The present invention relates to a safety lock.

As you know, security locks contain the cylinder, European type, which is an element of recognition of the key, the cylinder and the key form element, whereby the lock mechanism is actuated.

If the safety locks are driven from both sides, as, for example, those that are installed in the doors, the cylinder contains two rotors that are available on both sides of the castle, and one stator, in which there are two rotors and the corresponding locking pins. Axial and the total length of the cylinder, European type greater than the thickness of the lock, to protect it from both sides of the castle. To achieve an acceptable level of safety protruding parts should be protected by an armored plate (safety devices), consisting of a cylindrical block, attached to the castle, which is attached to the front strap lock welded to the outer sheet metal armored door.

This unit, which is usually attached to the inside of the lock screws, has the disadvantage that since he is acting element, it is possible to catch any tubular element (for example, pipe Innocenti) and tear together with the cylinder.

According to the invention this object is achieved by using a security lock, which consists of case, attached to the armored door, a lever to control bolts, cylinder, actuated by a key for shifting the above-mentioned lever with the said bars towards the nests, done in the door jamb and from them, as well as safety device for protection of the above-mentioned cylinder containing:

at least one element movable between a position nescaline with the said lever when the bolts inserted in the slot of the casing, and an engaged position in order to prevent bolts from nests,

- opposite device for shifting mentioned rolling element of the above-mentioned provisions of nescaline with the said lever to said engaged position,

at least one element for retaining mentioned rolling element in position nescaline,

- elastic device that supports mentioned the retaining element, the engagement with the said movable element,

As can be seen from the drawings, proposed by the present invention a lock generally indicated by the reference character 2 and includes a housing 4 attached to the armored door (not shown), the control lever 6 by bolts 8 and the mechanism for manipulating the said lever with the said bars.

The distance between the articulated finger 18 and the horizontal section of the l-shaped element 20 corresponds to the distance between the pin 18 and the arm 26 of the lever 6 of the control bars in position when the bolts extended from the lock and inserted in its slot in the door jamb.

The spring 28 acts on the element 20 to rotate clockwise (from the side of the figures) around the finger 18, the rotation counteracts the occurrence of the control pin 30 in the slot 24 of the l-shaped element 20.

In particular (see Fig.6 and 7), the control pin 30 has an annular flange 32 which consists of two cylindrical portions 34 and 36, respectively, with the end portion 36 is inserted into the corresponding circular hole 38 made in the wall of the housing 4.

In this configuration, in which the cylinder 34 meshed with the socket 24, the flange 32 elastically compresses the solenoid the spring 40, the stability of this configuration is supported by the opposition of the safety device 42 used DL the protection of the cylinder 10 and prevent displacement of the pin 30 in the axial direction.

The invention also contemplates the use of additional blocking element 44 (see Fig-10), the function of which is to prevent rotation of the element 20 when the extension bars and no impact safety devices 42 on the cylinder 10, for example, when checking the correct operation of the lock.

This element consists of a slider 44, provided with a rib 46, which, following the elastic effect of the spring 48 acts on the notch 50, done in horizontal section of the support plate 20, so as to prevent its rotation under the influence of spring 28, if not powered safety device.

One end of the slider is in the hole 52 with a slot, through which pass the screws securing the safety device to the lock.

As a result, when the safety device acts on the lock, the entrance of the screw 54 in the hole 52 with the slot 52 leads to the displacement of the slider 44, under the elastic effect of the spring 48 in the direction of disengagement of the ribs 46 with the slot 50 G-shaped caliper (see figure 10), which allows only the pin 30 to act as a blocking element when the safety device.

When the user turns the key for extension bars, the lever 6 is shifted to the left (from figure 3 and 4) and releases an l-shaped element, which, however, does not rotate as it is still blocked by the introduction of the pin 30 in the slot 24.

At the time, when you try hacking the safety device, removing the latter leads to the pin, the previously compressed spring 40, extends through the opening 38, with the subsequent release of the l-shaped element, which under the influence of spring 20 rotates in the direction shown in the configuration shown in figure 5.

In this configuration, the element 20 acts on the shoulder 26 to prevent its displacement back and, therefore, to keep the bolts inserted in their sockets.
