Assembly line comprises overhead conveyor with pallets. Pallets are connected with assembly cars arranged there between. Assembly line allows automatic detachment of assembly car from said pallet.

On transporting truck (1), carrying stand (30) is installed with possibility to be removed. The stand is formed by pair of left and right stand members (37a) and (37b) located on left and right sides relative to transported object if to view in plane. Supporting part (39) contains stand members (37a, 37b) to hold left and right edges of transported object which edges are positioned on left and right sides of lifting table (12).

Invention relates to machine building, namely, to methods of billet transfer and to process plant for commercial production of structural elements. In compliance with first version, car bodies are fed from first line with moving plates to second lines with moving plates on process plant. Note here that first moving plate carrying billet from first final position of the first line to initial position of second line with moving plates so that billet run on initial position retainers. In initial position, first moving plate and billet are adjusted in height so that billet is received by retainers and released from first moving plate. Fist moving plate is transferred into maintenance position of plates that adjoins said initial position. Second moving plate is transferred from maintenance position into initial position. In second initial position, second moving plate and billet are adjusted in height relative to each other so that billet is received by second moving plate and released from retainers. Second moving plate carrying the billet is moved from initial position in direction of second line transportation with moving plates. In compliance with second version, billet runs over final position retainers. In final position, billet is received by retainers and released from first moving plate. Fist moving plate is transferred into maintenance position of plates that adjoins said initial position. Second moving plate is transferred from maintenance position into final position. In final position, billet is received by second moving plate and released from retainers. Process line m first line with moving plates for transfer of moving plates and second first line with moving plates for transfer of moving plates. Note here that appropriate moving plate is equipped with platform and lifting table to receive billets. Said lifting table adjusts billet height relative to platform. Initial or final position is provided with retaining frame with height adjustment. Maintenance position adjoins initial or final position and is equipped with first and second receivers for maintenance.

The support contains electric contacting device (162) for the introduction of current for varnishing a detail when transporting the detail through the electrophoretic varnishing bath (104) and contact surface (122), on which the support contacts a transport vehicle which follows the electrophoretic varnishing bath (104). The contact surface is electrically isolated from the contacting device. The support has a detail fastening area (132), where the detail is fastened. Detail fastening area has two separate details fastening sites (134a, 134b), which are bind together by a conductivity connection element (136). Varnish deterioration in the transport vehicle following the electrophoretic varnishing bath is not possible.

Structural frame 7 of said lifting device 5 is retained to move from normal position into lifted or lowered position, the position ergonomically optimum for given assembly job. Working plate 3 is equipped with one partial section 21 to be lowered relative to working plate 3 to rule out its collision with body 6 lowering in transfer of lifting device frame 7 from normal position into lowered position.

Proposed system contains process guide including two pairs of rollers arranged opposite to each other to transfer platform with fitted on body or chassis. Guide is designed to transfer body to at least one of process reservoirs provided with pair of arch members to remove platform from guide. Moreover, drives are provided to set members in operation and introduce body into process reservoirs. Arch members are installed for lifting and lowering platform carrying the body through different value with execution of vibratory motions, thus providing putting of body into process reservoir with inclination.

Invention relates to automation of transportation works, particularly, to automatic accumulating storages playing part of buffer between different sections of car assembling lines. Proposed car bodies accumulating storage is essentially two sections, 1 and 2, arranged diagonally in plan which consist of separate roller units 3 with self-contained rotation drive 4 arranged in longitudinal and cross rows, sections being provided with common longitudinal and cross rows of said units. Pallets 5 are used as transportation means to carry car bodies. In cross direction longitudinal rows of roller units are intercoupled by system of chain conveyors. Distributing conveyor 6, discharge conveyor 7 and charge-discharge conveyor 8 arranged on common cross rows of roller units are designed to move pallets with bodies. Intake-putout conveyors 10 and 11 arranged at both sides from them at opposite sides of sections are designed for moving empty pallets. Storage positions 12 are found on inner longitudinal rows between opposite conveyors, and roller units located in extreme longitudinal rows of both sections, together with above-indicated conveyors 10 and 11 and intake conveyor 16 connecting discharge positions 14 and 15, and main-line conveyor 9 connecting extreme longitudinal rows of both sections form return line of empty pallets from discharge position to charge position 13. Pallets with bodies and empty pallets are installed to fill storage positions 12 from opposite sides of sections along any row intended for this purpose and roll them out in similar manner in reverse direction at discharging.
