Security-lo-jack subsystem includes user remote identification unit consisting of carry-on electronic identification mark and mark reader installed on vehicle. The latter is coupled with central control unit and with transmit-receive antenna made for inductive interaction with electronic identification mark. System includes also programmer-data reader made for exchange of data with electronic identification mark and with personal computer, and series-connected unit for forming electronic protocol of events, nonvolatile memory, unit for read out of electronic protocol of events, modulator and data transmission unit. First input of unit for forming electronic protocol of events is connected to output of comparator unit, and sensor input, to first additional output of controller of local information network. Second input of unit for reading electronic protocol of events is connected to second additional output of controller of local information network, and second output, to control input of nonvolatile memory. Output of data transmission unit is connected to transmit-receive antenna of mark reader. Control means includes system unit and discrete and analogue control units. System unit consists of master=module, supply module, CPU module and internal doubling data storage unit. Master module is installed on locomotive control panel to exchange information with central computer of control panel connected by common bus with microprocessor control unit and locomotive microprocessor control system equipment communication unit, locomotive safety device complex interface matching unit, controller unit and driver's vigilance control system device receiver unit.

Invention relates to method of revealing short-time short circuits in load circuits by evaluating amount of dissipated heat exceeding preset value. Proposed device contains control circuit to reveal moments of appearance of short-time short circuit. Said control circuit makes it possible to determine main parameters of short circuit. Taken as main parameter is time period during which load current exceeds preset reference current value in load. Taken as second parameter is time period during which load current is either less than or equal to preset reference value. During each preset time period control circuit takes into memory one of parameters and basing of combination of their values, reveals presence of short-time short circuit.
