The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery.

It is known that for the treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis applies Drainage device” (EN No. 2197286 from 27.01.03), which is drained by stuffing the bag and spend irrigation purulent cavity under pressure antiseptic (supply hydropressured flow antiseptic). However, there is no physical impact on the fabric of a purulent cavity, introducing medicinal substances in tissue and stimulation of physiological processes in the body, leading to faster wound healing.

The objective of the invention: improved efficiency of treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis. The task is achieved by the proposed device for the treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis, allowing to intensify drug and physical effects on the walls of a purulent cavity stuffing bags. The device comprises a suction tube with side holes and irrigation tube inside the suction, characterized in that the irrigation pipe is connected to the working end with a nozzle jet action, is a hollow collapsible cylinder with holes inside ultrasonic emitter with a conductor to the generator of ultrasonic frequency, and the emitter conductor of the imp who are satisfied with the possibility of introducing ultrasonic vibrations in an antiseptic solution.

The device is used as follows.

During laparotomy or laparoscopy examination cavity stuffing bags with sanitation and drainage of the developed device. Adequacy position of the device is monitored during surgery, sonography and(or) rentgenograficheski. The supply of wash liquid into the cavity stuffing bags is through an irrigation tube (2) with a nozzle at the working end (3) under pressure from the vessel with the drug mixture (sodium hypochlorite), and outflow through the suction tube (1). When applying a wash liquid in the packing bag is the introduction of ultrasonic vibrations in an antiseptic solution (sodium hypochlorite) with the generator of ultrasonic frequency through the conduit (5) and ultrasonic emitter (4).

An example of a specific application.

Patient R., 39 years old was admitted to the surgical Department 09.10.2002, with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Started conservative treatment and further examination. Despite ongoing set the UNC conservative treatment, General condition of the patient progressively deteriorated, there was a growing signs of peritonitis. The patient underwent diagnostic laparoscopy, during which the detected hemorrhagic effusion in all departments of the abdominal cavity, stearic plaque on the greater omentum and the mesentery of the transverse colon. Effusion is removed, the abdominal cavity is drained in podrebarac and iliac regions. The laparoscope inspected and sanitized cavity stuffing bags, which introduced the proposed device. In the postoperative period in addition to standard therapy has been the treatment of stuffing bags hydropressured flow of sodium hypochlorite in combination with intracavitary low-frequency ultrasound. When this drainage is freely attukal not only liquid pus, but small tissue sequesters. Drainage tube removed 15.10.2002, the patient was discharged in satisfactory condition.

Thus, the proposed Device for the treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis” contributed to the rapid and full recovery.
