Device for adjustment of passenger car front fender and front door relative positions Invention set relates to automotive industry. Device for adjustment of passenger car body two elements relative positions, foe example front fender and front door, contains frame, upper and lower connecting means, pin and holding means. The upper connecting mean is installed in the upper part of the mentioned frame and contains tension element of spring type, the first and the second fastening elements. The tension element contains the first and the second ends. The first fastening element is made integral with the frame and is designed for attachment to one of the first two body elements. The tension element is engaged by its first end with the first fastening element. The second fastening element is engaged with the second end of tension element and is designed for attachment to other of the second two body elements after attachment of the first fastening element to the first element of body. The lower connecting mean is installed in the lower part of frame. The pin is installed with possibility to slide on the frame and is designed for insertion into gap separating two body elements. Frame holding means are as magnets mounted on the frame. The first fastening element is made as part protruding from frame and is designed to be mounted in socket located in the first passenger car body element. Method of adjustment of passenger car two elements relative positions consists in using the mentioned adjustment device. |

The support structure contains mean of access allowing technician to pass through whole support area from one open side to opposite open side. The support structure contains one or more support elements containing corresponding accommodating structure to locate glassed panel relative to support structure so that the glassed panel could be tilted or pivotally moved relative to the support structure. |

Device and method of mounting front fenders on their appropriate supports Invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed device has one mounting hole in every front fender and support for mounting supports for attachment of front fenders to appropriate supports. This device comprises the frame for attachment of front fenders at said frame and means for positioning this device at the support. Besides, this device comprises centring pins and pressure devices. Centring pins are secured to the frame and should be fitted in said centring holes made in every front fender and support nearby appropriate mounting holes. Said pressure device are fitted on the frame to apply force to front fenders in direction of appropriate supports. Proposed method consists in application of above described mounting device. |

Method of vehicle doors assembly and assembly line Invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed method comprises the following steps: placing the doors on pallet, conveying said pallets to assembly line, connecting said pallets with assembly car to be arranged between pallets, assembly of doors and detachment of assembly cars. Assembly line comprises overhead conveyor with pallets. Pallets are connected with assembly cars arranged there between. Assembly line allows automatic detachment of assembly car from said pallet. |

Method of mounting door at car body Invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed method comprises mounting door holding fixture, fitting side door thereat, welding side door top and bottom hinge fixed links to car body, removing said fixture and upsetting side door relative to car body. Side door upsetting us performed after welding side door bottom hinge fixed link welding. Upsetting is executed by force directed opposite the door gravity force direction but prior to welding side door top hinge fixed link. Upsetting force is selected from expression: P×L/L1<P1<1.2P×L/L1, where P is door weight acting at door center of gravity, P1 is door upsetting force, L is distance from door center of gravity to point "K" of car side door bottom hinge, L1 is distance from point "K" of car side door bottom hinge to upsetting force application point. |

Frame system to integrate roof module in car body Invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed frame system comprises common main component for all modules of the roof to be assembled on car body and several other extra frame components. Each of the latter mates the other rood module and may be coupled with frame main component and easily replaced. One of said extra components is intended for roof module and incorporates a hatch made integral therewith and furnished with adjustable rotary or tip-up bearing girder. Car body comprises frame to integrate roof module. Method of integration of roof module in car body consists in using frame system. |

Invention refers to machine-building industry, and namely to assembly method of automobiles. Assembly method of automobiles with main assembly line and assembly line of doors includes several stages. The first stage includes removal of manufactured doors from body blank in the removal position of the main assembly line. At the second stage each door is located in one frame. At the third stage the frames are transported to door assembly conveyor. Door are assembled on assembly platform; at that, all manufactured doors of body blank are supplied together to that assembly platform. |
