Said housing represents a multistart helical surface arranged along its edges with helical grooves inside and outside at 5 to 45 degrees to jacket lengthwise axis and shaped to birecurvate recesses. Centers of curvature of said recesses are located inside and outside jacket cross-section. Jacket is composed of equal-width one or more tapes coiled in helical turns interconnected by lengthwise edges. Said tapes are bent in zigzag manner along flexure lines arranged at angle to lengthwise edges. Said tapes form, along outer and inner surfaces, wavy helical surfaces shaped to curved recesses directed to one side at 5 to 45 degrees to jacket lengthwise axis. Said recesses may differ in both shape and size. Distance between flexure lines equal the sum of lengths of perimeters of geometrical figures of inner and outer surface recesses.

The invention relates to a transport machine building, in particular for propulsion of the transport vehicle. The roller element of a vehicle includes a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element. A screw element is made of separate parts, equipped with axes, and in the cylinder holes, which can be rotated inserted the axis of the parts of the screw element. The roller element can be provided with a removable elastic elements placed on separate parts of the screw element. The result is the ability to move a vehicle off-road and road surface, causing the last significant damage, and also increases the maneuverability of the vehicle, the speed at the ground or the road and survivability under conditions of failure of part of the roller parts. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular to the roller elements of the terrain.

Known wheel the roller elements of the terrain, containing the rim and hub with radial slots,another end of each of which is hinged to the inner surface of the rim, moreover, the radial grooves are made with closed loop and placed floating axes, which are fixed on the ends of a flat spiral elastic spokes (SU 1177178).

A disadvantage of this device is the limited width of the rim, the design complexity because of the many joints in the wheel for each of the spokes.

Known wheel containing a pair of hubs and elastic rim in the form of springs, coils which are fixed on the hub; a spring made fusiform shape with tight coils, with the possibility of free movement relative to each other, while the coils with a minimum diameter is made at the ends of the spring (EN 2121927).

This wheel is more efficient in comparison with the above-described analog in conditions of significant irregularities path of movement, however, any wheeled base unit elements are significantly inferior in respect tracked.

In particular, is known for the roller elements of the vehicle, including caterpillar truck, which is mounted on the master bridge of the PowerPack unit wheel of the machine and consists of two caterpillar tracks beam type. The road wheels are the wheels of the wheeled vehicle, under the Xia due to the spacer rollers, engaged between the support rollers-wheels. Spacer rollers and the transfer of torque from the average of the leading track roller-wheels to the extreme anchor rollers-wheels, unloading hub bearing at the track rollers-wheels and pulling caterpillars (EN 2196068).

However, in some cases need even higher grip the roller elements with the ground.

This task is known to the roller elements comprising a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element (GB 2300842 A).

This solution is taken as the prototype of the present invention.

The roller elements are rotated around their longitudinal axes, augers cut into the soil and provide extremely high adhesion with him, accordingly, a very large cross vehicle, provided with a screw base unit elements.

However, this device has a number of disadvantages.

First of all, it should be noted that it is intended, mainly, to move off the road. In the case of movement on the road pavement is destroyed by a screw. Thus, the use of the prototype is very limited. It should also be noted that Transco makes it a very low maneuverability. Therefore, the vehicle has to be transported by road on special platforms. Their speed is known the roller element is in any case small. If there is a need to move off-road, but on a dense stable ground, the device moves with the same low speed as the loose, unstable. It should also be noted that in case of failure of one of the two cylinders with screw elements, the vehicle loses the ability to move in a straight line and can only move in a circle, which accounts for its low survivability.

The present invention laid the task of providing the ability to move a vehicle off-road and road surface, causing the last significant harm; also solves the problem of increasing the maneuverability of the vehicle, the speed of its movement on sustainable ground or road and survivability under conditions of failure of part of the roller parts.

According to the invention this problem is solved due to the fact that in the roller element of the vehicle, comprising a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element, the latter implementation is presented to the axis of the parts of the screw element; the roller element can be provided with a removable elastic elements placed on separate parts of the screw element.

The applicant has not identified the sources containing information about technical solutions, identical to the present invention, which allows to make a conclusion about its compliance with the criterion of “novelty”.

Implementation characteristics of the invention leads to important new properties of the object (effect): screws become transformed, so the roller element and accordingly the vehicle can move in the axial direction and in the direction perpendicular to the axial. Thus, to change the direction 90you do not need to bend in an arc: this change is carried out; when the movement of the vehicle on dry ground or road auger transformed and cylinders with parts of the screw elements roll as usual rollers, the speed is greatly increased; by the transformation of the screw it is the least damaging the road surface (not more than Truckee caterpillars), and if the parts of the screw elements reinforced elastic elements, for example made of a material that we use is a separate estimate will be damaged, the movement in the direction perpendicular to the axis, can be carried out using a different base unit of an element that causes a significant increase in the survivability of the vehicle, as it can independently quickly leave the danger zone, where the corruption occurred.

The applicant has not found any sources of information containing data about the impact of an alleged distinguishing signs on achieved as a result of their implementation of the technical result. This, according to the applicant demonstrates compliance with this technical solution, the criterion of “inventive step”.

The vehicle 1 includes in a specific example, two of the roller element, the longitudinal axes of which are parallel to each other. Each base unit eleme placed in the frame of the vehicle 1 and are driven with a drive (not shown). In particular, it is assumed that the rotation of the cylinders receive from the internal combustion engine is large enough power comparable to the power of the engine of caterpillar machines. Screw element 3 is made of separate parts 5, each of which has an axle 6. The axis of the parts of the screw element is inserted with rotation into the holes, which are made in the cylinder 1. The rotating parts of the screw element is carried out using a drive which is not shown. The drive can be any of a number of widely known: hydraulic, electric, mechanical or any combination thereof. The roller element can be provided with a removable elastic elements 7, which are located on parts 5 screw element 3. Removable elastic elements can be inserted (Fig.5) or patch (Fig.6). As a material used for them in the specific example cord rubber type rubber tires.

The device operates as follows.

To move in difficult conditions part of the screw element are driven by their drive in the position according to Fig.1, that is, the screw element 3 forms a single spiral. The cylinders rotate with the help of their drive against the ol longitudinal axes of the cylinders. If necessary, turn on some arc of one of the cylinders is stopped and fixed, and the other cylinder, revolving, rotate the vehicle in a space along a certain trajectory. If necessary, change the movement of a vehicle on the opposite (reverse) change the direction of rotation of the cylinder.

For abrupt changes in the axial direction of movement of the vehicle in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, part of the screw elements is forced into the position according to Fig.2. Then both cylinders rotate in the same direction. The vehicle will move almost with places for this change of direction does not require any additional space.

Claims

1. The roller element of the vehicle, comprising a cylinder placed on the outer surface of the screw element, wherein the screw element is made of separate parts, equipped with axes, and in the cylinder holes, which can be rotated inserted the axis of the parts of the screw element.

2. The roller element under item 1, characterized in that the removable elastic elements placed on separate parts of the screw element.
