Method to briquette biowaste of animals and birds and device for its realisation Invention relates to a device for briquetting of biowaste of animals and birds, comprising a loading hopper, a conical auger installed in the hollow body, a scraper conveyor arranged in the lower part of the body, a spring-loaded plate in the form of a ski is installed at the side of the conical auger top at the outlet from the body. It additionally comprises a mixer made of a body, nozzles for input of a filler and an aggregate, besides, along the vertical axis of the mixer body there is a rotor with blades arranged at the angle to each other, the lower part of the mixer via the gate and the pipeline is connected to the lower part of the device for mixing of the material with the binder made of a body and a nozzle of binder injection, inside the body on its opposite sides there are two augers in the form of a spiral with the opposite winding rotating with the help of electric motors, at the outer side of the device body for mixing along its perimeter there is a coil with a coolant. Blades installed on the rotor of the mixer have the shape of a rectangular triangle. Application of the proposed device makes it possible to use biowaste of animals (manure, dung), and also to use local resource in the form of easily available and environment-safe materials. |

Method for bioproduct extrusion and extruder (versions) Invention relates to extrusion of bioproduct, for instance starch-containing one, and is intended for use in processing industries of agro-industrial complex. Method for extrusion of bioproduct consists in bioproduct processing by shift between body and channel of auger with flanges. Distinctive feature of the stated method consists in the fact that bioproduct flow is arranged between flange and body of extruder, at the same time bioproduct between flange and body is exposed by load of shift due to selection of gap geometry, which is 2.5-10 times higher than in auger channel. In order to realise the method, extruder is proposed, which comprises body, single-turn auger with flange, at the same time auger along external diametre is arranged less than diametre of extruder body by 0.05÷0.15 h, where h is auger thread depth. A version of extruder design is also proposed, in which at the middle section of auger there are flanges arranged by 1/3÷1/4 of its length with flat in the form of flange cut along chords by value of 0.05÷0.15 h of outer flange diametre, at the same time at neighbouring flanges flats are arranged as diametrically opposite. |

Method of extraction of the vegetable oil from the vegetable oil-bearing materials The invention is pertaining to the field of food industry, in particular, to the method of the vegetable oil squeezing from the vegetable oil-bearing materials and to the device for its realization. The method provides for delivery of the initial material, squeezing of the oil and its withdrawal through the surface of the processed material. The extraction of the vegetable oil from the processed material is exercised by the plastic deformation of the whole volume of this material in one or in several in series located areas of deformation. At that the indicated plastic deformation of the whole volume of the processed material in each of the areas is exercised in the layer of the material limited by the pair of the shifted in respect to each other surfaces formed by relocation of their generatrices, the trajectories of movement of which lie in the planes intersecting the whole flow of the material at an angles of 45-90°. At that the tangential lines in the planes passing through lines of the material flow are intersecting the latter at an angles from 0 up to 180° to the direction of the material flow, and the change of the angles of intersections of the tangential lines drawn to each of the deforming surfaces in the process of the relative relocation of these surfaces makes from 0 up to 90°. At that the value of the relative displacement of the deforming surfaces during the time interval necessary for transiting a unit of the microvolume of the material through the area of deformation exceeds the distance between these surfaces of no less than in 5 times. The device for squeezing the vegetable oil from the oil-bearing materials contains: the body with the inlet and outlet holes, the unit of delivery and the preliminary squeezing of the processed material made in the form of the screw mounted inside the body, the extraction chamber and the unit of the vegetable oil squeezing. The extraction chamber of the device has the squeezing planks mounted in the body and-or on the screw shaft with formation of the slit openings, and the unit of the vegetable oil squeezing is supplied with the rotor mounted on the screw shaft, and the stator mounted on the body or on the squeezing planks. At that the rotor and the stator have the through profiled grooves and are mounted in the technological succession and form the deforming components. At that the adjacent to each other butt surfaces of the deforming components are made profiled. The invention ensures the raise of the degree of the vegetable oil squeezing output with simultaneous increase of the technological equipment service life. |
