The technical field to which the invention relates

The subsequent description, in General, relates to wireless communications, and more particularly to a rating of message content for content management in wireless devices.

The level of technology

Wireless communication systems are widely deployed to provide various types of communication, such as voice and/or data may be provided via such wireless communication systems. A typical system or wireless communications network can provide multiple users access to one or more shared resources (for example, bandwidth, transmit power etc). For example, the system can use a variety of multiple access technologies, such as multiplexing frequency division multiplexing (FDM), multiplexing with time division multiplexing (TDM)multiplexing code division multiplexing (CDM)system according to the standard long-term development (LTE) partnership project third generation (3GPP), multiplexing orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) and others.

In General, wireless communication systems, multiple access can communicate simultaneously to multiple mobile devices. Each mobile device can communicate with odnosili more base stations via the transmission for forward and reverse link. Direct link (or downward communication refers to the communication line from base stations to mobile devices, and the reverse link (or upward communication refers to the communication line from mobile devices to base stations. Such communications can be established through a system with one input and one output, with many inputs and one output, or with many inputs and many outputs (MIMO).

For example, the MIMO system may use multiple (NT) transmit antennas and multiple (NR) receiving antennas for data transmission. MIMO channel formed by the NT transmit and NR receiving antennas may be decomposed into NS independent channels, which are also referred to as spatial channels, where N S min { N T , N R } . Each of the NS independent channels may correspond to a dimension. MIMO system can provide improved performance (for example, higher throughput and/or greater reliability)if you have an extra dimension created by multiple transmitting and receiving antennas.

MIMO system can support systems with duplex time division channels (TDD) and duplex cha is totem division multiplexing (FDD). In the TDD transmission system in a straight line and a return line communication can be performed in the same frequency region so that the principle of reversibility provides channel estimation straight line from the channel of the reverse link. This may enable the access point to extract profit from the beam forming antenna for transmission in a straight line, when multiple antennas are available at the access point.

Wireless communication systems often use one or more base stations that provide a coverage area. A typical base station can transmit multiple data streams for services for broadcast, multicast and/or unicast transmission, the data stream may be a stream of data, which may represent a separate interest for reception by mobile devices. The mobile device within the coverage area of this base station can be used to make one, several or all the data streams carried by the composite stream. Similarly, the mobile device can transmit data to the base station or other mobile device.

Mobile devices can be used for communication and speech. For example, the mobile device can transfer content, such as text messages, audio is obsessed, video, video content, multimedia content, etc. in other mobile devices or communication devices. Types of messaging may include, for example, a short message service (SMS), enhanced messaging (EMS) and multimedia message service (MMS). Content providers who provide content to the mobile device may be mobile users, commercial facilities, etc.

Traditionally, the content may be transmitted by the content providers in the mobile device regardless of the nature of the content. Thus, for example, it is possible that adult content is transmitted in a mobile device used by a child. It is desirable to be able to control the content provided in communication device (e.g. mobile device) so that unwanted content (for example, adult content) is not accepted by the communication device used by specific users for which you want this user does not accept and/or perceived objectionable content.

Standard long term evolution (LTE) 3GPP is planning to release a version of UMTS that uses E-UTRA, which employs OFDMA in downlink and SC-FDMA in uplink communication. UTRA, E-UTRA, UMTS, LTE and GSM are described in documents from an organization called partnership project third generation (3GPP). CDMA2000 and UMB are described in documents from an organization called partnership project third generation 2 (3GPP2). These different technologies and standards Radiocommunication known in the art.

In addition, different ways of implementation are described in this document in connection with the mobile device. The mobile device may also be called a system, subscriber unit, subscriber station, mobile station is her mobile device, remote station, remote terminal, access terminal, user terminal, terminal, wireless communication device, user agent, user device, or subscriber device (UE). The mobile device may be a cellular phone, a cordless phone, telephone Protocol session initiation (SIP)station for wireless local loop (WLL), personal digital appliance (PDA), pocket-sized device that supports wireless connections, computing device or other processing device connected to a wireless modem. In addition, different ways of implementation are described in this document in connection with the base station. The base station can be used to communicate with the mobile device(s) and can also be referred to as an access point, node B (for example, an enhanced node B (e-node, eNB) or some other term.

Moreover, various aspects or characteristics described herein can be implemented as a method, device, or product using standard programming and/or development. The term "product" when used in this document intends to contain a computer program accessible from any computer-readable device is VA, media or environment. For example, machine-readable media may include, but not limited to, magnetic storage devices (e.g. hard disk, floppy disk, magnetic tape etc), optical disks (for example, compact disc (CD), digital versatile disk (DVD), etc.), smart cards, and flash memory devices (for example, EPROM, card, card, flash drive etc). Additionally, various storage media described herein may represent one or more devices and/or other machine-readable media for storing information. The term "machine-readable medium" can include, without limitation, wireless channels and various other media, allowing for the storage, disposal and/or transfer instructions(s) and/or data.

