The invention relates to a transport machine building, in particular for propulsion of the transport vehicle. The roller element of a vehicle includes a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element. A screw element is made of separate parts, and the cylinder is made of the slot in which the possibility of radial movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder is placed a part of a screw element. On the outer surface of the cylinder, free from voids, and may be reinforced elastic coating. On separate parts of the screw element on surfaces in contact with the road, can be reinforced elastic elements. The result is the ability to move a vehicle off-road and road surface, causing the last significant damage, and also increases the maneuverability of the vehicle, the speed at the ground or the road and survivability under conditions of failure of part of the roller parts. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 4 Il.
The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular to the roller elements of the terrain.
A disadvantage of this device is the limited width of the rim, the design complexity because of the many joints in the wheel for each of the spokes.
Known wheel containing a pair of hubs and elastic rim in the form of springs, coils which are fixed on the hub; a spring made fusiform shape with tight coils, with the possibility of free movement relative to each other, while the coils with a minimum diameter is made at the ends of the spring (EN 2121927).
This wheel is more efficient in comparison with the above-described analog in conditions of significant irregularities path of movement, however, any wheeled base unit elements are significantly inferior in respect tracked.
In particular, is known for the roller elements of the vehicle, including caterpillar truck, which is mounted on the master bridge m type. The road wheels are the wheels of a wheeled machine, subjected to conversion. The alignment of the beams with average leading track rollers-wheels is provided by spacer rollers engaged between the support rollers-wheels. Spacer rollers and the transfer of torque from the average of the leading track roller-wheels to the extreme anchor rollers-wheels, unloading hub bearing at the track rollers-wheels and pulling caterpillars (EN 2196068).
However, in some cases need even higher grip the roller elements with the ground.
This task is known to the roller elements comprising a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element (GB 2300842 A).
This solution is taken as the prototype of the present invention.
The roller elements are rotated around their longitudinal axes, augers cut into the soil and provide extremely high adhesion with him; accordingly significant passability of a vehicle, provided with a screw base unit elements.
However, this device has a number of disadvantages.
First of all, it should be noted that it prednaznachem. Thus, the use of the prototype is very limited. It should also be noted that the vehicle can move only in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cylinder with screw elements, which makes it a very low maneuverability. Therefore, the vehicle has to be transported by road on special platforms. Their speed is known the roller element is in any case small. The present invention laid the task of providing the ability to move a vehicle off-road and road surface, causing the last significant harm; also solves the problem of increasing the maneuverability of the vehicle, the speed of its movement on sustainable ground or road and survivability in conditions which in the roller element of the vehicle, including a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element, the latter is made of separate parts, and the cylinder is made of the slot in which the possibility of radial movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder is placed a part of a screw element; on the outer surface of the cylinder, free from voids, and may be reinforced elastic coating on parts of a screw element on surfaces in contact with the road, can be reinforced elastic elements.
The applicant has not identified the sources containing information about technical solutions, identical to the present invention, which allows to make a conclusion about its compliance with the criterion of “novelty”.
Implementation characteristics of the invention leads to important new properties of the object (effect): screws are flush with the outer surface of the cylinder, therefore, the roller element and accordingly the vehicle can move in the axial direction when extended from the cylinder screw element and in the direction perpendicular to the axial, when introduced into the cylinder of a screw element. Thus, to change the direction 90ndsta on dry ground or the road screw element retracts and cylinders roll as a normal smooth rollers, the speed is significantly increased; however, the auger practically does not damage the road surface, and if the parts of the screw elements in contact with the road, and on the outer surface of the cylinder reinforced elastic elements, for example of reinforced rubber, the possibility of damage to the road surface is not more than for wheeled vehicles; if one of the roller elements fails, the movement in the direction perpendicular to the axis, can be carried out using a different base unit of an element that causes a significant increase in the survivability of the vehicle, as it can independently quickly leave the danger zone, where corruption has occurred.
The applicant has not found any sources of information containing data about the impact of an alleged distinguishing signs on achieved as a result of their implementation of the technical result. This, according to the applicant demonstrates compliance with this technical solution, the criterion of “inventive step”.

The vehicle 1 includes in a specific example, two of the roller element, the longitudinal axes of which are parallel to each other. Each of the roller element contains the cylinder 2 is placed on the outer surface of the screw element 3; the cylinders with axis 4 is placed in the frame of the vehicle 1 and are driven with a drive (not shown). The device operates as follows.
To move in difficult conditions part 5 of a screw element ejected by the hydraulic drive 7 in the position according to Fig.1. The cylinders 2 are rotated by the actuator in opposite directions, the screw elements embedded in the ground, and the vehicle moves in the direction along the longitudinal axis of the cylinder. The device can be manufactured using conventional equipment known structural materials, which makes the invention according to the criterion of “industrial applicability”.
