustic system, comprising a housing installed on the front panel speaker and placed inside fibrogenesis element made in the form of a palisade of the many pyramids of random sizes (see Vpedanov. Household and geotechnica, Smolensk: Rusich, 1997, s). In this acoustic system proposed complex design of the damping element, which is essential for a high quality sound. The effectiveness of the known acoustic system is achieved by scattering of sound waves in the palisade pyramids, i.e. the transfer of energy to neighboring pyramids. However, the known acoustic system suffers from the disadvantage of difficulty of manufacture of the device.

The known device described in the book "home audio" on s is closest to the claimed device to the technical essence and the achieved effect, therefore, selected as a prototype.

The present invention is the simplification of manufacturing technology speaker system while providing high quality sound.

The technical result is available only vibrationfree element providing damping of resonances through the transfer of a significant part of energy to the rigid structural elements in the corners of the body.

This task is achieved by the fact that in the known acoustic system, comprising a housing installed on the front panel speaker and placed inside fibrogenesis element according to the invention vibrationfree element is designed in the form of treugol the second prism with the ability to redistribute the energy of the sound waves in the corners of the body, representing the junction of the side and rear walls of the casing, with one of the side faces of the prism are rigidly connected to the rear wall of the housing.

In the acoustic system, the base of the prism can be made inclined relative to the rear panel.

In the acoustic system, the base of the prism can be made perpendicular relative to the rear panel.

Studies on patent and scientific and technical information sources show that the proposed speaker system is unknown and should not be explicitly studied the prior art, and therefore, meets the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The claimed invention may be made in the conditions of enterprises in the industry, engaged in the production of acoustic systems using a standard domestic or imported equipment, known technologies and mass-produced by industry relevant parts and assemblies.

It can be widely used in home, offices and entertainment areas.

Thus, the claimed speaker system meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

We offer a set of essential features according to the claimed device new properties that allow you to solve the problem.

Thanks to the installation of the prism on the back wall inside the housing portion of the sound waves from the back of the speaker falls perpendicularly on the edge of the prism and splits into two parts, aimed down her sides and bases, where falls in the corners, where the stiffness of the elements gives less vibration. The other part of the sound waves falling on the faces of the prism at an angle of inclination: one piece unfolds, the other part is reflected on the side walls of the housing, and the third passes through the material on the perimeter of the base of the prism, i.e. the angles of the speakers, where it is extinguished. Through the prism of the internal volume of the shell has a complex configuration, and the resonance occurs only between the top and bottom, and between the side walls of the casing only in that part which does not overlap with the prism. The result is radiated less parasitic vibrations and, consequently, achieve a high sound quality. This simplified manufacturing technology speaker system, because there is only one vibrationfree element.

Proposed speaker system is illustrated by drawings, where:

Figure 1 is a vertical section;

Figure 2 - section a-a of figure 1.

Speaker system includes a housing 1, in which the front panel 2 has a loudspeaker 3. The housing 1 is made, as a rule is, made of wood, sometimes of plastic. Its design can be anything, but the figures of the drawings to the description given case in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped. On the rear wall 4 of the housing 1 is rigidly fixed to one of their side faces of the triangular prism 5, is made of wood or plywood sheets. The base of the prism 5 may be inclined or perpendicular relative to the rear wall 4 of the housing 1. Mount prism 5 to the housing 1 can be made using glue and screws. The rib 6 is directed along the height of the housing 1. Between the rib 6 and the rear side of the loudspeaker 3 there is an air gap.

The acoustic system works as follows.

Upon receipt of an electrical signal to the loudspeaker 3 is the radiation of sound waves in the surrounding space, and the inside of the case 1. Entering from the back side of the loudspeaker 3, the edge 6 of the prism 5, and on its lateral sides and sloping grounds, the sound wave energy is redistributed through the prism in the corners, representing the junction of the side and rear walls of the casing, where it is extinguished and does not create noise and other interference that other speakers have a negative effect on sound quality. The inventive system provides superior sound quality.

- improved sound quality;

- simplification of manufacturing technology;

- reduction of production cost.