Figure 1 illustrates a wireless communication system 100 in accordance with various implementation presented in this document. The system 100 includes base station 102, which may include multiple groups of antennas. For example, one group of antennas may include antennas 104 and 106, another group may contain antennas 108 and 110, and an additional group may include antennas 112 and 114. Two antennas are illustrated for each group of antennas; however, more or fewer antennas may be used for each group. The base station 102 is additionally which may include a chain of transmitting devices and the chain of receiving devices, each of which, in turn, can contain many components associated with transmission and reception of signals (for example, processors, modulators, multiplexers, demodulators, demultiplexes, antennas and so on), as should be recognized experts in this field of technology. You should take into account that, although one base station 102 is illustrated in figure 1, the disclosed subject matter may contain more than one base station in the network, such as, for example, serving base station 102 and one or more neighboring base stations 102.

Base station 102 can communicate with one or more mobile devices, such as mobile device 116 and the mobile device 122; however, it should be taken into account that the base station 102 can communicate with virtually any number of mobile devices similar to mobile devices 116 and 122. Mobile devices 116 and 122 can be, for example, cellular phones, smartphones, laptops, handheld communication devices, handheld computing devices, satellite radios, global positioning systems, PDA and/or any other suitable device for communication through the wireless communication system 100, as illustrated, the mobile device 116 supports with the IDE with antennas 112 and 114, while antennas 112 and 114 transmit information to the mobile device 116 in a straight line 118 communication (for example, downlink (DL)) and receive information from mobile device 116 through a return line 120 of the connection (for example, in the ascending line (UL)). In addition, the mobile device 122 communicates with antennas 104 and 106, and the antenna 104 and 106 transmit information to the mobile device 122 in a straight line 124 connection and receive information from mobile device 122 through a return line 126 communication. In the system of the duplex frequency division multiplexing (FDD), for example, a straight line connection 118 may use a frequency band different from the one used by means of a return line connection 120 and the straight line 124 may use a frequency band different from the one used by means of a return line 126 communication. Additionally, in the system of duplex time division channels (TDD) straight line 118 connection and return line connection 120 may use a common frequency band, and the straight line 124 connection and return line connection 126 may use a common frequency band.

Each group of antennas and/or the area in which they are intended to communicate may be referred to as a sector of the base station 102. For example, groups of antennas can be made with the ability to communicate with mobile devices (for example, 116) in which the sector areas, covered by base station 102. When communicating in direct lines 118 and 124 communication transmitting antennas of the base station 102 can use the formation of the pattern in order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the straight lines 118 and 124 communication for mobile devices 116 and 122. In addition, although the base station 102 uses the formation of a pattern in order to transfer to the mobile device 116 and 122, randomly distributed on the associated floor, mobile devices in neighboring cells can be subject to less interference as compared with transmission of the base station through a single antenna to all its mobile devices.

Typically, mobile devices can be used for communication and speech. For example, the mobile device may send messages that contain content, such as text messages, audio content (for example, songs, ringtones, audiosource etc), animations, video, video content, multimedia content, etc. in other mobile devices or communication devices through the underlying network. Types of messaging may include, for example, a short message service (SMS), enhanced messaging (EMS) and multimedia message service (MMS). Content providers may provide content to the example suppliers own additional services)that can transfer the contents to the desired mobile device(s) through the underlying network, while content providers can include mobile users, commercial facilities, etc. that transmit messages containing the content.

Traditionally, the content may be transmitted by the content providers in the mobile device regardless of the nature of the content. Thus, for example, it is possible that adult content (for example, jokes for adults, adult images, adult videos, violent images and/or words etc) is transmitted to the mobile device used by a child or other susceptible person. It is desirable to be able to control the content provided in communication device (e.g. mobile device) so that unwanted content (for example, adult content) is not accepted by the communication device for the particular user for which you want this user does not accept and/or perceived undesirable content. For example, a parent who has a mobile device (for example, 116)may wish to control the content that is received by the mobile device, so that a certain content (for example, with the keep for adults) is not accepted by the mobile device and is not visible child of the parent (for example, the parent gives the child their own mobile device, child, or parent allows the child to use a mobile device of the parent when the child is away from the parent).

In accordance with various aspects, the present innovation may provide an opportunity to the user of the mobile device (for example, the subscriber) to use the rating system to indicate what content can be made through a mobile device (for example, 116) of the user. The user can secure way to set up content rating for the mobile device 116, equal to the rating of the desired content through a mobile device 116, a voice call with a representative of the underlying network and/or web site associated with the underlying network. The present innovation can rate content at least partially based on the content rating, which can be determined and provided by the content provider or may be automatically determined (or logically deduced (for example, through a core network, the mobile device 116), at least partially based on the analysis of the content and the content rating can be determined at least partially based on pre-defined ranking criteria stergiopoulos innovation can facilitate filtering content at least partially based on pre-defined settings content rating, which can be specified by the user (for example, by the subscriber, the mobile device 116, so that the contents (for example, adult content), which does not satisfy the settings content rating for the mobile device 116, is not accepted by the mobile device 116 and/or is not perceived with the mobile device 116 (for example, the filtered content can be saved in the folder with the protected content, but cannot be taken up until the security code is not provided).

