The invention relates to the field of hardware and concerns of the strap locking, located in the doorway and designed to receive a lock bolt.

Known locking strap for U.S. patent 4763499, CL E 05 In 63/00, 1988, including a metal plate, which is made a rectangular opening and a hole for mounting on the fixed frame, which when extended bolt in the closed position covered them.

A disadvantage of the known locking strap is the fact that only one fastening strap element secured to the body of the bolt. Meanwhile, other fasteners locking strap are “free” through the door leaf access to their weakening or even retrieve.

The technical result from the use of this invention is to provide increased resistance to breaking of door locking systems.

This technical effect is achieved in that in the locking strap comprising a metal plate, which is made a rectangular opening and a hole for mounting on the fixed frame, which when extended bolt in the closed position overlapped them, there is a second hole for mounting on a stationary frame located so that when extended the bolt in the closed position access to the mounting holes of the strap shut-off lane is open and these openings are arranged horizontally.

But the fact that they are horizontally, also provides additional protection for the locking system, as in case of unauthorized opening of the attacker nick is to can not expect that the fastening elements are arranged one behind the other in the horizontal plane.

Figure 3 shows one of the possible variants of the strap locking, where the openings 3 may overlap bolt in the closed position. In this case, both holes are vertical, but this option is less secure than the present invention.
