FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method and device for regulation of the suspended particles content in a beverage, in particular, beer, is carried out by means of a dish-shaped separator. The method and the device are based on following technological operations. The initial product subject to processing (20) is input to a drum (1) of separator in which an initial product is cleaned from suspended particles, as a result the brightened phase (18) and a solid phase (6) are received. The brightened phase (18) and a solid phase (6) are output from a drum. Except a solid phase (6) and the brightened phase (18) also a phase (13) of small suspended particles is output which after a outputting from the centrifugal chamber (4) it is again added directly to the brightened phase (18) in adjustable volume. The invention allows the receiving of a beverage, in particular, the beer, having certain flavour that is caused by the content in it of the smallest suspended particles. Method of recovery of a gaseous centrifuge tracks permeability / 2257958 The invention is pertinent to the field of an isotope separation by a centrifugal method and may be used at production of enriched isotopes of uranium and other elements at the system of gaseous centrifugal machines. Recovery of permeability of a gaseous centrifugal machine tracks is conducted on working (nominal) frequency of its rotation. Replacement of the defective details is not conducted. For recovery of permeability of the tracks they use a chemical action of fluorating compound (chlorine trifluoride) on sediments (nonvolatile compounds of uranium) and removal of the formed volatile compounds with a stream of a working gas. Development of special hydraulic modes of operations of the gaseous centrifugal machines (concentration of a chlorine trifluoride in a stream of the working gas of 0,45-4 % vol.) provides a directional action on sediments on the tracks of a gaseous centrifugal machine. Feed of fluorating compound in a mixture with the working gas (freon-350, perfluorinemethylcyclohexagen) may be conducted both in the feeding track and in the track of a heavy fraction (last cut) depending on the fact, permeability of what track is reduced. For removal of a admixture of the working gas with the products of interaction it is possible to use both the track of the last cut and the track of the light fraction. Realization of the methods ensures recovery of permeability of the tracks in the gaseous centrifugal machines without visible results of aggressive action of the fluorating compound on the details of the gaseous centrifugal machines, which might cause reduction of resource reliability of the gaseous centrifugal machines. At that the time of restoration of permeability of the tracks is minimized. |

The installation for separation of the liquids contains the rotor mounted in the body on the driving shaft set in the fixed bearing supports. The tip sections of the shaft have the axial grooves, and the shaft fixed bearing supports have the holes used for feeding and drain of the liquid. The front butt wall of the rotor has the system of passages for feeding of the source liquid divided into the fractions in the cavity of the rotor, and also the passages for withdrawal from the rotor of the light fraction. The passages are connected with the axial groove in the front butt section of the shaft. In the rear butt wall there is the system of the passages, which includes accordingly the passages for withdrawal from the rotor of the heavy fraction and the middle fraction. The invention allows to increase efficiency of the installation, to ensure the qualitative and the thinner division of the source liquid into three fractions for one passage, reduces the time required for separation of the liquid into the more number of the fractions in comparison with known designs; it also allows at separation of the water into three fractions by their densities (heavy, mean and light fractions) effectively separate the heavy water and carefully withdraw it from the installation, excluding the possibility of its commixing with other components. |