Referring to figure 2, an illustration of a system 200 for wireless communication, which can simplify the management of content provided to a mobile device, in accordance with various implementation presented in this document. The system 200 may include a mobile device 116, which can transmit (for example, speech data) in the wireless network environment. The system 200 also may include a base station 102, which may be a base station serving and supporting communication (for example, a wireless connection with the mobile device 116 in the wireless environment. You should understand and take into account that the mobile device 116 and base station 102 may shall be identical or similar, and/or can contain the same or similar functionality as respective components, for example, as more fully described in this document regarding, for example, system 100. Additionally, one should take into account and understand that although only one mobile device 116 and one base station 102 is illustrated in the system 200, the present innovation is not limited to this, as the system 200 may include virtually any desired number of mobile devices and base stations.

In accordance with the embodiment, the mobile device (for example, 116) may be functionally connected (for example, connected wirelessly) with the base station 102 in the core network 202, so that the mobile device 116 can be functionally connected in the core network 202 and other mobile devices (for example, 122) and/or communication devices associated with the core network 202. The core network 202 can be associated with one or more providers of content 204 that can provide the content in a mobile device (for example, 116)associated with the core network 202. Provider content 204 may use a mobile device (for example, 122), the computer and/or another communication device, to facilitate providing the content associated with the provider 204 content. Additionally, one should take into account and understand that although three of the content provider PR is illustrated in the system 200, the present innovation is not limited to this, as the system 200 may include virtually any desired number of content providers, which may be less than three, three or more than three content providers.

Supplier(s) content 204 may want to send your content to the mobile device 116. In accordance with an aspect, the mobile device 116 can be associated with settings content rating, which can be used to filter certain content (for example, adult content), as required by the user (for example, by the subscriber, the mobile device 116, at least in part on predefined content rating criteria. In one aspect of the rating settings(s) desired content associated with the filtering of unwanted content, so that unwanted content is not accepted by the mobile device 116 can be transmitted by the mobile device 116 in the core network 202. Rating settings desired content can be specified by the user of the mobile device 116.

In accordance with the embodiment, the system 200 may use one or more additional commands (for example, SMS-commands), which can be added to the messaging Protocol (p is the iMER, SMS Protocol)to provide an opportunity for the user (e.g. a subscriber) to use the user's mobile device 116 to send the message(I) (for example, SMS) in the core network 202 to dynamically configure content rating associated with the mobile device 116 and a user account to simplify the filtering certain content (for example, adult content), which supplier(s) tries to provide content to a mobile device 116 via the core network 202. In one aspect, the user can provide a rating settings desired content in the core network 202 via a voice call with a representative (for example, operator)associated with the core network 202, the web site associated with the core network 202 (for example, the subscriber may use the wireless device or computer device to access a web site associated with the core network 202 and/or another form of communication using another type of communication device that is associated and/or may communicate with the core network 202.

In accordance with various aspects, in order to simplify use of the system of rating content, relative to the message (for example, SMS messages, EMS messages, MMS messages)that are sent to the x content providers, in the message field can be added(I) of the Protocol, which may contain content rating to indicate the content rating associated with the content provider 204 content tries to send to the mobile device 116. Additional field(s) of the Protocol can exist in incoming (MT), outgoing (MO) and/or broadcast SMS messages, with or without EMS content. For example, for CDMA SMS subparameter (for example, the sub-parameter level communication services) for adjusting the content rating can be added as (1) subparameter: rating; (2) ID: the identification number of the next applicable subparameter; (3) length: 1; and (4) value: 0-255, where the rating system is desirable content can be realized or converted using the value. As another example, for CDMA and GSM/UMTS SMS, EMS-header can be added as (1) title: rating; (2) ID: the identification number of the next applicable EMS-header; (3) length: 1; and (4) value: 0-255, where the rating system is desirable content can be realized or converted using the value. For example, in accordance with an aspect of the disclosed subject invention, a new type of SMS messages can be added, to allow the mobile device 116 can send a SMS message that contains the reference value is their rating of desirable content, in the core network 202, and the subparameter content rating (for example, the sub-parameter level communication services, EMS-header) may be included in a new type of SMS messages to simplify instruction core network 202 to filter the content that is sent to the mobile device 116, in accordance with the value of the settings content rating specified in the SMS message. Alternatively, the content rating for the content may be included in the message body. For example, the keyword(s) in the body of the message may indicate that the content rating is included in the message (for example, the content rating can be a value that follows the keyword in the message).

In accordance with another another aspect, a content rating for content can be at least partially based on the number(ate), word, icon(s), etc. for Example, the content rating can be a number from 0 to N, where N can be virtually any desired integer number (for example, 255). The content having the content rating, which exceeds the value of the content rating can be filtered out, and the content below the value of the content rating can be made through mobile devices 116 and viewed by the user(s) of the mobile device 116.

