FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: to protect downhole rotary pumps from clogging with mechanical impurities, this filter comprises case with filter element and seal arranged at said case to separate filter intake part from discharge part. Said seal is composed of "an umbrella" made up of a carcass of metal spokes with oil-resistant rubber stretched there between. Device is equipped with spring, retainer and charged storage battery, its capacity being designed for lowering to preset depth to keep said umbrella at closed position.

EFFECT: higher reliability of seal and overlap of beds.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely the sealing elements for sealing the trim receiving part of the filter and protection of deep borehole centrifugal pumps from clogging mechanical impurities.

Known Filter for deep-well pumps (patent RU (11) 2217580 (13) C2 (51) 7 EV 43/08, publ. in 2003.11.27). Filter for deep-well pumps includes a housing with filter elements and mounted on the body of the sealing element separating the receiving portion of the filter from the exhaust. The sealing element is designed as a hinge mounted on the filter housing bells installed on it a sleeve, the sealing surface of which is spherical. The technical result is the possibility of deviation of the downhole pump with filter from the axis of the borehole without any significant additional load on the sealing element.

The disadvantages of this filter:

- when the shutter is installed with a filter may damage the rubber seal on the pipe joints of the production string;

- in the operation of the filter rubber cuff does not provide tight shutoff receiving part of the filter from the discharge part due to the lack of centralizers and possible eccentric mounting location of the well.

- when finding the attachment of the lower edge of the filter above the perforated interval there will be an accumulation of mechanical impurities on the filter elements, and rising streams of fluid will not be allowed to set mechanical particles on the bottom of the borehole;

- accumulation of mechanical impurities on the filter elements and the absence of additional inlets to reduce the flow of fluid to the pump intake, which in turn can result in overheating of the motor or speed up the parts wear.

The objective of the invention is a reliable cut-off of the selection of the filter from the discharge part, the exclusion of possible damage to the rubber seal at the joints of the pipe casing during the descent of the pump, the protection of deep borehole centrifugal pumps from clogging mechanical impurities.

The problem is solved in that in the filter submersible centrifugal pump comprising a housing with a filter element mounted on the body of the sealing element separating the receiving portion of the filter from the flow, according to the invention the sealing element is designed in the form of "umbrella", which is a frame of metal spokes, with a stretched between them nepristoinoi rubber, besides, the device is provided with a spring holder and a charged battery, the charge which is designed to descend to a predetermined depth, providing a finding of "umbrella" in the closed position.

The sealing element is a device for hermetically what about the trim receiving part of the filter is made in the form of "umbrella", represents the frame of the metal spokes attached to the filter housing with a stretched between the spokes nepristoinoi rubber. If you use more pressure on the bottom of the umbrella will be tightly pressed to the wall of the production string. For hermetic separation must concentric location of the machine within the production string, which provide centralizers installed on the filter housing. This reduces the labor costs for installing the filter in the well. Filter descends together with the installation of a centrifugal pump. The presence of the centralizers and the addition position of "umbrella" by electromagnetic lock with battery makes it impossible to damage when the shutter is installed in the hole of the rubber stretched over "umbrella". Possible normal operation of the pumping unit after the clogging of the filter elements, which is provided by a spring-loaded valve. After lifting installation quick pre-filter to further operation is provided by a replaceable cartridge filter element. Clogged cartridges clean the camping rinse with clean water. Using this filter allows you to increase the time of installation to failure.

Figure 1 shows the installation of electrical submersible pump with the proposed device in the transport position. Figure 2 presents the scheme of installation in the work. The arrows show the direction of fluid motion.

The unit consists of a centrifugal pump 1 with the receiving module, hydronamic 2, a submersible electric motor 3, the filter housing 4, the clamp 5, "umbrella" 6 with the actuator, the movable sleeve 7, the electromagnetic latch 8, the spring 9, the filter element 10, a spring-loaded valve 11, the battery 12 (the battery is calculated from the time of the descent of the installation at a given depth).

The installation, consisting of a centrifugal pump 1, hydronamic 2, a submersible electric motor 3 and a filter consisting of a filter housing 4, centralizers 5, "umbrella" with the actuator 6, the movable sleeve 7, the electromagnetic latch 8, the spring 9, the filter element 10, a spring-loaded valve 11 and the battery 12 is lowered into the well. When the shutter is installed in a well charged battery makes electromagnetic latch 8 to keep the "umbrella" 6 in the closed position. After the descent of the pump to a predetermined depth and discharge the battery 12 electromagnetic latch 8 releases the sliding sleeve 7, which in turn by means of a spring 9 reveals the "umbrella" 6,separating the receiving portion of the filter from the exhaust side. The reservoir fluid is passing through the filter element 10, is separated from impurities and flows through the filter up to the pump intake. Impurities are deposited on the filter element 10. In case of clogging of the filter element 10 is opened by a spring-loaded valve 11 and the reservoir fluid to bypass the filter element 10 from the annulus through the hydraulic valve directly to the pump. After lifting installation quick pre-filter to further operation is provided by a replaceable cartridge filter element. Clogged cartridges can be cleaned by rinsing with clean water.

Openings are isolated in the lower perimeter of the well screen.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises metal pipe with holes stopped by plug from below and by coupling from above and cylindrical filter element arranged there inside and aligned therewith. Pipe top section with holes is composed by a separate section with no inside filter element coated with screen on the outside. Said section houses rubber diaphragm composed by the sleeve. Diaphragm thickness decreases in vertical line parallel with metal pipe axis and aligned with elongated hole major axis. Proposed filter is composed of sections connected by couplings. Pipe top section with holes is connected with pump on one side or with shank by coupling and with downstream filter section on opposite side.

SUBSTANCE: in drilling, seepage-volume characteristics of the bed and their alteration over borehole are defined, borehole is divided into zones that differ in said characteristics by 1.5-1.6 times to select filter performance separately for each zone and quantity of holes. Screen filter elements are fitted in filter holes under plugs. Flow string with filter equipped with water- or oil-swelling packers is lowered into well, said packers being set at boundaries of zones with different characteristics and string being fixed. Assembly is assembled at mouth and composed of the following elements arranged from bottom to top, i.e. cutter, locating bearing, screw downhole motor and stiff locator to be lowered against the stop to plugs. At cutting sheared plugs, flow string is displaced downward to remove sheared plugs and to withdraw the flow string. Flexible pipe sting is lowered to work face and displaced therefrom to mouth along with injection of plugging material to isolate holes made at filter bottom perimeter.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for well strainers in producing and injection horizontal wells. The device contains a hollow case inserted into a well strainer component and an end plate made of magnesium and connected to the case in an annular groove inside the case. The groove is made in the upper part of the case; it has an inner cavity with a snap ring installed in it; the latter fixes the end plate inside the case rigidly. At the opposite side of the case there is an inner cylindrical cavity with mesh filter element with cells installed in it and fixed rigidly by a hollow sleeve. In the basic element an opening is made with the inner thrust, thread is cut inside the opening, the case blank is prepared, its length is measured and cut off, external screw thread is made and the annular groove and the inner cylindrical cavity are made inside the case; then the inner cavity is made inside the annular groove, the end plate is installed and fixed. The hollow case is overturned and the mesh filtering element is inserted into the inner cylindrical cavity, fixed by the hollow sleeve; then the hollow case is crewed into an opening at the basic element with end plate to outside until tight.

Expansible means has bistable cells creating tubular structure. Each expansible cell has thick compressed member and bent pliable link, which may be converted into expanded state. Axial tube length is constant during tube expansion. Expansible system comprises means connected to communication line for information receiving.

EFFECT: reduced force for tube expansion from radially compressed state.
