Protection of parallel lines of power supply grid Invention is attributed to the field of electric engineering and can be used for protection of power supply grids. For protection of parallel lines of the power supply grid the first protective instrument (13a) is connected to the first line (11a) of the power supply grid for registration of measured values, which characterise working condition of the first line (11a). The first protective instrument (13a) via a communication connection (15) is connected to the second protective instrument (13b) located nearby. In order to increase reliability and selectivity during monitoring of parallel lines, a method is proposed, in which the second protective instrument (13b) is connected to the second line (11b) of the power supply grid stretching in parallel to the first line (11a). Both protective instruments (13a, 13b) exchange measured data recorded by them relative to their appropriate line (11a, 11b), and/or signals produced from these measured values. Each protective instrument (13a, 13b) is made as capable of performing a protective function for its appropriate line (11a, 11b) when performing the main logic (25) of protections. Each protective instrument for performance of its main logic (25) of protection involves measured values registered on its own line (11a), and also measured values and/or signals accepted from another protective instrument (13b). |

Method of initiating lightning discharges Method of initiating lightning discharges comprises a remote definition of the pre-discharge state and coordinates of storm cells, as well as creation of a plasma conductive channel. At that the plasma conductive channel is created by synchronised blasting of series of artillery ammunition of plasma-optical action. The blasting points are located so that the ionised fields arising in the atmospheric air at triggering of the ammunition of plasma-optical action are arranged to overlap in the chain in the direction from the storm cell to the ground surface or to neighbouring storm cell. The overlapping of the ionised fields in the atmospheric air from triggering of the ammunition of plasma-optical action can be performed by changing the direction of flight of each subsequent ammunition in series in relation to the previous one. The overlapping of the ionised fields in the atmospheric air from triggering of the ammunition of plasma-optical action can also be performed by changing the triggering time of each subsequent ammunition in series in relation to the previous one. Method for conducting thermal-radar tests on radioparent aircraft radomes According to the disclosed method, radio characteristics of an analysed sample of radioparent radomes are measured not only in the cold state of the radioparent radomes, after heating thereof, but also during temperature change (increase or reduction), which enables to measure radio characteristics of the analysed radioparent radome sample at extremely high temperatures and determine dynamic parameters of the process of heating the radioparent radome, i.e. the relationship between change in radio characteristics of the analysed radioparent radome sample and the value and the rate of change of temperature, which then enables to compensate for distortions of radio characteristics of radioparent radomes occurring during flight. |

Invention relates to multiview image encoding/decoding. The technical result is increasing efficiency of encoding multiview images in which there is localised mismatch of illumination and colour between cameras, a well as reducing the amount of code. The invention provides, when dividing an encoded and decoded frame and encoding/decoding each region, generation of a prediction image not only for the processed region, but for already encoded/decoded regions adjacent to the processed region. Prediction images are generated using the same prediction method. A correction parameter is then estimated for correcting mismatch of illumination and colour from the predicted images and the decoded images of adjacent regions. An estimated correction parameter can be found even at the decoding side. Encoding is therefore unnecessary. |

Invention relates to means for metrological support of receiver-indicators of GLONASS space navigation systems. The reference work station for precision calibration of delay of lettered frequency envelopes of GLONASS signal receivers consists of a test signal source, the calibrated receiver and a personal computer for processing calibration results. The test signal source used is synthesiser of an array of test frequencies that are phase-modulated by ±90° using range-finding code of a GLONASS pseudorandom sequence. Phase incursions are input into the personal computer, said phase incursions being successively measured by the carrier monitoring system of the calibrated receiver over an interval Δt. Phase incursions measured at the same intervals Δt of the hardware copy of the carrier monitoring system of the calibrated receiver are subtracted therefrom and said differences are divided by Δt to obtain phase response readings for frequencies. Delays directly caused by nonlinearity of the frequency response are calculated; group delay is measured; said delays are summed to obtain spectral density of the delays, or partial delays, which are averaged with the spectrum of the pseudorandom sequence of the range-finding code, successively shifting the centre frequency of the spectrum to the closest lettered frequency. |

Invention relates to metallurgy of nonferrous metals and can be used for production of crucibles lined by ceramics for casting of foundry alloys containing vanadium and/or molybdenum. Proposed method comprises forming the crucible from refractory mass prepared at mixing of 5-15%-aqueous solution of soda ash with slag, that is a by-product of aluminothermal process, at the rate of 0.07-0.15%-aqueous solution of soda ash per 1 kg of slag, curing, drying and cooling of crucible. Crucible is dried in curing at 100-150°C for 1.0-1.5 hours, thereafter drying temperature being increased to 600-800°C and curing being performed for 9.5-11 hours. Produced crucible features lining open porosity of about 38-40%, water absorption of about 13-18% and mechanical strength of about 3-10 MPa. |

To protect downhole rotary pumps from clogging with mechanical impurities, this filter comprises case with filter element and seal arranged at said case to separate filter intake part from discharge part. Said seal is composed of "an umbrella" made up of a carcass of metal spokes with oil-resistant rubber stretched there between. Device is equipped with spring, retainer and charged storage battery, its capacity being designed for lowering to preset depth to keep said umbrella at closed position. |

Method of doping alumooxide ceramics Method of doping alumooxide ceramics includes obtaining a slip blank, removal of a technological binding agent and burning. In accordance with the invention after removal of the technological binding agent the blank is soaked with a water solution of zirconyl nitrate ZrO(NO3)2×2H2O, after which it is heated with an increase of temperature to 400°C. Subsequent burning is carried out with even heating of the blank to a temperature of 1600-1650°C for 12 hours, with an exposure at the maximal temperature up to 1 hour and further even cooling of the blank to room temperature for 3-4 hours. |

Proposed method comprises making the crucible from refractory mass, its curing, drying and cooling Refractory mass is prepared at mixing of aqueous solution of soda ash with slag, that is a by-product of aluminothermal process, containing vanadium and/or molybdenum, super plasticiser SP-1 and high-alumina cement Slag is mixed with plasticiser at the rate of 0.8-1.2 kg of plasticiser per 200 kg of slag Obtained mix is diluted with water at the rate of 1 dm3 per 14-15 kg of slag and mixed till complete damping of the mix Then, high-alumina cement is introduced in amount of 0.5-1.5 kg per 12-14 kg of slag and mixed to homogeneous mass Crucible is dried in curing at 100-150°C for 2±0.5 hours, thereafter drying temperature being increased to 650°C and curing being performed for 10±0.5 hours. |