In accordance with one variant assests the tion, the core network 202 can automatically filter content at least partially based on the settings content rating specified by the user. The core network 202 can specify the parameter settings content rating settings menu content rating for the user account (for example, associated with the mobile device 116), is equal to the set value of the content rating set by the user. In one aspect settings content rating associated with the mobile device(s) 116 may be at least partially based on the number(ate), word, icon(s), etc. for Example, setting the content rating can be a number from 0 to N, where N can be virtually any desired integer number (for example, 255), and where the range of values of the settings content rating (for example, 0-N) may be identical to the rating range of the content (for example, 0-N). Content that has a content rating that exceeds the value of the content rating can be filtered out, and the content below the value of the content rating can be made through mobile devices 116 and viewed by the user(s) of the mobile device 116. Thus, for example, provided settings content rating set equal to 255, the content should not be about filtrability, since the highest rating content does not exceed 255 settings content rating. As another example, when the condition settings content rating 200 for the mobile device 116 and content rating 230 for content provider 204 content, the content may be filtered out, because the content rating settings content rating.

In one aspect, when the provider 204 content tries to send the content to the mobile device 116 of the user, the core network 202 can analyze the content and can remove and/or to determine the content rating associated with the content. The core network 202 can evaluate the content rating associated with the content at least partially based on the specified settings content rating (for example, the value of the content rating for the content can be compared with the set value of the content rating set by the user), and if the content rating for the content does not meet a predefined threshold content rating (for example, the content is the value of the content rating that exceeds the specified value settings content rating), the core network 202 can automatically filter the content.

In one aspect required AHP crystal growth is trovano contents may be discarded (for example, deleted) and not be provided to the mobile device 116 or can be placed in the folder with the protected content can be stored in the core network 202 to which access can only be done through a specific object (for example, a subscriber, such as a parent), authorized to access the folder with the protected content, and not be provided to the mobile device 116. If the underlying network 202 determines (for example, automatically determines)that the content satisfies the rating of the content (for example, the value of the content rating for content equal to or below the specified value settings content rating), the core network 202 can send the content to the mobile device 116. The folder access rights-protected content can be controlled, for example, using a security code (for example, a personal identification number (PIN), password, phrase, password, biometric identification, and so on), which can be associated with a folder with protected content. To access the folder with the protected content, the proper security code for a folder with protected content should be presented in the core network 202. In another aspect of the required notice (for example, a text message, voice mail, e-mail etc) can otpravlat is implemented in the mobile device 116 or the communication device (for example, the computer of the user, and the notification may indicate that the contents filtered to simplify the user is informed that the content is filtered.

In accordance with another embodiment, the mobile device 116 can automatically filter the content that is sent to the mobile device 116 supplier(s) content at least partially based on the settings content rating specified by the user of the mobile device 116, and the settings content rating can be entered and saved in the settings of the rating of the mobile device 116. In one aspect, the mobile device 116 can analyze the content and can remove and/or to determine the content rating associated with the content. The mobile device 116 can evaluate the content rating for the content sent to the mobile device 116, and can compare this with the specified content rating settings content rating set in the settings of the rating for the mobile device 116. If the mobile device 116 determines (for example, automatically determines)that the content rating for the content does not meet a predefined threshold content rating (for example, the content has a value rating of the content is about, which exceeds the specified value settings content rating), the mobile device 116 can filter the content. In the aspect of filtered content may be discarded or may not be accepted by the mobile device 116 and placed in the folder with the protected content, which can reside in the mobile device 116, and access to the folder with the protected content can be accessed through the object (for example, a subscriber, such as a parent), authorized to access the folder with the protected content. Thus, for example, if a child user of the mobile device possesses or uses a mobile device 116, the child does not have the ability to access filtered content in the folder with the protected content (unless the child does not have the security code for accessing the folder with protected content). If the mobile device 116 determines that the content satisfies the rating of the content (for example, the value of the content rating for content equal to or below the specified value settings content rating), the mobile device 116 can receive the content, and content can access the current user (for example, the user, the child user, and so on). To blunt to the folder with the protected content can be controlled, for example, using a security code (for example, a personal identification number (PIN), password, phrase, password, biometric identification, and so on), which can be associated with a folder with protected content. To access the folder with the protected content, the proper security code for a folder with protected content should be presented to the mobile device 116.

In accordance with one another embodiment, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can determine or infer a content rating for content (for example, content that does not contain the content rating)that the provider 204 content tries to send to the mobile device 116. In one aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can infer the content rating for the content by analyzing and classifying the content. The logical conclusion may be probabilistic, i.e. the calculation of the probability distribution of interest to the States based on the analysis of data and events. The logical conclusion may also mean the technology used to build high-level events from a set of events and/or data. This logical conclusion leads to the drafting of new events or actions from a set of observed events and/or saved the s event data (for example, statistical data), regardless of, relate to events in close temporal proximity and do events and data from one or more event sources and data. Various schemes and/or systems (for example, methods, support vector machine, neural networks, expert systems, Bayesian network representations, fuzzy logic, core synthesis data, etc) classification (explicitly and/or implicitly trained) can be used in connection with performing automatic and/or logically deduced steps (for example, forming a content rating, content filtering etc) in connection with the claimed subject matter.

