As an operational force a natural phenomenon is used - atmospheric pressure. The main structural component of the mechanism - a body reacting to atmospheric pressure - is a geometric shape - a box, square in cross section. The body is manufactured by compression from an airtight elastic resilient material and has four solid faces, four elastic ribs, and instead the two end faces - two elastic dome. The body is sealed, and when negative pressure is created, acts as a pivot of four sections, being deformed by force of atmospheric pressure into a rhomboid parallelepiped with a sharp angle of 45°. In the mid-points of four faces of the parallelepiped - shaped body there are stops formed that when bound up in pairs can increase the degree of vacuum and atmospheric pressure, the force of impact, without compromising the angle of the rhomb below 45°. The mechanism is attached by one face to the side wall of the furniture, and by an adjacent face - to the door of the furniture.

The rotary group (60) comprises the first chamber (72), arranged between the element (9), acting as the cam following element and the ring (12), in which there are elastic facilities (11) and a fluid medium; the second chamber (19), in which there is a fluid medium; a piston (14), comprising at least a tube (18, 20), through which the fluid medium may flow between the first chamber (72) and the second chamber (19); besides, in case of rotation of the rotary group (60) in the specified direction the volume of the first chamber (72) reduces; elastic facilities are compressed, and at least a part of the fluid medium passes from the first chamber (72) into the second chamber (19); and in case of rotation of the rotary group (60) in the opposite direction the volume of the first chamber (72) increases; elastic facilities expand and a part of the fluid medium passes from the second chamber (19) into the first chamber (72), at the same time the second chamber (19) is arranged above the piston (14).
