SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clothing equipment and can be used to manufacture special-purpose garments and domestic water-resistant clothes made of textile materials having waterproof finishing workmanship as well as of the materials with film coatings. The device has a tank for the sealing compound, compressor, pressure controller, pipeline system, air suction system and nozzles. In order to ensure a required level of point positioning of the sealing compound in places where the thread joints get penetrated by the needle along the thread seam the device structure houses an additional controller connected to the rotation angle sensor installed on the sewing machine shaft. The controller uses its other outlet to connect to an air solenoid valve that uses the air-driven pipeline to connect to the tank containing the liquid-phase sealing component.

EFFECT: invention ensures control over the required level of point positioning of the sealing compound in places where the thread joints get penetrated by the needle.

The invention relates to the field of sewing equipment and can be used in the manufacture of garments for special purposes and domestic water service, of textile materials with water-repellent final finish and materials with a film coating.

A device for sealing seats of the thread connection parts service [1], including the feed tank sealing compound, the piping system is installed in the pallet sewing machine pnevmochamber, kinematically connected with a toothed rack mechanism for moving materials. However, this device is unable to provide sufficient consistency and accuracy when applied polymer at the site of perforation of the tissue by the needle as the basis for synchronization of technological processes of grinding and sealing laid mechanical method of application of the sealant, the design does not have a sufficient number of items of the control and regulating equipment, used outdated and substandard components and parts that together leads to inaccurate application of sealant in each puncture tissue with a needle.

A device for locking holes formed by the needle when stitching on the sewing machine [2], adopted for the prototype, including a container of sealing with the stav, compressor, pressure regulator, inlet and suction piping, pressure gauge, flow and suction nozzle and pnevmochamber, kinematically connected with a toothed rack sewing machine. A significant disadvantage of the prototype is that due to the orientation of its actuators for open-end management and lack of a unified pneumatic and automatic elements in design, it does not provide the necessary control over the process control sealing and does not allow for flexible setup and adjustment of its parameters, thus not allowing to obtain the desired technological effect of hydrophobization places thread connection, which, primarily, is receiving fully waterproof thread seam, having a minimum hardness.

The technical result of the claimed device is the provision of the necessary level of point localization sealing composition in the zone locations of the puncture needle thread connections along the direction of the thread lines.

This technical result is achieved in that in a device for sealing seats of the thread connection of garments containing tank sealing compound, compressor, pressure regulator, pipeline system, with the system of air suction and nozzle, according to the invention additionally introduced controller associated with one output angle sensor mounted on the main shaft of the sewing machine, and another output to the electromagnetic valve, is connected through pneumatic conduit with the tank containing the liquid sealant.

Device for sealing seats thread connections garments allows us to achieve exceptional accuracy in the management process of applying the polymer composition to the site of perforation fabric needle due to the fact that the automatic subsystem angle sensor - programmable controller - solenoid pneumatic valve allows precise tracking of the approach of the puncture needle to feed the sealant nozzle and due to its high performance injecting microdose sealant in the channel of the puncture needle.

In a device for sealing seats of the thread connection of garments to universal grinding sewing machine 1 (figure 1) includes the angle sensor 2 mounted on the main shaft of the machine, and two modular units 3 and 4.

The basic modular unit 3 consists of a metal casing in which a special DIN-rail mounted programmable controller 5 (figure 2)connected to an electric cable with the operator panel 6, the fuse 7 and 8 at the input of the electric circuit of the controller 5, the elements of the pumping pneumatic line 9 series-connected using PVC tubing and push-quick fittings: pressure regulator 10, the airflow switch 11 and an electronic manometer 12. Modular unit 3 contains electrical and pneumatic switching line.

Auxiliary modular unit 4 is installed on the bottom surface of the table sewing machine metal housing, in which a special DIN-rail mounted compressor 13, is associated with the solenoid valve 14 and connected in series using a PVC tube and collet clamp fittings elements vacuum line 15: the airflow switch 16, a vacuum regulator 17, the filter traps 18, mechanical vacuum gauge 19 and the tanks 20 and 21 of the pumping and suction pneumatic lines, respectively. In addition, block 4 contains electrical and pneumatic switching line.

On the presser foot and the needle plate of the sewing machine with the needle 22 (Fig 3) set using the hinge is about-threaded connections nozzles and suction 23 and 24, respectively, connected to the pipes 25 and 26 of the pumping and suction lines.

The device operates as follows.

In the beginning of the cycle stihopisaniya needle 22 of the sewing machine 1 moves downward due to changes in the magnitude of the angular displacement of the main shaft of the machine, which is fixed to the angle sensor 2, thus conducting the puncture of the material. The sensor 2 detects the increment of the angle of rotation of the main shaft and transmits information through electrical wire connection in the programmable controller 5. The controller 5 according to pre-stored in its memory the program, when the needle 22, punctures the fabric, provides upward movement, submits a command to the digital output of the controller directly connected to the normally closed solenoid valve 14 is attached to the inlet of the pneumatic line 9 fed from the compressor 13. The valve 14 when the supply voltage at him open for some time implementing a pulsed flow of air at the appropriate pressure and flow rate into the tank 20 with a sealing composition. Because in the vessel 20, so that an excessive pressure, microdose liquid sealant is displaced and the supply pipe 25 enters the feed nozzle 23 (3), mounted on the lower side of the needle plate, and then is injected precisely into the hole from puncture the fabric by the needle, which at this point has moved to the desired stitch length.

Along with feeding the sealant nozzle 23 at the foot of the sewing machine coaxially he fixed suction nozzle 24 connected to a vacuum pneumatic line 15 fed from the compressor 13 through the suction pipe 26. The advantage of the invention lies in the fact that the implementation technology of waterproofing seams waterproof products on this complex under the optimum ratios of the values of the viscosity of the water-repellent solution and pressure-feed it onto the bottom surface of the thread lines had reached a point application of liquid-phase polymeric composition with a maximum depth of the treatment area. FIELD: clothing industry; methods and equipment for production of the edge-overlock two-thread buttonhole stitch.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of textile industry, in particular, to the method of production of the edge- two-thread buttonhole stitch and to the edge-overlock two-thread buttonhole stitch sewing machine for the method realization. The invention is dealt with the field of sewing and may be used at production of garments. The overlock two-thread buttonhole stitch is gained by the material edges-basting from below by the needle thread and from above by the looper thread with formation of the line of the stitches sequentially arranged along the edge of the material. In order to ensure a required level of point positioning of the sealing compound in places where the thread joints get penetrated by the needle along the thread seam the device structure houses an additional controller connected to the rotation angle sensor installed on the sewing machine shaft. The controller uses its other outlet to connect to an air solenoid valve that uses the air-driven pipeline to connect to the tank containing the liquid-phase sealing component.

SUBSTANCE: method for formation of waterproof filar joint consists in application of sealant onto shuttle thread, closing segments of garments by shuttle stitching and curing. Sealant is represented by aqueous solution of acrylic lightly crosslinked thickener and self-cross-linking binding preparation with concentration of 40-80%. When interacting with water, chemical composition swells, increasing in volume, and after drying it returns into initial volume state, which provides for high hygienic properties of clothes due to change in water impermeability of filar joints as ambient humidity changes.

EFFECT: composition binds large amount of water, in process of thermal treatment it produces spatial net structure, which pierces chains of acrylic thickener and provides for adhesion of polymer film to fibre of sewing thread.
