FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for engineering of traction electric engines of electrically driven train. SUBSTANCE: station for testing electric engines has transformer, controllable rectifier, inverter, engine, generator, first and second smoothing reactors, connecting shaft, voltage indicator, first and second current indicators, device for calculating input active current, first and second comparison element. Proportional-integral adjuster, pulse-duration modulator, autonomous voltage transformer and source of reactive power in form of a capacitor. Utilization of station for testing electric engines allows to increase value of power coefficient up to 0,994, and during testing of, for example, electric engine NB418 K6 of electrically driven train current consumed from network is decreased to 5-7 A. EFFECT: increased energy coefficients due to increase of value of power coefficient by improving form of network current and approach of its phase to network voltage during substantial decrease of energy consumption. 3 dwg

Toothed-grooved zone is produced by corrugation of ribbon and has teeth and groove walls. Edge element of tooth is made larger than the rest and is meant for holding winding in the groove. Groove transverse rods have recesses for making toothed-grooved zone circular in character and have extruded bosses, which are inserted into mounting aperture of yoke and are meant for holding toothed-grooved zone. Groove walls together with the yoke are enveloped by isolated brackets to provide for tight and whole connection of grooved-toothed zone to the yoke. |
Motor stator assembly and method for its manufacture (modifications) / 2269856 The motor stator assembly has a great number of yokes manufactured by superposition of a great number of steel plates having a preliminarily enclosed between the yokes and manufactured by molding of a magnetic material with the use of a mould, and a great number of frame bodies with a winding wound on them for generation of induced magnetism, and which are fitted on the outer parts of the poles, the mentioned poles contain: the guide section in the form of a round curve for accumulation of the magnetic flow, the neck section installed on which is the frame body connected to the rear surface of the guide section, and the connecting section formed on the rear surface of the neck section and joined to the yoke. The frame body has an inner wing attached to the outer part of the pole guide section, body connected to the inner wing and installed on the pole neck section for winding of the winding, and an outer wing projecting from each side of the body and covering the winding. Three modifications of the method for manufacture of the given stator of the electric motor are offered, they characterize both different features of manufacture of separate parts of the stator, in particular, with the use of the methods of the powder metallurgy, and the sequence of their assembly. |

Rotor magnetic system section is assembled of four stacks joined by bars whose length is not smaller than that of section; like-polarity magnets alternately disposed in tandem are offset in axial direction through one fourth of stator slot angular pitch. Rotor magnetic system manufacturing process includes fabrication of two types of stampings wherein key slot and fixation holes for assembling stacks in section are offset relative to magnet holes through angles equal to (1/8)(360/Z) and (3/8)(360/Z) of stator slot angular pitch, respectively, where Z is double product of phase number by pole pair number and slot number per rotor pole and stator slot. Stacks whose number should be a multiple of four are assembled by installing magnets in them and joined in sections so as to ensure relative displacement of magnets in stacks arranged in tandem by one fourth of stator slot angular pitch. Alternative manufacturing process for rotor magnetic system includes fabrication of three types of stampings wherein key slot and holes for assembling stacks in section are offset relative to holes for fixation of magnets through angles equal to (3/40)(360/Z), (9/40)(360/Z), and (15/40)(360/Z) of stator slot angular pitch, respectively. Slot position and distance between slots are evaluated by means of measuring instrument, and measurement results are conveyed to computer. Position of installation skids and operation of wire meander shaper and tools are controlled by computer in compliance with measurement data on position of slots and distance between them. |

Commutating poles can be forced to improve dynamics in which case control unit checks up commutating pole current through analog-to-digital converter. In this way control system continuously computes supply current through commutating winding at which averaged feedback signal has minimal density and amplitude with respect to state of commutation from sensors. |
