Hingeless rubber-reinforced track contains reinforcing elements (1) performed conjointly with guides (2), steel-wire cord made as cable (3) and supporting surface (6) with grousers (7). The guides (2) are located at certain distance from each other longwise. Reinforcing element (1) is made of resilient material in the form of cramp with turned in one direction ends (8), with straight segment (9) between them and is made of bar spring steel by hot forming. Turned in one direction ends (8) of reinforcing element is not conjointly cured in rubber (4) in single endless belt.

Invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed running gear comprises drive and gear wheels with cylindrical treads and reinforced-rubber caterpillar track running there over, reinforcing elements being made integral with guides spaced apart over the length. Steel cable embraces reinforcing elements from outside, said elements vulcanised in rubber to make endless track with treads and support surface with grousers. Track reinforcing element is made of strip-like resilient material of spring steel with ends bent in one side while mid part being bent towards said bend ends. Cylindrical tread of drive wheel features larger width than said cylindrical tread by double clearance between inner side of aforesaid guide and cylindrical tread lateral surface.

Proposed caterpillar comprises endless flexible chain with multiple shaped elements secured thereat to make grousers. Said endless flexible chain 1 features notable elongated flay-oval cross-section and is twisted in the form of screw with grouser composed of round washer 2 arranged at every half-wave of said screw. Said grouser has notable elongated flat-oval back-lined hole commensurable with caterpillar cross-section.

Invention relates to transport machine building. Hingeless rubber-reinforced track for harvester contains metal reinforcing elements made integral with track wheel guides and set at certain distance from each other throughout the length. Steel-wire cord is made as cable and wraps reinforcing elements from outside. Steel-wire cord and reinforcing elements are cured together in rubber into single endless chain with treads and bearing surface. On the bearing surface under each tread throughout track length, longitudinal projections are made at the edges of which there are transversal grousers. The grousers have chamfer towards track side faces. The bearing surface between longitudinal projections in its cross-section is made convex away from reinforcing element along ellipse curve and forms ellipsoid cavity throughout track length in longitudinal direction of track chain.

Inner volume of link holes is filled with low-density material. Outer link surface facing soil is wide in its central part and narrow on edges to form vertical rubs-grousers along the edges.