In accordance with one another embodiment, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can determine what should or not the mobile device 116 to receive the message containing the content without an assigned rating of at least partially based on one or more lists of contacts associated with the mobile device 116. In one aspect, the core network 202 can receive the message containing the content without the assigned rating, from the service provider 204 content. The core network 202 can retrieve and verify (for example, to analyze one or more lists of contacts, for example contact list (for example, provider 204 content), which mob the aspects of the device 116 in contact, and/or a list of contacts that have been in contact with the mobile device 116 that contains the contacts for a predefined period of time prior to the current content without the assigned rating. The core network 202 can determine that the current message and content without the assigned rating can be sent to the mobile device 116, if the provider 204 content, provide content without the assigned rating is in the specified list(Kakh) contacts (for example, in the list(Kakh) contacts selected by the user of the mobile device 116 and/or core network 202)associated with the mobile device 116, and if the provider 204 content is not in the specified list(Kakh) contacts, the core network 202 can filter out the content without the assigned rating and save the filtered content in folder with protected content associated with the mobile device 116, or to discard the filtered content, as desired. Policies for content filtering without the assigned rating through the core network 202 may be a core network 202 or the user of the mobile device 116, as desired.

In another aspect, the mobile device 116 can receive the message containing the content without the assigned rating, from the service provider 204 content is about through the core network 202. The mobile device 116 can retrieve and verify (for example, to analyze one or more lists of contacts, for example contact list (for example, provider 204 content), has interacted with the mobile device 116 (for example, locally stored outgoing message or call list, contacts list, which was in contact with the mobile device 116, the list of saved contacts (for example, locally stored contacts list associated with the mobile device 116 that contains the contacts for a predefined period of time prior to the current content without the assigned rating. The mobile device 116 can determine that the current message and content without the assigned rating may be perceived (for example, displayed) by the mobile device 116, if the provider 204 content, provide content without the assigned rating is in the specified list(Kakh) contacts (for example, in the list(Kakh) contacts selected by the user of the mobile device 116)associated with the mobile device 116, and if the provider 204 content is not in the specified list(Kakh) contacts, the mobile device 116 can filter out the content without the assigned rating and save the filtered content in the folder with the protected content, and solirovanie with the mobile device 116, or discard the filtered content, as desired. Policies for content filtering without an assigned rating may be specified by the user of the mobile device 116, as desired.

In accordance with an aspect of the disclosed subject matter of the invention, the user of the mobile device 116 can block individual providers 204 content, as required by the user. The user of the mobile device can block a vendor content 204, which sends the content that contains the content rating and/or vendor content 204, which sends the content without the assigned rating.

In yet another aspect, the message may contain more than one piece of content. In one aspect, each piece of content contained in the message may contain the appropriate content rating, which may also be contained in the message. The core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can filter out any fragment(s) of content in the message that does not meet the threshold for a rating of the content (for example, any fragment(s) of content that has a content rating settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, in which the message is sent), and the edited message, containing the E. any fragment(s) content which satisfies the threshold value of the content rating (for example, any fragment(s) of content that has a content rating that is equal to or lower settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, in which the message is sent), may be taken by the mobile device 116 and/or to be perceived by the user of the mobile device 116. In still another aspect, when a message contains more than one piece of content, the content rating can be assigned at least partially based on the content rating for the piece of content having the highest rating content compared with all the content ratings for a piece of content in the message, and the content can be filtered, at least in part on the basis of the highest ranking content.

In another aspect, the access to the settings menu content rating to manage (for example, to specify, install, modify settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, may be protected (for example, managed through the mobile device 116, the core network 202 that communicates with a mobile device 116, representative associated with the core network 202 (for example, a representative of the core network 202, which speaks to the user h is rez voice call, or automated representative associated with the underlying network, which interacts with the user via a phone call), and/or the web site associated with the underlying network, while setting the content rating can be protected using a security code (for example, a personal identification number (PIN), password, phrase, password and so on)associated with the parameter settings content rating. Specifying settings content rating can be set or modified through the provision of appropriate security code (associated with the menu settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116) in the core network 202 (for example, the security code, supplied with the command, such as SMS command sent to the core network using the mobile device 116; security code provided through the web site core network 202; a security code provided by the representative of the core network 202 and so on) or if the mobile device 116 performs content filtering, by entering the appropriate security code to the mobile device 116 (for example, by entering the security code in the settings menu content rating). As desired, the security code for setting the content rating can be identical or different protective the th code, associated with a folder with protected content.

