EFFECT: improved attraction of fish, increased catch, simplified design of bait, possibility of making of bait by angler from available materials.

The invention relates to recreational and sport fisheries, namely the artificial lures.
Known to the technical nature of the artificial bait, comprising a housing made in the form of fish, air pocket, ballast. Fish swim, turn, varies. Described in the book of Raveena E "All about fishing gear". M: BAO-Press, 2000, str-133.
The disadvantage of this artificial bait is the low efficiency of attracting fish due to the fact that the catch of bait directly proportional to the distance from predatory fish.
Closest to the technical essence is the artificial bait Turbo", described in the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2186491.
Artificial bait includes a housing made in the form of fish, air pocket, the ballast, the hooks, the body is made a through hole in which you installed turbine with a displaced center of gravity, with the possibility of rotation.
The disadvantage of this artificial bait is the complexity of its manufacture.
The claimed invention solves the problem of increasing the effectiveness attract fish and increase the effectiveness of the bait by a method similar to the movement of crustaceans insects, in the simplicity of its design and manufacture of improvised means in the home.
