FIELD: acoustic engineering, namely, engineering of devices for reproduction of sound. SUBSTANCE: device for high quality sound reproduction includes a source of sound and unit for adjusting sound pressure, positioned inside a body with sound-reflective surface. Unit for adjusting sound pressure in the body is made in form of sound-absorbing element, including system liquid - saturated steam with boundary, formed on developed surface of heat accumulator, while aforementioned liquid - saturated steam system is pressurized. Device also contains chamber isolated from environment, provided with heat exchanger and connected to sound absorption chamber with possible movement of gases from sound absorption chamber into additional chamber and return of condensed gases into sound absorption chamber. Device may additionally be provided with evaporator, positioned in the sound absorption chamber in the area where it is connected to additional chamber.