In still another aspect, the predefined criteria content rating content rating can be, at least partially based on the use of language (for example, words that you may find offensive to you or to others, for example for a child, due to sexual or violent words), the nature audiostreamer (for example, oral language, which the user may find offensive to you or to others, for example for a child, due to sexual or violent nature of the language), the nature of the video content (for example, visual images that may offend the user or others, for example of a child due to a sexual nature, such as exposure of the body or lack of service in the visual image or violent visual images), content type (for example, text, audio, video etc), any other criteria associated with differentiating content for adult content, not intended for adults, etc. for Example, using predefined criteria, content rating, content (for example, text, audio, multimedia), which contains vulgar language, can have an high content rating, than content that contains harmless language, and content that contains obscene language, may have ranked higher content than the content that contains vulgar language. As another example, using the predefined content rating criteria, a visual image (e.g. image, video, multimedia), which illustrates almost undressed person can be assigned a higher rating content than the visual image of something that is considered harmless; and a video that illustrates man as a naked or partially naked (for example, showing the genitalia, may be ranked higher content than the content that illustrates almost undressed man.

In another aspect, the mobile device 116 can send a request to the core network 202, to inquire as to what the current job settings content rating. The core network 202 can transmit the current job settings content rating mobile device 116. For example, a new type of SMS messages may be added to facilitate enabling the mobile device 116 to request the current job settings content rating from the core network 202.

You should understand and accept what about the attention, that, as desired, may be more than one configuration of a content rating for the mobile device 116. For example, can be the first settings content rating, which may have a first value and can be applied to the text content; and can be second settings content rating, which may have a different meaning and can be applied to the video. There may be additional settings content rating, as desired. Additionally, as desired, can be the first settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116 that are defined and stored in the core network 202, and other settings content rating, which can be set and stored locally on the mobile device 116. For example, the user of the mobile device (for example, a parent may want to set and save the settings rating of local content on the mobile device 116, which have a lower value than the remote settings content rating for the mobile device 116, which are set and stored in the core network 202, when the user of the mobile phone temporarily gives the mobile device 116 to another user (for example, the child user of the mobile device), and wants some content (for example, adult content is filtered, so another user cannot perceive certain content that could potentially go into the mobile device 116 provider 204 content at a time when another user has and/or uses the mobile device 116.

The present innovation can facilitate enabling the mobile device 116 to effectively filter unwanted content (for example, adult content) so that unwanted content is not accepted by the respective mobile devices (for example, 116). As a result, the present innovation can facilitate ensuring that unwanted content is not accepted and/or is not perceived by certain users of the mobile device 116 (for example, a child of the subscriber associated with the mobile device 116). In accordance with the variations in implementation, filtering unwanted content through a core network 202 at least partially based on the corresponding settings content rating users can simplify reduce network traffic, because the unwanted content may be discarded or re-routed in the network before sending it to the mobile device. With reference to Fig.6, illustrated exemplary technology 600 that can facilitate filtering content sent to a mobile device(a)to facilitate communication associated with a mobile device in a wireless environment, in accordance with an aspect of the disclosed subject matter of the invention. At step 602 the content may be rated at least in part on predefined content rating criteria. In one aspect of the provider content 204 may assign a rating of content, such as content provider 204 content wants to send to the mobile device(s) 116, at least frequent is a rule based on predefined content rating criteria. For example, content can be assigned a rating so that content that is largely intended for adult content, can be ranked higher content than the more innocuous content, to help filter unwanted content (for example, adult content). Provider content 204 may send a message(I) (for example, an SMS message, an EMS message, an MMS message)that contains the content and/or associated rating of the content in the mobile device(s) 116 via the core network 202. In accordance with the variations in implementation, core network 202 and/or mobile device (for example, 116) in the core network 202 may assign a rating of content, such as content without the assigned rating provider 204 content to facilitate content filtering provided by the mobile device 116.

In another aspect of the subparameter or title (for example, subparameter of the SMS rating, EMS-title: rating) can be added in the Protocol messages, and the content rating can be contained in the subparameter or the message header. Alternatively, the content rating can be contained in the body of the message, and keyword(s) may be included in the message, to simplify the indication of where the content rating is derzhitsja in the message.

At step 604, the content can be filtered, at least partially based on the settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, and a content rating associated with the content. In the embodiment, when the provider 204 content tries to send content to mobile device(s) 116, the core network 202 can first get the content and can extract the content rating of the message or may determine and infer the content rating for the content (for example, the content without the assigned rating). The core network 202 can retrieve settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116 from a user account for a user associated with the mobile device 116. The core network 202 can analyze the content rating for content at least partially based on the settings content rating of the mobile device 116 (for example, the core network 202 can compare the value of the content rating value from settings content rating). If the underlying network 202 determines that the content rating settings content rating, the core network 202 can filter the content; and if the underlying network 202 determines that the content rating is equal to or below settings content rating core network 202 can determine that that content may be provided in the mobile device 116, and can send content to the mobile device 116.

In accordance with another embodiment, the mobile device 116 can perform content filtering. When the provider 204 content tries to send the content to the mobile device 116, the content may be routed to the mobile device 116 via the core network 202. If the mobile device 116 determines that the security code is valid, the mobile device 116 can provide access to the settings menu content rating, and to this menu can be accessed. If the mobile device 116 determines that the security code is not permissible is Imam, the mobile device 116 can prevent access to the settings menu content rating. In accordance with various other aspects, when the core network 202, content filtering, content providers 204 content, the security code can also be provided in the web site associated with the core network 202, or representative (for example, user, automated representative) via voice call or through other forms of communication using the communication device, to simplify accessing the settings menu content rating associated with the mobile device 116.

