The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in surgery, urology, cardiovascular surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery for drainage vessels, ducts, cavities and hollow organs.

There are methods of treatment, which need a constant outflow of biological fluids on the inside or vaaranam ducts in a long time. A special place is occupied by the problem catheterization blood flow when it leaves the drain tube as "lost drainage". The main aim is to reduce the risk of associated complications.

Known drainage tube (EN 33507, IPC And 61 M 27/00, 2003), designed to ensure the heat content of the stump of the pancreas. It contains the side holes on the working end, made in the form of at least two longitudinal slots located by the junction of the working end to the tail of the pancreas, is fixed thereto by a seam. Made tube made of PVC skin or silicone.

The shortcoming of this tube is that the longitudinal slit-like slots, unlike an oval or rounded, over time can obtusirostris fibrin and tissue sequesters that entails a violation of the outflow of biologically the liquids. In connection with this known tube cannot be used to provide long-term drainage.

As the closest analogue of the adopted drainage tube made of silicone and containing the side holes on the working end (EN 2195207, IPC And 61 In 17/11, 2002). Silicone drainage tube used in pancreatoduodenal resection for catheterization of the pancreatic duct as a "lost drainage".

However, the known drainage tube has significant drawbacks. High risk of necrosis of the bowel wall due to its significant trauma pipe. Long standing in the pancreatic duct drainage irritating effect, as a foreign body, and can lead to inflammation and necrosis in the area of the anastomosis. Over time it can be inlaid with and to obturate drained duct, which can also lead to the development of pancreatitis and pancreonecrosis.

The objective of the invention is the creation of a drainage tube, providing for a sufficiently long time continuous and adequate outflow of various biological fluids from ducts, organs and cavities, the prevention of possible complications, as well as expanding its functionality.

For solving the proposed group of inventions combined to form a single inventive concept.

P the set task is solved as follows.

Option 1

The drainage tube containing the side holes, made of absorbable material polydioxanone, the orifices are located along the length of the tube in two rows of diametrically oppositely staggered.

Option 2

The drainage tube containing the side holes, made of absorbable material polydioxanone made in the form of threads forming the mesh netting tube wall density 12-20 units/see

The use of the invention allows to obtain the following technical result.

The drain pipe is made camerascamera. Depending on the function, location and necessary given the term in it pick up a tube of the desired length, wall thickness (thread)diameter. When used in various ductal systems of organs of the drainage tube is completely absorbed 10-45 days depending on its length and wall thickness, which eliminates the inlay and the obturation and, consequently, to avoid violation of the passage of the contents of these bodies. When this drainage tube may be placed in the ducts and organs for quite a long time, remaining in working condition.

The use of this device does not require reoperation or other manipulations in his recovery.

The drain pipe is manufactured by Garrett, Borg is on of inert material polydioxanone, which is devoid of antigenic and pyrogenic properties, which virtually eliminates the possibility of purulent-inflammatory processes in adjacent organs and tissues.

The use of drainage tubes as "lost drainage allows less traumatic to drain the ductal system of the internal organs, as well as the formed cavity.

The drain pipe has a wide functionality. It can be used in various fields of medicine for a variety of purposes, including as a "lost drainage". It can also be used as a frame in the suturing of the defect in the ureter, urethra, fallopian tubes, intra - and extrahepatic bile ducts, perforation of the intestinal wall in any location, when the wounds of blood vessels of different diameters. Installation of the proposed drainage tube provides lasting peace sutured to the wall of the body, which promotes better healing and prevents the reduction of the diameter of the body with the development of subsequent stenosis and impaired his ability.

The technical result is achieved primarily through the execution of a tube made of absorbable material polydioxanone. Effective and safe use as a "lost drainage is provided by its complete resorption and removal thus from proto the new system. This allows you to avoid incrustation and obturation of the drainage tube. Create carcanet drained duct, organ or cavity through a tube made of polydioxanone, ensures the continuity of the outflow of fluids, the impossibility of falling and sticking their walls.

The proposed drainage tube allows for unobstructed outflow of secreted fluids and exudates from the organs and tissues due to the position of the side openings along the length of the tube in two rows of diametrically opposite each other in a checkerboard pattern in option 1 and the network structure of the tube wall in option 2. Both holes are not prone to premature obturation fibrin and tissue sequesters.

Figure 1 shows the drainage tube for option 1, General view. The drain pipe is made of absorbable material polydioxanone. In solid wall 1 tube made side holes 2 over the entire length, arranged in two series of diametrically opposite each other in a checkerboard pattern. Tube length can vary from 3 to 20 cm, the outer diameter is from 2.5 to 20 mm, internal - from 2 to 16 mm, the hole diameter is from 1.5 to 3.0 mm

Figure 2 shows the drain pipe for option 2, General view. The drain pipe is made of absorbable material polydioxanone made in the form of n the TEI 3, which form a mesh netting wall 4 with a through hole 5 between them. The density of the weave is 12-20 units/see the length of the tube can vary from 3 to 20 cm, the outer diameter is from 2.5 to 20 mm, internal - from 2 to 16 mm, the thickness of the yarn from 0-1 to 0-4 metric units.

The drainage tube is used as follows. Pick up the drainage tube of the desired length, diameter and wall thickness (or thickness of the thread). Install it in the ductal system. The outer diameter of the tube corresponds to the diameter drained duct, organ or cavity. Secreted fluid rushing through the side holes 2 in the wall 3 when using the tube for option 1 or through the openings 5 between the threads 3 in the wall 4 mesh netting when using the tube for option 2. Further, a drainage tube under the action of hydrolysis is completely absorbed 10-45 days (depending on wall thickness or the thickness of the threads of the weave and the length of the tube).