At step 808 settings content rating can be accepted. In one aspect of the rating settings desired content can be entered into the mobile device 116 and be accepted in the job settings content rating. In accordance with various other aspects, when the core network 202, content filtering, content providers 204 content rating settings content may also be provided in the web site associated with the core network 202, or representative (for example, user, automated representative) via voice call or through other forms of communication using the communication device and received via the core network 202, to strengthen the performance by accessing the settings menu content rating, associated with the mobile device 116.

At step 810 settings content rating can be maintained. In one aspect, the mobile device 116 and/or the core network 202 can store the settings content rating for the mobile device 116 specified by the user in the task settings content rating. The core network 202 can store the settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, the user account associated with the mobile device user, and the user account may be stored in the repository 414 data in the core network 202. The mobile device 116 can save these settings content rating repository 314 data in the mobile device 116, as desired. Rating settings desired content associated with the mobile device 116 can be retrieved and used to simplify the content filtering when the underlying network 202 receives a message(I) (for example, an SMS message(I), EMS-message(I), multimedia message(I), and so on)that contains the content (and/or associated content rating), which is sent from the service provider 204 content in the mobile device(s) 116. Content can be filtered, at least partially based on the settings content rating for a mobile device is the STV 116 and content rating, associated with the content.

Fig.9 illustrates the approximate 900 technology that can filter content in a mobile device in a wireless environment, in accordance with an aspect of the disclosed subject matter of the invention. At step 902, the content can be taken. In accordance with one embodiment, if the underlying network 202 performs content filtering, the core network 202 can receive the message (for example, an SMS message(I), EMS-message(I), multimedia message(I), and so on)containing the content provider 204 content. In accordance with another embodiment, if the mobile device 116 performs content filtering, mobile device 116 can receive the message containing the content provider 204 content through the core network 202 and base station 102.

At step 904 may be a determination is made as to whether or contains no content rating content. In one aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 (for example, that one of them performs content filtering) can parse the message to determine what is included or not the content rating associated with the content in the message. In the aspect of the content rating can be contained in the subparameter rating or the title of the rating of the message or may be contained in t is Le message and the key word(s) in the message can simplify the identification of content rating. If it is determined that the content has an associated content rating, at step 906, the content rating can be removed. In one aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can retrieve the identified content rating for the content of messages. Technology 900 can proceed to reference number 912 at this stage.

If at step 904 determines that the content has an associated content rating, at step 908, the content can be evaluated. In an aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can determine that there is no content rating for the content provided in the message. The core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can evaluate the content (for example, to parse the text and/or image content)in order to simplify the definition of the content rating for content, at least in part on predefined content rating criteria (for example, the content may be compared with predefined content rating criteria). At step 910, the content rating for the content may be determined at least partially based on pre-defined criteria for ranking the content. In an aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can determine a content rating for content, at least in part on predefined content rating criteria. For example, content that is intended exclusively for adults (for example, the content contains sexually explicit text or images, content contains very cruel text or images, content contains very obscene text or images etc), may be assigned a higher value rating content than content that is more harmless. Technology 900 can proceed to reference number 912.

The mobile device 116 can retrieve settings content rating from the repository 314 data.

At step 914, the content rating for the content can be evaluated, at least in part on the Snov settings content rating, associated with the mobile device 116. In an aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can evaluate the content, for example, by comparing the content rating for the content settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116 to facilitate determining whether the content can be received by the mobile device 116 (for example, be received and perceived) or should be filtered.

At step 916 may be performed determination regarding whether or not a content rating for content higher value than the settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116. In one aspect, at least partially based on the results of evaluation of the content rating for the content, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 can determine what content can be received by the mobile device 116 (for example, be taken to be perceived) or should be filtered. If at step 916 determines that the content rating is equal to or below settings content rating can be determined that the content rating for the content satisfies a threshold content rating in order to enable content to be taken by the mobile device is and 116, and at step 918, the content may be provided in the mobile device 116. For example, the core network 202 can determine that the content rating for the content below settings content rating and is considered to be below a threshold content rating, and core network 202 can send the content to the mobile device 116. If the mobile device 116 performs content filtering, and mobile device 116 determines that the content rating for content equal to or lower settings content rating of the mobile device 116, mobile device 116 can receive the content, and the user of the mobile device 116 can perceive the content as desired.

Referring again to the link room 916, if at step 916 determines that the content rating for the content above settings content rating associated with the mobile device 116, at step 920, the content can be filtered out. In one aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 (for example, that one of them performs content filtering can filter the content so that the content is not sent and/or received by the mobile device 116 (for example, is received by the mobile device 116 for viewing or other perception).

At step 922 the desired image of the m filtered content may be discarded (for example, be removed) or can be saved in the folder with the protected content. In one aspect, the core network 202 and/or mobile device 116 may discard the contents or save the contents in the folder with the protected content (for example, the folder with the protected content in the core network 202 or folder with protected content in a mobile device 116). The user (for example, parent) of the mobile device 116 can access the folder with the contents protected by providing a valid security code for a folder with the protected content in the core network 202 (for example, when the folder with the protected content is stored in the core network 202) or enter valid security code to the mobile device 116 (for example, when the folder with the protected content stored in the mobile device 116). In another aspect, the user can access the folder with the protected content stored in the core network 202, through the provision of a valid security code through the web site associated with the core network 202.

You should take into account that, in accordance with one or more aspects described herein, the logical conclusions can be made regarding the determination of the content rating associated with the content, determine whether or not the contents of the associated ranking the content, determine whether content should be filtered out or provided to a mobile device 116, definition and formation of rating content, to facilitate efficient content filtering and data communication associated with the mobile device 116 in the network. In the base station 1210 traffic data for a certain number of data streams is provided from a source 1212 data processor 1214 data transmission (TX). According to the example, each data stream can be transmitted by the corresponding antenna. Processor 1214 TX-data formats, encodes, and punctuates the flow of data traffic based on a particular coding scheme selected for that data stream to provide coded data.

The coded data for each data stream may be multiplexed with pilot data using technologies multiplexing orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). Additionally or alternatively, the pilot symbols may be multiplexed with the frequency-division Caen is s (FDM), multiplexed with a time division multiplexing (TDM) or multiplexed with code division multiplexing (CDM). Pilot data are typically a known data pattern that is processed in a known manner and can be used in a mobile device 1250 to estimate the channel response. Multiplexed pilot signals and the coded data for each data stream may be modulated (for example, character converted) based on a particular modulation scheme (for example, binary phase shift keying (BPSK), quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK), M-phase-shift keying (M-PSK), M-quadrature amplitude modulation (M-QAM), and so on)selected for that data stream to provide modulation symbols. The data rate, coding and modulation for each data stream may be determined by instructions performed or provided by the processor 1230.

The modulation symbols for all data streams may be provided in the TX MIMO processor 1220, which may further process the modulation symbols (for example, for OFDM). TX MIMO processor 1220 then provides NT streams of modulation symbols in the NT transmitters (TMTR) 1222a-1222t. In a different implementation, the TX MIMO processor 1220 applies weighting factors of formation chart nab is alannesti to the symbols of the data streams and to the antenna, which character is sent.

Each transmitting device 1222 receives and processes the corresponding character stream to provide one or more analog signals, and additionally results in the required parameters (for example, amplifies, filters and converts with increasing frequency) analog signals to provide a modulated signal suitable for transmission over a MIMO channel. Additionally, NT modulated signals from transmitters 1222a-1222t transmitted from NT antennas 1224a-1224t, respectively.

In the mobile device 1250, the transmitted modulated signals are received by NR antennas 1252a-1252r, and the received signal from each antenna 1252 is provided in the respective receiver unit (RCVR) 1254a-1254r. Each receiving device 1254 results in the required parameters (for example, filters, amplifies and converts with decreasing frequency) corresponding signal, digitizes, refer to the appropriate settings signal to provide samples, and additionally processes the samples to provide a corresponding "received" a stream of characters.

The processor 1260 RX-data receive and process the NR received streams of characters from NR receivers 1254 on the basis of specific treatment technologies to the receiving device to provide NT "detected" by the fetters of character. The processor 1260 RX-data can demodulate back to interleave and decode each stream is detected symbols to recover the traffic data for the data flow. Processing by processor 1260 RX-data complementary to the processing performed by TX MIMO processor 1220 and processor 1214 TX data to the base station 1210.

The processor 1270 may periodically determine what matrix pre-coding should be used (described below). Additionally, the processor 1270 may formulate a message back line containing part of the index matrix and part of the value of rank.

Message return line can contain various types of information related to the communication line and/or receive data stream. Message return line can be processed by processor 1238 TX-data, which also receives traffic data for a number of data streams from a source 1236 data modulated by the modulator 1280, refer to the appropriate settings by transmitting devices 1254a-1254r and transmitted back to base station 1210.

In the base station 1210, the modulated signals from the mobile device 1250 accepted by antenna 1224, are required parameters by receiving devices 1222, demodulated by demodulator 1240 and obrabatyvayutsya by processor 1242 RX-data to retrieve the message back line, passed through a mobile device 1250. Additionally, the processor 1230 may process the extracted message and can determine what kind of matrix pre-coding should be used to determine the weights of the beam forming antenna.

Processors 1230 and 1270 may be controlled (for example, to control, coordinate, manage, etc) work in the base station 1210 and the mobile device 1250, respectively. The corresponding processors 1230 and 1270 may be associated with the storage device 1232 and 1272, which stores program codes and data. Processors 1230 and 1270 can also perform calculations to obtain estimates of the frequency and impulse response for ascending and descending lines, respectively.
